My pool heater was having issues so I contacted Lorenzo.  He was able to come out and quickly identify the issue, found the replacement part and have it installed within a couple of days.  The heater has worked flawlessly since then and everything was done for a very reasonable price.

I just want to say that the people at better sewer maintenance really have your best interest in mind at all times, and you can really tell by the way that they talk to you and how professional they are. I called on recommendation from our pool guy to get my deck drains cleared out as the water was taking an extremely long time to drain after the last big rain we had a few months ago.  Art and Luis arrived and jetted the drains. Unfortunately they discovered roots and a broken pipe in a section of the drains that needed to be dug up.  Art came back the next day and dug the trench and pulled out as many roots as possible and replaced the broken pipe (which was also completely full of dirt and roots)  and explained everything as he worked.  Although Art was able to get the water to drain well, unfortunately some roots remain in a section that is under concrete which we have decided not to take care of at the moment.  Art explained what would be needed in detail should we need/decide to take care of that in the future along with what we should regularly do to maintain our drains going forward.  Art also tested our gas line for a future pool water heater install.  Art then spent time cleaning the dirt from our deck after he completed everything.  I would highly recommend  Art and Luis for their professional work and attention to detail.

I decided to use this service when I had a pipe that kept flooding my living room and leaks else where in my home. I did a lot of research on options to protect all of the pipes in our house without leakage. It was a quick and easy service and they did not have to knock out multiple holes in my wall, which was really nice. I think I had two holes total.
Fast forward to today, it's now been a few years... I called customer service with a question and Raul sent out two professional employees on the same day... and they showed up on time. It was determined my problem is not related to the E pipe.
That is great service and if you are like me and want to buy yourself another 10+ years of home protection I would recommend e pipe based on how easy it was and quality customer service down the road.

Moms house has 2 bathroom sinks that weren't draining (toilets are fine showers/bathtub is fine) To help her out, I tried snaking them myself, it didn't work. I took apart the p-traps and tried again, no good. Tried to snake the vent from the roof myself, nope. Ok, time to call a pro. Thats where Tony the Sewer Specialist comes in.  Gave him a shout here on yelp and he got back to me quick. I told him my situation and sent some photos. We talked on the phone and he said he could come by later today, perfect, but I had to go to work. Gave Tony my moms info and told mom Tony would be coming over to fix the drains and put back all the pipes and mess I made (sorry mom) I left for work.   Tony let me know when he was on his way, and he let my mom know he was headed over.    Tony showed up with his partner, did all the cleaning and reconnecting the pipes I took apart. Left everything nice and tidy. Mom's happy which means I'm happy.  Great price, great work. Will be calling again for any other plumbing needs.  Thanks Tony!  Go Ducks!

Needed a leaky faucet repaired. Arrived on time. Repaired the faucet but the turn off value underneath the sink started to leak. It's a 20 year old value so understandable. Said he couldn't  fix that day but would tell office so they could schedule the repair for the Next day. 3 days later and no phone call.  Called another company!
