Merv Electric Electrician
Pasha(Parahat) is my go to guy. Anytime I needed some electrical works to be done, he is just a phone call away. Pasha is always showed up on time, super competent and the prices are very reasonable. I'm more than happy to recommend Pasha to my friends and acquaintances, if they need a first class electrician. Thank you Pasha!

Finish Solar Electrical Electrician
Avoid this Business, as it should be called Un-Finished Solar. Initially, I read the positive Yelp reviews (although all of their Yelp reviews note smaller electrical projects), followed-up with some DM with Yelpers about this business and then took the leap in having them do over $15k worth of electrical and solar work: A big mistake!!!
Yes, they started strong and had good ideas and a fair price (which is why I went with them). I intended to separate the big solar/electrical project into smaller projects, so they could prove themselves and I would pay upon completion of each project. Yet, I let them convince me for a full $14k project, which they couldn't finish! Then they said they needed another $1,400 to complete the project (for a total of over $15k) but they took all my money and ran after completing about 2/3rds of the project!
Since 3/15/23 I've been sending them messages to secure a time to complete the project. At first, they gave several questionable reasons for not arriving (we're on our way now, we came by yesterday when you weren't home, our materials are on back-order, or my favorite of if you cancel your dispute resolution process with Venmo, we promise to complete the project [which I subsequently canceled the dispute resolution and they still didn't come out to complete the project]. Now they just ignore my messages.
At this point, I am trying to get some of my money back and hire someone that can complete this solar/electrical project. A big hassle! Could they do very small projects? Yelp reviews seems to indicate perhaps. However, let my review caution you about spending several thousands of dollars with them (also particularly sketchy business since they ask for cash or peer-to-peer banking versus credit cards). Buyer Beware!

Valor Electric Electrician
Had some work performed by Valor Electric for the first time in 2017 to rewire my house that we discovered had knob and tube. My husband just passed away and It was a tough time for me.Victor came and he had so much compassion by how he talked to me and explained to me how the process and details were. I hired them again to help me rewire a 3 bedroom 1 bath addition that I am currently building. I am very impressed with the company. They were extremely professional and courteous. Jeron and Royal's work was great quality, neat and they cleaned up in the areas they worked in. Prices are very good and service is top notch. This is a company that builds their bussiness based on honesty, hard work and kindness of their hearts. I will never forget how much Victor helped me especially during the hardest time of my life. I would highly recommend to others. Thank you Valor.  -Leslie M-

Electric Company Of Seattle Electrician
They charge a minimum of $250 to provide a quote based on an in person assessment. Which is okay, but they don't communicate that it's a minimum, and they will charge their hourly rate if your electrical situation and the time to write up the estimate exceeds the $250. Minus a star because they don't communicate these details, but they kindly adjusted my charge to account for the oversight. I wanted to post this because I wouldn't have requested an estimate if I'd known that asking for a quote was a time and materials type of service with $250 being the average.

SMC Electric Electrician
I have learned over the years that electricity was something best left to the experts, Seth was my first call--and my only call. I had planned to get bids from several electricians, but once I talked to  Seth at SMC Electric, I stopped searching. Not only was he prompt, honest, and very courteous, he was also extremely professional. Seth was very upfront with project costs and time, and had everything done well ahead of what was promised. Seth even answered all my questions while he was working. It's really rare to find his level of work ethic these days. Thank you for your help Seth from SMC Electric!

24/7 Electric Electrician
We were given an incorrect diagnosis by 24/7 Electric. We were having electrical issues in our townhome which made no sense. Our lights were going out 2 to 3 times a day as well as most outlets. Some of the outlets still worked as well as our larger appliances such as the stove, washer/dryer, and refrigerator. Every time this happened, no breakers tripped. By reviews alone, I called 24/7 electric. This company did two great things - they answered the phone after 6pm, and they came next day. The technician, a young man named Igor, arrived promptly. He troubleshot and told me that we were not getting enough power and that we needed more. This did not make any sense to me as we had lived here for over 10 years and have had no issues whatsoever until recently. We have installed nothing, did no additions nor any remodeling, etc.  This also did not address why none of the breakers tripped. We already had the electrical company check the power to our place - they found no issues. So I had Igor replace a few breakers. He did make it clear that this will probably not solve anything as it will not address our issue of having not enough power. This was indeed the case as a few hours later, we were having the same issues. At wit's end, I called our property management company. They sent out their troubleshooting guru a few days later. After thoroughly checking everything, he found no issues inside my space and came to the conclusion that our master breaker, which was outside, was going bad and needed to be replaced. After its replacement, everything has gone back to normal. SO, in essence, Igor was correct, we were not getting enough power. His diagnosis was incorrect - it was not due to not enough wiring but a faulty master breaker. I hope 24/7 Electric passes this on to him so that he can learn from this. I learned my lesson as well, call my property management company first. Thank you.

