I had a decent sized hole in my stucco (about 18 x 28 after a plumbing repair) that needed fixing and painting. The estimate for the repair was a little more than some of the others that I got but the questions that Teo asked about the job and requests for photos to make sure he could match the texture made me feel better about his estimate and attention to detail. Teo explained what he was going to do, how long it would take and showed me what was going on ask I checked progress during the job. Afterwords, Teo cleaned up the area (cleaner that it was when he started in fact). I'm very happy with the results and will hire him again if I have and electrical, minor plumbing, or more stucco repairs.

I am a new homeowner of a old historic house and I recently had a major plumbing issue which caused flooding in our basement. I know nothing about plumbing but after seeing all of the busted pipes I knew we had a massive issue on our hands. We called First Class Plumbing and Ricardo and Tito quickly showed up to our home. They were so patient with all of my questions and walked me through the process of the work they would be doing. They were so knowledgeable and very professional. They reassured me that they would take care of our problem and we would have a new great system. They were right! They worked hard and not once did I ever hear a complain regarding the very limited crawl space they had. In fact, every time I checked in with them they approached me with a great big muddy smile :) Also, I must add that their pricing was very competitive and very fair. I was way over quoted by other companies I had called. I cannot express how blessed we feel to have had First Class Plumbing work in our home. I can gladly say that they have relieved my stress and returned the peace in this old home!

We were looking for someone to run gas piping for our new water/fire feature, new fire pit and new BBQ.  Shorty's Plumbing took on the project to which we added some water piping and electrical work.  The electrical work was further complicated by problems with some of the components. Shorty's Plumbing went out of his way which required many trips to the equipment supplier and to our location until the problem was solved. He stuck with it until we were happy. Not everyone cares about customer satisfaction as does Shorty's Plumbing. We would definitely recommend him to everyone!

I can't say enough about Andrew and Eli!!  Someone came the day before and didn't really try to get the problem solved, preferred to up-sale me!  Andrew and Eli came out and got right after it.  They were ready to get dirty and solve my problem.  They assessed and went to work!  Within 30 minutes, they had things working perfectly and offered some potential solutions if the problem reappears which is always possible with plumbing.  They communicated regularly and were personable when they arrived and again, wanted to help me get things right.

Approximately one year ago we purchased a water softener system and a gas water heater from Mike. His crew came by and installed them as well. Last week we noticed water surrounding the water softener system . We immediately contacted the office and explained the problem to Lela who did not hesitate to acknowledge our situation and reassured us that help would be on its way. The water leakage was caused by the manufacture's faulty ring at the top of one of the tanks. Subsequently It was replaced at no charge. My kitchen sink was leaking and the water was warping the wood. I had North Highland install a new sink and am very happy with their service. I got a number of estimates including some from other 5 star businesses. North Highland was clearly the most reasonable estimate. They were responsive on Yelp messenger, they had many time slots available and he came when he said he would. The dependability was a huge plus because I had to make time from work to get this done. He was quick and polite. Highly recommend!

My pool heater was having issues so I contacted Lorenzo.  He was able to come out and quickly identify the issue, found the replacement part and have it installed within a couple of days.  The heater has worked flawlessly since then and everything was done for a very reasonable price.

Its fair to say I was nervous about using a company with no reviews but after working with Lorenzo, I can highly recommend his service.   It was a great customer experience from start to finish.

NEVER, NEVER use Country Wide Plumbing Heating and Air.  We used them and they are total RIP OFF's.  They replaced a drain pipe under our bathroom sink and cleaned out the drain.  The also replaced a garbage disposal.  They charged us the exorbitant amount of $999 plus!!  I couldn't believe it.  I should have checked on Yelp before we called them.
