Tromborg Royal replaced our 43 year old furnace with a new one. They were prompt, professional and reasonable. Bryant, the technician, clearly knows his work. He put in a full day and returned to finish up as promised the next day. We are delighted with our new, energy efficient furnace!  It feels really good to have found a local, family owned business we can rely on for any future plumbing or heating needs. Joven arrived promptly (and was understanding about it when we were a few minutes late to let him in).  We had a bathtub faucet that wouldn't turn off.  It had previously been fixed by another plumber who told us we'd have to open up the wall and rebuild the stem/valve (for a lot of money) if we wanted it to be any better.  Joven had it working great in about 30 minutes for a very reasonable price.  We'll definitely call him again.

The main pipe to the city sewer split and was leaking so we couldn't use the upstairs plumbing -- kitchen and bathroom sinks, toilet, etc.  Five Star Plumbing was recommended to us, and Saoul was able to come in two days with his technician David who did an excellent job. They cleaned up well. We are most appreciative of their quick response and good work.

It's never fun to come home to a clogged kitchen drain, especially on the Sunday of a holiday weekend.  We reached out to a b drain and spoke with an extremely professional representative that scheduled Raffi to come to our house the same day.  Not only did Moses arrive earlier than expected but he was professional, straightforward, and great to work with.  He also walked us through each step he took, making us feel very confident in the work performed.  I highly recommend him!

I had a leak in my gas main and had to shut everything off. I called up Bay Rooter in the afternoon on Monday -- they had someone out within an hour to inspect the situation and scheduled a fix for the next morning at 9am. Promptly at 9am I got a knock on the door. He came in, shut off all my valves and appliances, and began fixing my leak.

In the process of fixing, he checked the full system, finding 7 additional leaks (and showing me pictures of the leaks under my house, spraying bubbles on the ones for me to see in my house).

Throughout the entire process, he kept me informed of what he found, what he was fixing, and even showed me how he was identifying the leaks. He had to make 2 trips to the store to pick up specific pieces to replace piping or valves that were corroded and broken. All told, he spent 7 and a half hours under my house in a cramped crawl space.

The situation was a lot worse than we had originally thought, so the bill was higher than the original estimate, but I felt I was getting a very fair deal and in the end he gave me a bit of a discount off the revised estimate.

I am so much more at ease to know my gas lines have been inspected and fixed, and I am confidant in that ease because of the level of detail he provided at each step along the way.

All told, it was a very fairly priced, 5-star quality job and Bay Rooter is my new go-to plumbing company. I'm very happy with their work and hope that this review will get them the business they deserve.

We used VanGo at a special project that we had downtown.  We were working on a Hotel that was over a 100 years old.  So with that being said that everything that could go wrong, went wrong. Due to the age of the building we had water leaks everywhere. I got a chance to work with Eddie and his crew at the site.  They provided great service not only to us but to the  residents and guest that resided there.  If they were not on site they were only a phone call away!!

Jorge answered my call on Friday, scheduled a visit for Monday, arrived and evaluated the problem with our pressure assist toilet (with an estimate), and then repaired it on Tuesday. He was patient and kind and explained what he was going to do and what he had done. Highly recommend!

This is our 6th complete bathroom remodel in 3 different homes over the past 10 years.  I've also done quite a bit of home construction in a previous lifetime and am avid DIY'er. I'm very demanding on the quality of work. I've worked with a large number of remodeling crews, bath and whole home. Most of these are marginal with average or below quality.  Roman's team is the best with outstanding quality.  We could not be more pleased.  We had a cracked shower in a bathroom that we'd considered remodeling for quite a while. I was concerned the crack was due to underlying floor issues in our 25 year old home. As everyone knows, it is nearly impossible to find skilled help now. I discovered Roman through Yelp.  He was very responsive with fair prices and agreed to provide staff to diagnose the crack.  This initial work enabled me to further assess his team. After working with them for a couple of days we decided to remodel the entire bathroom: new shower with 24x12 tiles, same tiles on floor, custom 3/8 glass shower walls on 2 sides, new vanity, Hansgrohe faucets and controls, new baseboards, and repainting all walls and ceiling.  We encountered far more than the normal problems.  Roman quickly gave me fair and modified pricing to handle the additional tasks and his team quickly adjusted. The result is world class quality at very fair rates.  The tile work is impeccable. All corners are perfect 90 degrees and all surfaces flat, vertical and horizonal.  I put levels everywhere to verify.  They consistently proactively pointed out problems in the previous construction they could have hidden and would have resurfaced years later as apparently normal maintenance.  This was invaluable. Their attention to detail is outstanding.  For example, they caulked all baseboard lower and upper touch points to the floors and walls.  The caulk lines are perfect. The painting is spot on with exact lines where the walls and ceiling meet with different colors. They spray painted the doors which had many irregular corners.  They consistently went the extra mile to do things right.  The European style vanity required much customization for the drain and water lines.  They expertly modified the vanity and drains as well as the heat vent below.  We wanted a clean modern look.  The result is perfect. We could not be more pleased. We always use Roman and his team for home remodels in the future.

