Best Drainage Repair in Seattle WA
We just moved into a newly purchased home and found out the water main line just outside the front door was leaking - water came out of the ground and water meter moved very fast. Fortunately we found Dirt Cheap - the owner came to checkout the issue without charging us trip fee and gave us a very reasonable quote for replacing the main line. Katheryn is amazing in answering our questions and quickly working out details and schedules. The crew did a great job quickly replacing the water main line, installing a main water switch off and a yard hydrant, and clearing up the field and recovering lawn - all finished in two days with professional manner. We are very satisfied with and thankful for their work and would highly recommend their services. We'll definitely hire them again for any plumbing work in the future.

Phil is an excellent and honest guy. His quote was very competitive, and he has a great attitude. His communication was very good. I can't recommend Alki Sewer enough.

Tim is honest, fair, and took the time to make sure we found the best and least expensive solution to our problems. He never tried to sell us, and he even connected us with a plumbing contractor when it turned out there was a less expensive way to solve our problem than relining a whole sewer. He has great integrity.

Had Pipelining Northwest out today to clear a clogged storm water drain. Most friendly, professional, honest, and knowledgeable plumbing experts I've ever encountered. Highly recommend you connect with Cody to solve your drainage issues!

TLDR: best service-related experience I've ever had.
A few months ago, we were in the process of selling our house and the inspection uncovered several fractures our sewer line so I contacted as many sewer repair companies as I could find. But first I did my research and learned all I could about sewer lines, what makes them fail, the types and classifications of defects/failures and the techniques used to repair them. After talking to 7 different companies, only half of them called me back within several hours to come and look at the situation. Five of these companies were recommended to me by the previous inspection, agent or other sewer companies and the other two I found via Yelp. Bryce and Seattle Drain Service was one of the companies I found myself. Each company bid on the project and they came in a various price points as well as how they would approach and fix the issues in the line. Several of these (big name companies you see advertising all over the place) had bids that were double all the other bids. It was insane. Bryce and two other companies had similar bids and approaches to the problem. So why did I choose Bryce? Everyone else made the job seem simple and straightforward - we'll dig here, demolish the concrete here, do this and that and we'll be done. Bryce, in contrast, walked through all the options. He said these things are never easy because you don't know what you'll find under the ground. He said he'd try to dig under the concrete first to see if he could reach the broken pipe that way and he'd only resort to demolishing the concrete as a last resort. Bryce was also personable and unpretentious, never acted like a salesman and answered all of my many questions, patiently! As a homeowner, I wanted easy and cheap and simple but based on my conversations with Bryce and the glowing reviews on Yelp, I took a chance with him and I'm totally glad I did.
Let me tell you what happened.
Within 2 days, Bryce and his crew were at the house. Instead of tearing up the yard with a backhoe, they brought in this really powerful air-shooting-thing that cut up the soil and they vacuumed it up. The surveyor indicated the line was ~5-6' deep but it ended up being something like 8-9' deep! The surveyor's markings were also off but Bryce kept at the job and located the line. He did like twice the amount of work and DIDN'T CHARGE ME A SINGLE PENNY more than his original bid. Throughout the job, Bryce and his crew approached this as a challenge. They clearly love their craft and it shows. I even felt a bit bad that they did as much work for what I was charged.
That's honesty. That's customer-focused. That's ownership and it sums up Bryce and his company. I couldn't be happier with the work and if I ever have another sewer issue (I really hope I don't). I'll be calling Bryce. Every other person in the service industry should pay close attention to what Bryce does, how he does it and how he runs his business. It's proof that you can run a business in an honest way and succeed through word of mouth instead of through overcharging and spending tons of money on advertisements.

Bruce at Plumb Pros is our hero! On a Friday, our side sewer backed up and was sending sludge into our basement. We called Rapid Rooter who was not able to come out until Saturday morning. RR looked at the job and told us it was not possible to clean it out - that we would have to hire a company to install a sewer line clean out on the outside of the house - then they would come back and clear the blockage. This was incredibly upsetting because we could not use toilets or water in the house.
We started calling other plumbers and were referred to Plumb Pros by another plumber. Bruce came out that afternoon and quickly diagnosed the problem. He tried three different methods to clear it and didn't give up until it was fully cleared. And he charged us a VERY reasonable rate to do it. He's a very honest guy with lots of experience and integrity. Highly recommended.

This company absolutely amazes me. I have water coming under my foundation. Amongst many other issues. Paul(the owner) came out probably 10 times over the course of a few months presenting my with options at zero pressure. Turned out I needed all my curregated downspout pipes replaced. I can't thank Paul enough for his patience. This is unheard of in Seattle. I had every drainage company out in the area. By far Pauls customer service and transparency are superior. And prices are fair. I will only trust my drainage to allied from here on out. The team that came worked hard and fast and cleaned up everything. There were areas I wanted dug by hand which they did no complaints. Amazing company.

This was a pleasant experience, Drew was punctual and very professional. He made sure I understood what he would be doing and how much it would cost. His equipment allowed me to see the condition of my downspout drain system and what was needed to get the system functioning. What I really appreciated was giving me options for the repairs. I would definitely recommend this company.

Pacwest services has been our go to plumber from the moment we moved to everett and our dishwasher overflowed sewage. Recently we had the best of luck with our washer dying and when moved it out noticed the water heater was leaking too. Within two days pacwest had installed our new water heater. I've always found their service fast, and reasonable.

Quick response, fair price given up front and no up-selling. Devon was a great guy. Very polite. Shared about the process all the way. Loved how he enjoys his job - enthusiastic about each success along the way. Could tell he cared most about our well-being and doing a top-notch job.
