Best Water Softener Installation in San Diego CA

Bryson from True Plumbing was out this morning to fix a slow/clogged drain, install a new garbage disposal and fix a very old toilet that was slow to fill.  I can't say enough good things about him or the experience.  It turns out I didn't need a new disposal.  He worked his magic and fixed the one I had.  Also made very short work of fixing the drain.  We determined it would be best to replace the toilet and off he went to pick up a new one and install it.  He was very knowledgable, professional and personable.  I can't recommend him highly enough.  I will absolutely return to this company for future plumbing needs and will be recommending them to friends and neighbors.

Daniel the owner did a great job for us, walked us through how it works and made necessary adjustments for optimal performance w the unit.  Very professional, clean and best prices we found.  Highly recommend using this company for your next water heater.

I used happy plumbing to fix my bathroom and the plumber identified the problem which was the wax seal on the floor. However he mentioned the unit in the water tank was old and suggested he could replace it as well. All set and done was $600. However, the water leak again 11 months later. I chatted with the customer service on Tuesday and they said the office would contact me asap. They went Mia and so I called them on Thursday. The lady on the phone insisted that the warranty was over and I told her it was within a year. They claim to offer a year warranty on labor and part and fail to honor this. What a shady business. They sent someone over and the dude looked at it & told me the 3 parts weren't included in the invoice. He asked it will cost another $400 to get it fixed.. The invoice wasn't even what It was and they changed the description to justify of why they couldn't fix my toilet. Shady shady shady!

At the end, I went to Home Depot to buy the entire kit for $20 and the kit offers 7 year warranty. I fixed the toilet by myself‍

Avoid this place at all cost.

Subpar work
Refuse to honor warranty.

My feelings about the company have not changed, but I find this situation interesting. Yelp claims that advertisers cannot pay to change their reviews; Yelp wants the reviewers to feel safe knowing our reviews cannot be changed. So what happened this time? The owner responded to my less-than-favorable review with a number of excuses for the high cost -- having phones answered 24/7, $2 million in insurance coverage, etc. But I responded logically pointing out that my little guy plumber has been in business more than 15 years but doesn't have the large advertising overhead, exorbitant insurance premiums, or cost of paying someone to answer the phones 24/7, and that the owners business decisions were driving those high costs. I also pointed out that I found my plumber through personal referrals at my job ad even referred my plumber to my neighbor who now uses the same company.  The  owner's response to my original review has disappeared completely, along with my reply to his original response. Who do you feel that Yelp is behind in this situation, the owner paying the advertising or the reviewer with a bad review?

I've been using Castillo Works for years. Everything from a small leak in my home  to a complete underground plumbing redo in a condominium complex. Always very responsive and super knowledgeable and honest.

Rob P and his apprentice did an amazing job handling my clogged drain.  I have an older house and very old sinks.  They took the time to make sure none of it was damaged and they were very helpful on giving me advice for future clogs. Great service and friendly.  Thank you Pristine!!!

We discovered we had a pin hole leak in one of the pipes in the ceiling of our garage on Sat at 9:00 am. Jacob said he could be here that day at around 11:30 am. He arrived right on time and I got a txt stating he was on his way. He cut into the ceiling, found the leak, and repaired the pipe. We were without water for only a few hours. We call Jacob any time we have a plumbing need.

I've used Powers Plumbing twice recently and Eric was prompt, professional and courteous and did a fantastic job both times.  It is hard to find a great, honest plumbing company and Powers is all of that and more.  Highly, highly recommended.  Thanks Eric!

Edgar Aguirre did an excellent job in replacing shower and bath hardware. I had a running hot water leak from an outdated two knob system that had considerable corrosion. He also replaced the faucet which also was corroded which is where the faucet was leaking where it was attached to the shower wall. Edgar was very personable and explained exactly what the replacement entailed. Fortunately there were no surprises. Definitely a 5 star company.

I was unhappy about a job... the mess left behind, the various people I would speak to on the phone trying to get answers.  
But within an hour or 2 of my complaint I received an email and later a phone call to try to resolve my issues.  As with any service provider, communication can be key - and when it breaks down it gets frustrating.  But obviously customer service is very important to Rayne, and I appreciate their efforts to understand my frustration, to investigate the problem, and to resolve it.
That's what good customer service is.  Thank you.