These guys are super responsive.  I needed a new toilet installed and the old one hauled away - they came exactly when promised, made sure that everything was working, and did the job for a lot less that I had feared.  I will use them for all my plumbing work from now on.

Extremely courteous and punctual! He got down to the root of the plumbing issue. This was an early morning visit and the family needed to use the restrooms as soon as possible they were the first to come in and make sure we were flowing smoothly! Definitely recommend with fair pricing and whether you want work done right and right away Lion Rooter is the king of the Plumbing jungle. They know where to look with their cameras and snakes and all the tools to get the job done and make sure to never get backed up again. Even after I've flushed and clogged he was able to vacuum out the excess water and made the job that would normally be a mess as clean as possible. Highly recommend.

Max did a great job replacing my garbage disposal.  He first came to my home to see if I needed a new garbage disposal or an adjustment could be made to keep the original one.   He determined that I needed a new one.  Max found the right disposal for my needs, bought it, brought it to my home and replaced the old one.  Max is very knowledgable, cares about his work, cares about the needs of his customer, and left the area he worked in very clean.

Mejia's Plumbing Service replaced tubing that carried water to my ice box. Rene, owner also installed a small facet which will allow me to turn off the water supply to my refrigerator, if needed.  As soon as Rene completed the installation, I was able to drink water from the door of my refrigerator.  Additionally, after so many hours had pasted, my ice maker started making ice again.  I was very pleased with the excellent service of Mejia's Plumbing, in that, Rene presented himself professionally when interacting with me; he explained what he had to do to fix the problem; he completed the repair in a reasonable amount of time and he made sure that water flowed from the refrigerator prior to leaving.  If you are looking for a dependable and skilled plumber, I encourage you to contact the Mejia's Plumbing Company.  You won't be disappointed.

After moving into my new house I realized that both the kitchen and bathtub drains were clogged.  The first plumber I called couldn't unclog them because there was no clean-out valve.  I looked online and found Rooter Hero.  This was Friday afternoon before Memorial Day.  Greg Gunderson came out and confirmed that the lack of a clean-out valve made it difficult but said they could do it for me.  As work proceeded, the news got worse and worse.  They had to get into the sewer pipes from inside the house and everything they touched seemed to crumble.  I don't remember all the names of the workers who were here for the pleasure, but Taurus was the lead on clearing the clogs.  By then it was apparent that both the sewer pipes and water pipes were in terrible condition, so I chose to have them replaced and to have a proper clean-out valve installed.  They also installed new bathtub and kitchen faucets for me.  It sounds pretty simple describing it now, but nothing was easy.  The configuration of the pipes was odd, making it difficult to replace them without opening up the walls.  Carlos took over the lead for this part of the job.  At times I was frustrated because we sometimes didn't get started until mid-morning, but it was worth the wait.  Every step of the way the work crew took care of me, making sure I had running water at the end of each day and always cleaning up after themselves.  Oh, I forgot to mention that periodically during the job I was babysitting for my 3-month-old twin grand babies and the workers were were literally tiptoeing in and out of the house to avoid waking them.  Every employee I came in contact with during the job was professional, thorough and considerate.  I am glad its over and am grateful to all of them, especially Greg, Taurus and Carlos for their help.  Nice to have clean pipes.
