Best Bathtub in San Diego CA

My husband found this company and I was really surprised at how many 5-star reviews it had....first met with Nathan, who helped keep our bathroom asbestos-free with their recommendation of testing.  I was blown-away with the bid that he gave me the same day.  I didn't have to wait the next day; it was written up right then & there.  Not only that, he provided referrals and they were just as good as he said they would be.  Then, I met with Byron himself, who owns this fine company, and I was really humbled by his *customer service* and willingness to disclose what our bathroom needs.   Really am impressed by his friendliness and courteous demeanor (took off his laced-up shoes before stepping into our carpeted home!).  He represents business ethics well.

The worst experience. I called them on Thursday because of leak in my unit. They scheduled an appointment for the next day , Friday at 9 am.
I needed to shut off the water, took all morning off from work. At 10 am, an hour after my appointment time , they called me and stated that the plumber can't come in and they need to reschedule it for Monday! Seriously, they even didn't have a courtesy to call at my appointment time and if it's a leak and water shut off who can wait the whole weekend for them to come in their convenience?
Unreliable, don't follow through with their appointments. Find a different more reliable company.

I was told that the plumber will be at my place at 9 am because I'm the first appointment at the morning even the window is from 9-12.
Being in your business the most important it's to be on time ( or your window) and not to reschedule it after the weened on Monday when people rely on you and have near emergency leak situation.
You proved my point .

Great service, great prices, great company! I highly recommend Five Star Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. We had a shut off valve that was stuck on the pipe and needed to be replaced ASAP because it was leaking. They made room in their schedule and fixed our issue quickly and efficiently. Justin was wonderful to work with and Debbie (who I talked with on the phone) was very helpful. We will be using them again for any of our plumbing needs!

I called two other places before American Ace Plumbing to fix our air conditioner, and both places said our unit could not be fixed but had to be replaced. Art from American Ace Plumbing was very professional, came exactly on time as promised, and fixed our AC for a very fair price. Would highly recommend!!!!

An absolute lifesaver of a company! After an incompetent plumbing company was sent to us through our home warranty and literally made the situation worse, we found TL Premier Plumbing on Yelp and they were here within the hour and fixed a very bad situation in 10 minutes time. They were unbelievably professional, clear as day in their explanations, and Manny was as personal and reassuring an individual as a very unhappy homeowner could have asked for! I can't recommend this company enough!

These guys did a great job! Eric and Anthony were really nice and knowledgeable. When I wanted to watch and see how everything was being done so I could learn, they showed me and explained everything. They were on time, professional, and super friendly. They replaced my shower head and faucet about two weeks ago and I have had zero problems. They also told me I could call them if I had any questions or issues with any of it. Plus they are dog lovers so they get extra points with me :)

I called to request a quote for a plumbing project. Of course I called a couple of plumbers because I wanted to see which one would be the best and compare prices. It came time for their appointment and I saw them park their vehicle across the street. I was finishing talking to a plumbing company and a restoration company as well. Then I waited and when I went to look outside the vehicle is gone. I didn't even bother to call them again.
I had initially rated this company lower. But the owner contacted me and explained that there had been a miscommunication. I appreciate him calling me to clear this up and do his best to make up or us. In costumer service this is essential. There are other companies that do wrong and do not bother to contact the customer and make things right. I really appreciate that. Maybe we can do business in the future.

Due to unforeseen circumstances Matt was a little late but he informed me beforehand and was extremely courteous and professional when he showed. He replaced my shutoff valve and fixed my water tank in about 15 minutes. He did the job right and was efficient, I couldn't ask for much more.

Daniel responded to my call in a fast response time, gave me a very reasonable price on the service and did quality repair in good time frame! Express Plumbing is now my go to repair!!!

Master Bathroom toilet was continuously running even after my many attempts to fix it. Armando arrived on time and assessed the issue right away. He explained what was needed and showed me what to do for the remaining two toilets in our home as the pipes and inner tubes may wear eventually. Hopefully our sewer bill will be less in the next month. Thank you.

I had a slowly draining drainage and requested a free in-person estimate from Leak and Drain. Omar came and performed a camera check and explained the probable issue before giving an estimate and timeline. He and Jonathan did a thorough inspection and drain cleaning process.
Omar went over the 2 hour estimate but stayed over and relentlessly checked all the drains without additional charges.
He is very honest, reasonable and a very professional plumber. I admire his dedication to a customer-satisfaction guarrantee!

I had originally called another plumbing company to give us an estimate on our 'water hammer' problem, but after 1.5 hours of waiting with no call, I called to cancel. I went to Yelp to find another. Enter Plumbing Tree.
Jerry was very courteous and communicative.  He called to let us know he was arriving. When he arrived we explained the problem, and he walked all over the house and even under the house to listen to the sounds.  He diagnosed the situation, and gave us a very fair and honest estimate.  He left briefly to get the parts he needed, then came back and went to work. The work was done well, and we have no water hammer sounds in the house anymore.  He even wore booties every time he entered the home so the dust and dirt from outside was not tracked on our floors.  I really appreciated that.
Thanks to the unprofessionalism of another company, we now have a great plumbing company to call if anything else happens.

Just had Stephen Jones over to diagnose a dishwasher and plumbing issues in the master bath. He was very professional and knowledgable. The issues were addressed quickly with new faucets installed right away. I would call these guys again any day. Highly recommended.

I got quoted from another company and they wanted to charge $500+ for a running toilet (crazy!!!)
