He identified the problem I had with the last plumber's install which led to garbage disposal failure. It was very clear to see what had been done poorly in the past, just as it was very clear what Michael did magnificently.

Now for the best part of the experience. Michael had ito install a new pipe and fitting that was not part of the estimate. He did so cheerfully and would not accept further payment.

Had a leak under my kitchen sink that needed to be looked at ASAP. I called around to a couple other places, and no one could come out. One place said that just to come, it would be a minimum of $150. I called ProMax and he got someone out to me within an hour. His name was Vladimir. He was kind and considerate. He took his shoes off without asking and pet my sweet dog who was freaking out (she always does when strangers come over). 45 minutes later, the leak was fixed. $90. They have a customer for life.

We had a GREAT experience!!!! Eugene called me back really fast and came out the same day to check out our house to possibly install a reverse osmosis system. The pricing he gave us was WELL below every other quote we got!! He even agreed to help with the drilling of the Granite (which I've seen people charge a lot of money for). He was SO fast and efficient. He agreed to come on a Saturday morning at 7:30am to install a system (only because it was convenient for us!). He was quick, cordial,and very considerate. He even let us buy our own faucet if we wanted instead of pushing us to use his products. I highly highly highly recommend him!!!! Honest, prompt and reliable. Call them- you will not regret it. I'd had them install a Moen kitchen faucet in about 2004 or 2005. In April of 2009 I couldn't select between hot and cold water, it has a single handle that you'd move to the left or right. They came out once and made an adjustment, twice, and the third time they told me I think you got a lemon.  This is a Moen faucet. I bought a new Moen from them. I was angry and was certain I'd been ripped off.

Recently the new Moen faucet has been leaking, so I finally called Moen and related what they'd told me. Even the receptionist @ Plumbing Plus suggested that I needed a new cartridge -- and when I told the rep from Moen that the guy from Plumbing Plus has said I got a lemon she just laughed.

So I finally called Plumbing Plus back and I'm waiting for a call from their manager. My feeling @ this point is that I was ripped off. They could have replaced the cartridge rather than insisting that I needed a new kitchen faucet. This is the worst plumbing experience around -- I cannot tolerate being lied to.

Look elsewhere for plumbing service. I doubt that Yelp would let me write what I'm thinking. I have more plumbing work I need done, but I can't see using Plumbing Plus again for anything if they cannot be trusted. How many other people have they ripped off? A Moen faucet is built for life as they say -- not some American Standard piece of crud that breaks and cannot be fixed. I'm livid. I'm so angry I could spit.

Anyone want to buy my old Moen kitchen faucet @  a discount? Apparently all it really needed was a new cartridge which Moen will be happy to send me, apparently. I cannot believe that I went along with what now seems like an obvious rip off.

Our toilets and showers backed up, what a mess! I called Pristine Plumbing and was told they would be here between 3:00-5:00. Anthony was prompt, friendly, and fixed the problem. He was knowledgeable and explained what he was doing. He used a camera for visual verification while flushing the pipes. Additionally, Anthony showed me how well the water was flowing after he cleared the clog. My house is about 40 years old, it's good to know the main line is still in good shape. After he left, I looked at the clock, not quite 5:00.

Jacob came out replaced a leaking filter housing and improved the piping what was a bit shoddy when the house was build. Replaced pressure reducing valve and the cutoff valve as I requested. Looks nice and improved the filter housing with the appropriate size housing too

This company came out to my rental unit as one of my property manager's contractors to perform a tune-up of my tenant's AC system.  What I get back (after paying about $150 for the visit) is a laundry list of upgrades to a ten-year air handler and condenser that amounted to an estimate of about $3,500.  All of it totally unnecessary and impractical.  The evaporator coil had a glaring leak and was completely rusted out; a blind person could have found it.  It needed a new evap coil or a completely new air handler, either route works depending on one's budget.  Somehow they didn't find the rusted out and leaking evap coil during the initial tune-up visit.  So, they add leak detection dye and coolant unnecessarily for $800 after, only to have the coolant and dye leak out of the bad evap coil.  So, all in all, I wasted about $1,000 in poorly diagnosis' and unnecessary work.  I had a competitor come out and give me an honest evaluation and this company was baffled as to why Padilla approached this job the way they did.  Trying to turn a Ford (a ten year-old air handler) into a Caddilac with unnecessary upgrades and bells and whistles ($3,500 worth) when all it needed was a new evap coil or entire air handler boggles the mind.  Do not use this company for anything AC related.  Shady.  Trust me.

Scheduled service visit for backed up drains on a 3rd floor bathroom. Ruben called 30 mins before to let me know he was on the way, and was on time for the appointment. Very polite and professional; assessed the problem and had the right equipment to take care of the job. Was very respectful of the house/carpet/etc. Ruben had a standard form with his rates that he went over before starting the job, which was again, very professional. All in all, top notch experience. Highly recommend Ruben and All Time Plumbing. Will definitely use for any future plumbing needs.

They were very fair with their pricing for a job moving a gas line in our garage for our stackable dryer.  I got estimates ranging from $250 to $450 (always get estimates!)   These guys showed up on time, did the work and stuck to the price that we agreed on.  

Also, they've moved to Spring Valley from San Carlos.