Wilderness Electric Electrician
My AC panel was old and needed replacement.  The lights in a few rooms stopped working and my garage was without power.  Wilderness asked for a photo of the panel, listened to what I needed, then provided a quote the next day.  Steve coordinated everything with PSE and the electrical inspector.  Total pro. Set up, removal, replacement, inspection, power back on.  Steve described how the lights and plugs that were not working was a single circuit, and found that an old GFI outlet had failed.  Removing that outlet from the circuit got all the other lights and outlets working again.  Pleasure to work with Wilderness Electric.

I just called and got the message that this company is unable to take new customers, and to try again in six months. It's good that the company is honest and straight forward. So I would like the offer for a referral.

Obot Electric Electrician
I tried about three electricians for a small job. I needed my Microwave on a separate circuit. The first Electrician never showed up for an estimate. I called Obot that day and was called back and had an electrician show up that day. The electrician, Andrew, gave me some options on how to do the work and was very thorough and professional. He was upfront about the hourly rate. The job was done a few days later. Andrew was efficient, clean, polite and professional. I would not hesitate to use them again for electrical work.

Wickman Electric Electrician
Brian's work was prompt and efficient, and he solved our problem in no time at all.  We had two electrical outlets that had gone out, and he figured out that it was connected to the hot water faucet by the kitchen sink.  I was very impressed that he figured that out from not knowing how the house was wired in the first place.  Quick and impressive work!  He was also polite and professional and explained everything to me clearly.  His rates are also more than fair.  True expertise.  Very highly recommended!

Sparks Electric and Service Electrician
John is my contractor of the year. I unknowingly had an external outlet wired to and overloading a 20 amp breaker. He created a dedicated breaker in the panel for said outlet and now I am able to operate irrigation in a safe, reliable, up-to-code manner.

Here's what I like about Sparks:
1. No discovery process, booking fees or scheduling friction.
2. Showed up on time and prepared to do the project.
3. Straight forward pricing.
4. Specializes in services / electrical repair.
5. Educates and informs along the way.
6. Completed the project in one hour flat.
7. Snoqualmie Valley target market - the home team.

Thank you John, you're my go-to electrician moving forward!

Mr. Electric of Greater Seattle Electrician
Very poor communication and customer service all the way through this company. I am a small business owner and had a light go out at my location. I called Mr. Electric and scheduled a free consultation. I had the manager Obed (?) come out and look at my situation and he told me that my ballast was out and that it would be $328 to replace. After thinking about it for a couple of days I decided to have them do the job.

I called to schedule out the job and was told that they were very busy but that they could do it in 3 weeks. I accepted those terms and scheduled out the job. On the day of the job, 2 gentlemen from Mr. Electric showed up and after about 20 minutes of working on the job they came to the realization that they did not have the correct ballast on hand. (To my amazement, I could not understand why the manager who was out 3 weeks prior did not confirm what parts were needed to do this job.) The installers drove around to local stores but could not find the correct part. They told me that they had ordered the correct part and that it should be in by the following day or the day after and they would be back out to install.

2 days had past and I still hadn't heard anything from the company. I called in frustrated, and was told that the part had not arrived yet but that it would be in on Tuesday and the manager himself would come in to do the job. Through my frustration the dispatcher put me on hold and got approval from the owner (Larry) to offer me a $75 credit off the job due to dropping the ball.

Tuesday came and went without any communication from Mr. Electric. On Wednesday I again had to call them to find out what was going on. I spoke to the same dispatcher who now told me that the soonest they could get someone out was Friday. At this point I admit, I was highly frustrated by the lack of communication as well as terrible customer service given to me. They showed no empathy or owned up to any of their mistakes along the way. Still at this point, I needed the job done so I accepted the Friday appointment.

Now here is where it gets ridiculous. Obed (?) the manager shows up to do the job. He tells me that he needs payment before he can start and gives me the amount. The amount he presents me with is the original quote of $328. I remind him of the $75 credit that they had offered me, and he says that can't be done because $328 is the lowest price that I can get since the part I needed was a specialty part. As soon as I started to show frustration, Obed completely shut down and said he could not do this job and that he was going to leave. I even got the owner (Larry) on the phone to try and reason with him and remind him about the credit he had offered me. In his own words, yes, I offered you the $75 credit but I did not realize that it was a specialty ordered part and I can not honor it. So you can either pay the full amount or we are not able to do the job.

At this point I completely can understand where the poor communication and customer service comes from when speaking to dispatch and managers because if the owner of the company is going to be this bad at it, it is going to trickle down and reflect through out. Need less to say, they left without doing the job and here I am, a month later and my light is still out. Pretty mind blowing. Do yourself a favor and please look elsewhere if you are in need of electric work.
