Good, honest company. The husband and I had a plumbing issue and decided to call All American. They were very responses and was able to make an appointment for the next day. Ryan came out and was very pleasant. He tried his best to work on our issue but was not able to solve it, so he did not charge me for the call. (which was such a nice thing to do because he worked on the issue for over an hour) We were able to find another solution, but truly appreciated these guys coming out. If you want a good honest company these guys are a great choice.

We had new plumbing added to our garage refrigerator so that the ice/water would work. Our tech David was polite, fast and effective, and he even took a look at our water heater for us and gave us some advice on it. Highly recommend!

My kitchen sink backed up with dark smelly water (Thursday, around 6:30 a.m.). I called Eastlake Plumbing and got their answering service (a live person). I described my plumbing issue to this person. An Eastlake Plumbing employee texted a short time later that a plumber would be available no earlier than Friday.

There are two basic reasons to call a plumber: 1. a project or routine maintenance, e.g., installing a new water heater, or a toilet; or 2. an urgent manner, e.g., a kitchen sink, toilet, or shower drain, is backed up and cannot be used. I consider my issue to be in the urgent category. Therefore, Eastlake Plumbing's response was disappointing. Eastlake Plumbing has a bit of a monopoly in my area (Eastlake, Otay Ranch, Rancho Del Rey, etc...) and I've used them before (but not in the last 12+ months). A plumber is only as good as his work, but if that work is unreasonably delayed, the plumber, like any other business, can only be judged by its service. Eastlake Plumbing's service is subpar. It's prices were always higher than its competitors, but back in the day, Eastlake Plumbing was close by and an urgent matter was handled as soon as possible (justifying the higher prices). No more. I am forced to turn to one of the many other plumbers who service this area.

Richie and Rafa did a stellar job upgrading our old 50's showers with a fresh new single-handle valve. We're so happy with the results and how quickly they were able to make it happen. Everything was spotless when they left. On top of all that, the way Troy's does their billing ended up saving us hundreds compared to the other quotes we received. They'll be my first call next time we need a plumber. Thanks guys!

We hired Plumbing Tree to re-pipe our entire home with copper.  This was a big project that took a week with 3-4 plumbers each day.  Plumbing Tree did an absolutely great job, we are very happy with their work and their team.  The team was courteous, professional,  and very helpful with any questions or concerns.  Freddy (owner) is very conscientious and really takes pride in their work.  The best part is Plumbing Tree had a cleaning crew come in and clear our entire home, not just their work areas, after the job was complete!!  We can absolutely recommend Plumbing Tree, great work, great team, reasonable pricing.

Just wanted to say how responsive and pleasant Matt and Miguel were in working on a slab leak in City Heights apartment.  They got right to it  and promptly done, testing the fix before they covered it up.  All and all I would recommend them highly.  They can provide bi-lingual plumbers if need.

After being stood up by another company, I contacted CML at about 6pm on a Saturday when my water heater went out.  I have 3 young kids and having no hot water is a huge inconvenience/problem.  Chris, the owner, was at my house within the hour and promptly completed the necessary  repair.  I was ecstatic- fair price, exceptional customer service, and best of all my water heater is working again!  Chris was truly great, I would definitely use CML again and I highly recommend this company.

The absolute best!!! I called three companies for a broken copper pipe outside that T's into my house and onto a hose bib. The hose bib side is the side that broke. One company didn't answer. Another company was able to come out right away, but was far above our price point. Mike said he was booked solid, but send him some pictures and he'll take a look. After viewing the pictures, he called back saying that it would be an easy fix and he could squeeze me in. The price he quoted me was about half of what the other company quoted me. He arrived within an hour. He was quick and courteous. He even let my two teenage boys watch him do the repair while explaining what he was doing, which they enjoyed immensely. When we find someone we can trust we stick with them. We will be sticking with Carroll Plumbing and recommending them to others! Thank you Mike!!!

Touchdown Plumbing earned a 5-star review after work completed yesterday.  After kicking out another company because they wanted over $1,000 to pull a toilet and run a snake and replace, TD plumbing countered with a very competitive offer and was able to complete the work in 2 hours.  The technician was a nice guy, cleaned up the work area when he was done, and they stuck to their quote.  Very satisfied, and I will use them again in the future.

Jeffrey was very kind to come check out the back flow device on our home.  After looking at the device, he let us know that he wasn't able to fix the device.  However, he was very straight forward and didn't charge us.  Thanks Jeffrey!

We called Ideal Plumbing for a dishwasher issue and a circuit breaker/electrical problem. We had two separate employees come to look at the problems, each were very efficient and knowledgeable. They did their work quickly and thoroughly and we even jog a follow-up call the same day of our first appointment to verify everything was to our liking.

Such a quick response! Garrett replaced an old leaky sink (+air hammer that sounded like a fog horn) within minutes. So friendly, had the right replacement stocked in the van, couldn't recommend happy plumbing more.
