Best Sink Installation in San Francisco CA

Just last night, (11/19/20) discovered that my sink was clogged, as the water does not go down and just stays on my double sink. Started a quote on yelp, (it was created and sent on 5 plumbing businesses within my area) and in one minute, (take note: that is 8:55pm), Beastbay Plumbing was the very first one to respond (with 3 time slots availability)! That is how a business should be! I did not expect it to be that quick, since it was already night time! That is a huge plus right there! Especially, that water is very essential in a household. The next day, I called and was directed to call their dispatch number and had a pleasure to talk with Dee. Scheduled between 1pm-3pm. Received text message with the info, very helpful feature as well, during these busy times! Met a very great plumber, AJ- great guy, professional, humble, jolly, loves his job, positive and good sense of humor! What more can you ask for?! Still covid, he has his mask on, wore the disposable foot cover, has a mat where he will be working on. Tried his first tool, a smaller one- powered tool drain snake. Did his best and still clogged. Next level is the other heavy duty powered equipment (a Beast like Beastbay!) with a longer snake. At first I thought, it will be an easy job, since I had snaked it last night with the manual one and got some jelly blob in there. Dirt, oil and other debris accumulates over time! Never had this problem before! He did the 100ft and still not that fully cleared yet. He is very patient, does not give up right away and did the steps again. Until, clogs are gone! Woohoo! Problem solved! He tested it with bursting water from the faucet and asked me to turn on the faucet on the bathroom as well to make sure that everything runs smoothly! What impressed me the most, is the way he cleaned up the whole area where he worked on, disinfected it. From start to finish, he never show frustration or any bad attitude!! Full service with a smile! Paid $229, I would say it is worth it, in the long run! Highly recommended for all your plumbing needs, big or small job, they can do it all! Thank you AJ and the rest at Beastbay! You guys are the Best and the Beast when it comes to all plumbing work!! Keep it up! Don't change and this business will be around for years and years to come! I needed a Plumber on Saturday and based on a review I saw elsewhere, I gave them a call. Within 3 hours he was at the house redoing the wax rings on two toilets.

He tells you the truth about the situation, doesn't try to sell you anything. They are courteous and considerate. One thing my wife noticed was they took off their shoes before entering the house and continue to do so, though it was probably inconvenient the amount of times they went in and out.

Pricing was very fair and he help to alleviate any concerns their might have been in the plumbing. I mentioned that the plunger stop lever in the tub wasn't draining all the way, he adjusted that at no additional charge.

I originally found Bedr on the Apps but he is now my go-to handyman and there isn't anything I wouldn't trust him with! He has helped me install shelves twice and a ceiling lamp (built into the ceiling, required electrician knowledge).

He is incredibly meticulous and precise with his work, doesn't rush, and stays until you are satisfied with the job. I will gladly refer him to anyone who needs a handyman.

I noticed my hot water heater overflowing this morning and freaked out because I've never dealt with anything like this before as a homeowner.  My neighbor came to the rescue and recommended Five Star Plumbing.  

Brian came out and took on the crazy task of getting the old heater out of our spooky basement that is only accessible with a ladder.  He did some rigging and problem-solved like a champ.  He was super friendly and even fixed the crazy door in the floor so it won't give anyone a concussion.  It's unusual to find people who go above and beyond.  I'm happy to now have a plumber to call if I need one.

The only thing that would have be great is if we could have gotten an estimate over the phone.  I asked and they said we would get one when they got here, but I had to ask and was told that they should have given me one when I called.  The website says you approve all prices before work starts.  Pretty confusing.

Just bought a house and needed some quick work done in order to pass  an inspection. Edgar was the only one to answer my call and was able to show up the next business day. He got the work done and it looked great. I know who I will be calling up next time I need any plumbing work done!

Zayah was on time, knowledgeable, asked enough questions to make sure we were on the same page, but was unobtrusive and efficient. He diagnosed Missi ng parts we needed, took a quick trip to the store in my behalf, and replaced our disposal/repaired some broken sink plumbing quickly and cleanly. Strong recommend!

Ben totally saved the day!

We suffered a break-in attempt yesterday morning, which ended up damaging our building's front door frame to the point that it would no longer lock. This obviously needed to get fixed ASAP and I knew that same day availability for a big job like this would be a challenge. Luckily I found Ben's page and gave him a call. He was able to fit me into his afternoon and worked until sundown to get the door frame repaired with new lumber and reinforced. He was polite, helpful, and a total pleasure to work with, and we went to bed soundly knowing that the front door was now even more secure than it was before the incident. Thanks again Ben!

