Best Water Softener Repair in San Diego CA

We've used True Plumbing in residential and commercial settings and have been really happy with the results every time.  They are solid: prompt, communicate well, reasonably priced, and get the job done correctly.  The techs are personable, efficient, and bright.  We had Tony out today and although it was a simple job, he went beyond and really asked questions to help us determine possible causes of our equipment failure.  Rather than just a rote process, one really feels that this company actually cares about their customers.  I could go on, but we'll certainly be calling again.  Thanks True Plumbing.

Water tank was old 22 yrs old and needed to be replaced...I started shopping around and messaged alot of plumbing business on yelp, Promax got back to me quickly and got me an early AM appointment. They didnt have to come to the house to see what was wrong and they pretty much already knew what I was talking about... it saved me time because they were able to give me a quote over the phone. they arrived within the 2 hr time frame they told me and he started to work on removing the old one as soon as they arrived. I recommend this business because of communication, price, and straight to the point. also another thing they priced match the lowest plumber I found and trust me I contacted about approx 10 plumbers with the higher  quotes but this ended up being the cheapest!!!! Vladimir the tech was friendly. They changed my 50 gallon water heater in 1.5 hrs!!

I contacted Happy Plumbing regarding a broken kitchen pipe that must of been leaking for quite a while by the amount of water under my house. They sent out Efren Diaz for an estimate. I liked him right away. He was friendly and very professional. He gave me an estimate that I thought was very reasonable and so I agreed to have them fix it. It was late in the day so we we had Efren start the following morning. Efren showed up right on time the next day excited to start the job. It was a big job and was expecting it to take some time, but within an hour and a half the job was completed and my drain has never ran so good! It was a great experience and I will be using them again in the future. Thank you Efren!!!

Having moved many times over the past several years I have had many RO filters installed in my home. This time I chose WPS and they exceeded my expectations! David emailed me promptly, took my call the following day and provided excellent, thorough information. The installation was scheduled quickly and Eugene installed the system professionally and efficiently. He answered all of my questions with patience and left no mess. I was pleased when he removed his shoes, but impressed when he even lifted his rolling bags over my carpeting. The fees were reasonable and what I expected based on the quote from David. Best of all my water now tastes clean!

This is my 3rd time using plumbing plus and I always very satisfied with their work. Darryl showed up on time and was on point. He gave me suggestions on installing lines to service my water heater and helped me locate the main line under the house for a separate project. I even bounced a few ideas I had with a RO system and filtration project I was working on and he verified my work. I'll continue to use plumbing plus and will suggest them to my friends. Art is AMAZING!!! He is actually one of the best repair technicians (for anything) we've ever worked with! Very polite and kind! We're in Chula Vista and it's going to be a HOT weekend (in the 100s!) I had to get someone out today! Last night our AC sounded different. I got nervous about it breaking down because it's been so hot lately, so I turned it off. After calling 12 different businesses that advertise same-day service, NONE were available. Then I tried Castillo Works, told them what was going on, and they asked what our address was. Before I gave them the address, I asked when they would be able to come and take a look at it (because two other companies I just called asked for our address then tried to schedule us a week out). Art said, as soon as he gets our address, he'll be ON HIS WAY!!! And he was! :) He was here shortly after our call and was able to tell us what was wrong within minutes! He gave me a quote (a very fair one at that!) and went to work - AND FIXED IT! We are SO happy with his service, we will call them back for all services they offer if or whenever we need them! We will also recommend them to our family and friends!!!

Ok, so I had an issue with my garbage disposal not working.  I called Pristine Plumbing and spoke to Richard.  Upon hearing my description of what was going on, he told me exactly how to fix the problem, because it was a pretty simple one apparently, and he wanted to save me money.  He told me if I had any problems, to call back and he would walk me through it step by step.  This is someone who truly looks out for people and is HONEST.  Thank you Richard, for having such integrity.  I cannot tell you how much I appreciate it!!

My Water heater was leaking and I called Trusted Water systems. Jacob showed up and was very polite and professional and I could tell he knew exactly what he was talking about. He didn't have that salesman attitude about him which I loved. Come to find out, my water heater was very old so we replaced it with a tankless, I was also interested in water filtration and he said he could install it the same day along with my new tankless, so we went for it.
Really glad we did, don't have to worry about chlorine and contaminants in our water anymore. Would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

Called Powers Plumbing last week to clear, was I presume a root blockage in the sewage pipe. The staff at the office was very professional setting up the appointment and forthcoming regarding the rates (which are very competitive). Eric from Powers came out today and was awesome! Again, very professional and a nice guy to boot. He spent the time to make sure everything was cleared and all systems go. Thanks Eric! I definitely recommend Powers Plumbing!

Just started using Padilla plumbing..first water heater install was outstanding..we have 9 condos will use them again...second time having Ricardo Vasquez on property for repairs reason I'm leaving this he was  GREAT!

Technician Joe  has provided me exceptional service for over 20 years, and has been consistently conscientious & accommodating. I'll miss his personal touch, as he's retiring at the end of this year.

Had a leaking toilet - called yesterday afternoon and Ruben was able to come out today and fix it. He called when he was on his way, and diagnosed the problem right away. He worked quickly and professionally, and he and his staff were also friendly. Will be using All Time Plumbing for any future problems, and highly recommend them to anyone!!

This guy is a sketchy dude. The owner... Real creep. Don't trust him or his business.
