I deal with many types of repair professionals on a regular bases.  It is very rare I would give any one 4 or 5 stars.  I am happy  to give 5 stars to Jeremiah because not only did he do a great repair job and was very professional, he was spot on time to the job site.  I will most definitely call him and refer him next time I need his services.

Normally, I do not write reviews, but I am making an exception. I have used Complete for 3 years now.  Mike and his crew are honest and very reliable.  That is very important to me because I am a single mom. I tried calling another plumber to compare prices in the past and discovered Complete was hundreds cheaper.  Mike even went out of his way on a Sunday night to stop by when my water heater stopped working recently.  You can't get better service than that.  Mike is awesome!!!  His crew is very pleasant and professional when they come over to do their job.  Mike's wife, Lilia, is always helpful and is very nice. I will definitely continue to use their services.  I would highly recommend Complete to everyone.

My pool heater was having issues so I contacted Lorenzo.  He was able to come out and quickly identify the issue, found the replacement part and have it installed within a couple of days.  The heater has worked flawlessly since then and everything was done for a very reasonable price.

Its fair to say I was nervous about using a company with no reviews but after working with Lorenzo, I can highly recommend his service.   It was a great customer experience from start to finish.

One day I noticed a very non pleasant smell in my house and outside of my house and I was guessing it had to have been a ruptured sewage pipe so I called Better Sewer Maintenance to come and check it out, for nice they arrived and took a look at my plumbing under the house they knew exactly what it was and fixed it that day and now I don't have to deal with that horrible smell thanks to these guys great job.

We had a pin hole leak in one of our pipes that was located and resolved; however, in the process additional issues were discovered during the inspection. Galan did a great job locating the source of the problem, identifying a solution and ensuring that the team followed through in resolving.  We will definitely reach out to Stephens to assist us in the future.

Just had my entire house done (both cold, and hot water lines), and I was very happy with the entire process. We live in a post and beam midcentury home and the plumbing is all in the slab foundation. We had been having pinhole leaks more frequently over the past year, and rather than jackhammering up our floors, our only other alternative was to have copper piping run across our roof, which was not a great option for aesthetic reasons, as well as how expensive it would be. After doing a lot of research and speaking with some people who had hired epipe for their own places, I decided epiping was definitely the better option.

Tommy came by a few weeks ago to give me an estimate and provide details of the epipe process and answer any questions I had. I was lucky enough to get scheduled in so quickly (last minute opening) as they're booked out pretty far in advance right now. The day of the epipe restoration the crew showed up on time, were very professional, efficient, and clean. They managed to have our water back on the same day. Clearly they had a lot of experience and it showed since they operated like a well oiled machine. The following day the crew came by to pick up their equipment as well as double check their work and clean up.

Time will tell how well the epipe will hold up, but I'm very confident that it'll do the trick. Knowing that we have the warranty made the decision pretty easy too.

Ismael was the technician and was impressed with his workmanship, Ismael solved three problems for our facility, Ismael was able to pull toilet and run cable pulling back roots clearing our line. Ismael also was able to fix leak located in wall area and finally Ismael was able to dig in front of house and replace broken pipe and putting pipe coming up from ground to run cable for future. It's like nothing happened to the garden in front of the house, he puts everything back to where it should be. Ismael finished at 3 am in the morning, so impressive and dedicated to completing job tasks.  Ismael for your hard work.

I have used Plumber's Connection twice and they are honest, reliable and have reasonable prices.  The first time they even came to my aid on Christmas Day!  Their technicians are knowledgeable and friendly.  Thanks Joe for quickly replacing my bathroom hose bibs and accessing the hose bibs in the other bathroom and kitchen.  I appreciate your honesty in stating that they did not need to be replaced.  Great work!!!  I will not hesitate to use their services again.
