We had another plumbing issue and contacted Collins Pacific. I'm very glad we did. Gilbert came out and he is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Most importantly, the Collins Pacific team is trustworthy. In contrast to other plumbing companies that I have had come out in the past, which charge exorbitant prices to perform work that may not even be needed, Collins Pacific have the expertise and willingness to properly diagnose the real issue.

The AC was dripping through the secondary line because the main line was clogged. I called another AC company to check it out. They came and flushed the line but they blamed a plumbing under the sink for it and they charged me $240 without fixing it. I found a plumber to look at it but plumber said it was ok and there is no piping issues under the sink. I decided to give it another shot and  reached out to American Ace plumbing for diagnosis and fixing. Fred showed up and used vacuum to clear and clean the line. He charged me only $140. The line is open and there is no dripping. Great job to Fred for taking care of this in less than 30 minutes and charging me at such a great price. I highly recommend this company and inn future i will be using them and recommending them to others.

I called them because my kitchen sink was plugged up.  As promised, they came within 75 minutes of my call.  Initial estimate was $355 until I mentioned there is a $77 coupon for unclogging a sink if it has a clean out, which it does.  He agreed to that price BUT the first pass with a small snake didn't work, so he had to get the bigger one, with the bigger price tag of $355.  And, it may not have even worked as he couldn't tell if the line was clear.  

Then, he recommended jetting the line with a high pressure device that cleans the pipes.  The price for that you might ask.  Well, only $1200 and he happened to have the tool on his truck!  And, he recommended doing this yearly as part of maintenance!  

I should have told him to be on his way but I was stuck and needed the kitchen sink to drain.  What a rip off.

After trying to get 3 other plumbers to help me as my kitchen was flooding and causing severe water damage to my walls for several days yes days nobody was willing to help! They were too busy and rude ...not kidding. Drain Patrol being the worst by scheduling and not showing up and also pretending they didn't know I was waiting ugh so frustrating!! (Drain Patrol will get a negative review go see it on their page) I called Eastlake plumbing at 9 pm to find the most friendly staff not only did they walk me thru a step by step temporary plan to immediately stop the water so I didn't have to pay after hour rates but they showed up as promised first thing in the morning! Forever grateful and will recommend to everyone ! THANK YOU EP!

She fixed it!  Quality work, professional and affordable. If you need drywall repaired, she is the person for the job.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If I could give a lower rating I would. And keep in mind I don't Yelp often. Scroll down and see what others have written. Had Daniel Kent of Black Mountain Plumbing come out to the house by SERVPRO and was very unprofessional. Couldn't tell me what was leaking or what I needed to buy to get a new hot water tank. Looked at me and then went to the hot water tank and said it's 12 years old, that's why your hot water tank doesn't work. Told me isn't there to educate me and that he is only there to move it and put temporary lines up while the demo work is being done. Very very unprofessional. He will not ever get to come out here again. Scott the owner isn't any better, as when I called him, he wanted to educate me on his credentials and tell me that they aren't there to inform the client what has happened or why it happened but only to do the job and that's it. This company is a joke.

Came out the next day to replace hose bib. Professional, on time, kept us notified of arrival time and did a great job. Will definitely use again.

I had an outside water pipe to my house break and needed help quickly. Mike called me back within an hour and said he could come out even though he had a full schedule. He and John repaired the pipe, adjusted the pressure and instructed me what to do to get my house water up and running. The repair was clean, solid and much better than the original fitting. It is apparent Mike takes pride in his work. I highly recommend his work and his company.

Gabe is who you NEED to hire right now. Had a shower handle thing along with other issues and he was available within hours. One-time, professional, and communication was excellent! Thank you!

These guys was great! I think it was Jose and his trainee came on 12/29/2021  to help us unclog our kitchen sink. Our townhouse complex plumber recommend Adorable Drain as the only one that could unclog the drain in our townhouse complex. We were promised between 2 to 4 pm, they called and arrived a little before 4 pm. They have to use three different drain cleaners to finally clean out the clog. They also clean up after work is done and only charged us for an hour for more than 90 minutes work. Both were very courteous and refused tips! I would highly recommend them.

I'll defintely be using Above and Beyond Drains and Plummbing again! I liked that they didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need. The prices quoted were reasonable. I'm also big on customer service and this place has it! There was an issue and Joe quickly moved to mitigate it. I really appreciated that Joe went 'above and beyond' to make customers like myself happy.

We just bought a house and needed a variety of small jobs done.  Darell quoted us a fair price, he showed up on time looking professional, he brought all necessary tools, equipment and supplies.  He replaced old 2-prong electrical outlets, attic and crawl space vent screens including a custom built access screen and repaired a broken fan vent that was venting into the attic.  He worked all day to get the job done well!  We will be calling Darrell again for future needs.

Our plumber told us we have a slab leak so we called Acculine Leak Detection. They were able to make it out the same day. Chris the technician found our leak in the hallway, and was actually very thorough with the whole detection process.

I had put review and was not happy, the owner contacted me and refunded the charge for putting up notices.

Eric did it all! He replaced a gas valve so a new stove could slide in. As well, he redid the plumbing to accommodate the new sink and faucet. And he did it all on Saturday, one day after I requested the service. 5 star!

One star is too much for this company. We had them come out to our condo because of a loud noise that was coming from the pipes within the walls, a noise we had not heard before. 3-4 different techs came out. I found myself arguing about the defenition of the noise they were hearing and the noise I was hearing. It didn't sound like they knew what they were talking about, something felt wrong. All of my research had pointed to a possible leak somewhere in the piping system but they just wrote it off as loud pipes. Fast forward 1 month and one of the empty units in the building had been leaking for a long long time. They had to take out all of the walls, cealing and carpets. The mold growth had spread  throught out the entire condo really bad!