My home was purchased in 1967 and had an old furnace which was functional but over the past twelve years i was using space heaters because I thought they were cleaner and I did not need to heat the entire house during the daytime.  I finally decided that space heaters had fire risk dangers even using dedicated circuits so I decided to inform myself as much as possible on furnace installation.  I then had five furnace installation companies come to my home to assess my needs,provide information on what they recommended and send me an estimate for the costs for their installation.  I chose Harry Clark Plumbing and Heating for the following reasons:  1.They listened to what I wanted for my home heating. 2. They made a thorough assessment of the layout which would be most efficient re duct system, furnace placement, and air filter system. (Their plan was by far the most efficient as compared to the other companies proposals) 3. The cost estimate was the best offer with two of the companies coming at $2500.00 more than the Harry Clark estimate. I was very pleased when my decision was shown to be the right one. The foreman on the job was excellent. He walked through the layout plan always open to questions, input or suggestions from me.  All the workmen on this job were courteous, friendly,and always cleaned up before leaving each day. The cost came as quoted.  The use of the system was thoroughly explained when the job was completed and I feel very comfortable in being able to call if any questions arise. I feel very fortunate to have found this company to install my furnace.

We found out the hard way during the recent heavy rains that our sump pumps stopped working properly when we discovered that our basement had flooded. I called three plumbers who all came out to give us estimates. It was easy to schedule the visit for the estimate with Yazmin. Once we met with Mo, it was clear we were going with Alansi's. He was thorough, pointed out some deficiencies with the way the previous sump pumps were installed, and explained to us the work we needed to get done. He also answered our questions in terms we understood and with a good attitude. The estimate also came out to be almost exactly the same as that of another plumbing company that is highly rated on Yelp. But the plumber sent by that company could not have been more apathetic or disinterested in our issues or our questions, and that made us nervous about the quality of work he would do.

Mo went above and beyond by squeezing us in on his schedule to make sure that our pumps were installed before the next round of storms. He and his assistant worked steadily for several hours and tested everything thoroughly before they left. We will definitely call Alansi's again in the future for any plumbing needs.

Hands down the only company I trust for inspections and bids for SL.  They will be the first to tell you if the line is fine or needs partial/full replacement.  Have never had a problem with the company. They show up when scheduled, often early.   Tip for anyone using their services or any other company: locate the sewer cleanout before they show up.  It saves everyone time and frustration.

I own a 4 unit apt building in Potrero Hill. Heise's has helped me out over the years with consistently great work and clean/courteous service. They are prompt and fair, and never seem to try to expand the size of the job like many plumbers. Now, I trust them completely and know that they'll solve my problems and do it for a fair price. This means I have happy tenants and that is worth a great deal. Heise's rules.

Frank was very honest and straight forward.  He told me the cost of the labor and advise me there's some mark on the parts.  He didn't have anyone that can come out on a Sunday night but they can arrange someone for Monday afternoon.  I texted him next Monday morning if he has anyone earlier.  He sent someone to come over in the next 2 hours.  They gave me a reasonable quote and they completed the work with in a hours.  They technician was very friendly and straight forward. I already ask for quote for other works that I am planning to do.  Great service and straight forward.

I needed some pipes re-routed for my shower.  

Kenny responded quickly and was able to get the job done in 1 hour when others had quoted me for 4 hours.  

Will definitely call Kenny the next time I've got a plumbing need!

Soooo my daughter flushed 6-7 face wipes down the toilet. Under 2hrs of labor, no parts needed,  and a bill for 800 dollars. No receipt, no clean up (the toilet was not backed up the shower and bathtub were just holding water).  The wipes were not disgusting(wiped her face with them) but the plumbers demanded a bag to put them in, and I gave him a zip lock bag.  His expression looked like he was knee deep in a sewer.  There was a weird menacing vibe from the plumbers so I decided to just write a check and let the owner know about the fleecing after they left. Never heard back from him.

I am sorry to write this review- it's my first ever with Yelp- and I spent $5k with these guys to replace a water main earlier this year. The price seemed fair enough then, and the plumbers were nice guys.  I think the owner subs the work out because the experience this time was appalling and the price was highway robbery. I never heard back from the owner but hope this feedback helps him correct the course of his business.

It's never fun to come home to a clogged kitchen drain, especially on the Sunday of a holiday weekend.  We reached out to a b drain and spoke with an extremely professional representative that scheduled Raffi to come to our house the same day.  Not only did Moses arrive earlier than expected but he was professional, straightforward, and great to work with.  He also walked us through each step he took, making us feel very confident in the work performed.  I highly recommend him!

Came in, looked at the job, and got it done at a reasonable cost on the same day.  The gentleman was super professional and explained the work clearly.
