Best Water Conditioner Repair in San Diego CA

We hired True Plumbing to fix a clog in our bathroom sink. It turned out to be way more of a production than we had anticipated, and required cutting into the wall and replacing a pedestal sink, but Robert, Victor, and David were punctual, communicative, efficient, and did a great job. The office staff was also always very professional and courteous!

I wish I had found Twin Plumbing long ago.  Scott is exceptionally responsive, knowledgeable, and professional and is our go to plumber for any plumbing repair or upgrade need.  I recommend Scott and Twin Plumbing if you want high quality work always done right the first time, whether it is resolving drainage problems, banging pipes, installing a hot water recirculation system or a high quality whole-house water filtration system.

Called Happy Plumbing to get a gas line clamped and moved into the wall as it was no longer being used and get a quote on some plumbing work. Was told there was someone available same day which worked  for us. Got a call from Jake when he was on his way, he arrived promptly as scheduled.

Jake quoted the gas line on the spot, and said he could get the job done there and then as long as he had the parts he needed, which he did. Work was done, quickly and efficiently, despite an unforseen hiccup (no fault of his- xray vision into the wall would have come in handy!).

Drywall damage was as expected.

Jake was super polite and open to me asking questions to apease my curiosity on the process as he went along. He cleaned up on the way out. Price was comparable to other quotes we got.

Looking forward to reviewing the estimates on the other plumbing we had him look at.

Jared and David came out right on time, were friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable.  I had several other plumbers come to my house (on septic in rural area, lots of continual problems) and this was the first time I was educated on my system, what to do, how to maintain it more successfully, and felt that the main problem was actually addressed for good. You can trust this company - and they took good care of me.

Pristine Plumbing was terrific!  From scheduling, to the excellent and knowledgeable service by technician Chris, to follow-up, I couldn't be happier.  I will certainly use Pristine Plumbing for all our plumbing needs in the future.

The best plumber we've ever had, highly recommend. I'm a general contractor and have had numerous subs, but Robert is the best I've worked with. He helped my family and I in a crunch, our sump pump failed leaving us stranded, he came through in an emergency on a Saturday and got it done!

As a bonus, his pricing is fair and reasonable while his work quality is impeccable. Other plumbers should be worried....

I picked CPP based on Bonnie G's review. She's one of the few elites in North County that will actually give a sub-three star review if she's not satisfied. She gave these guys 5 stars. So, I went ahead and booked a repair..

So my issue was more of an emergency but it wasn't on the weekend or night. I could tell that the plumber wasn't really interested at first, but after some explaining of the job he said his price would have to be between 200 and 300 to make it worth his time.. I had already researched this job and it would take about 2 hours for a plumber to do it right. So it was a high quote, but I needed it done right away and wanted to give work to an independent plumber.

The work - Safety First is CPP's motto and it's reiterated several times during their job. One example is that he used a more expensive fire retardant gel, over a water spray bottle. He also used a fire mat when using the torch. On an unrelated plumbing job with another company they didn't use either of those. So rest easy knowing that CCP uses safe practices.

Price - I was surprised that CPP actually tried to request more money than the high mark of their quote. it was a two hour job, on the button. Of course I didn't pay it, and it just bummed me out. He also noticed a leak from the area he was working on, that wasn't there before he worked on it, and he quoted almost $500 to fix it. Again I said no.. The next day the leak disappeared and has not leaked since.

On an unrelated plumbing issue, I had another plumber just look over the workmanship of CPP's work and they said it was done properly. So their work is solid. They also explained why my pipe leaked and fixed itself and said it didn't require a replacement at this point in time. Glad I didn't pay $500 to replace it.

So should you go with CPP? Depends if you want to go with a one-plumber shop or a large corporate plumber. It also depends on the job too. There were positives and areas needing improvement (price). If you need a handyman plumber, CPP is a good option.

My water heater was leaking so I called Trusted Water Systems.. Jacob answered and was able to show up same day! He was very knowledgeable and you can tell he's been doin this a long time.. he was so friendly and helpful and was able to get me hot water again that day.. very grateful for Jacob and Trusted Water Systems for taking such good care of me and turning a negative situation into a positive! I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone!!! Thanks again Jacob!!

This place is awesome! Robert came out to our property and was in and out within 45 minutes. He was very helpful as to what caused the problem and what we could do to prevent it in the future. Even gave us a recommendation of what our office should upgrade to. The price was a standard flat rate and very affordable! Loved their service. Will contact again.

I decided on this water softening conditioning system approximately one year ago. With in a week while I was of town alarms went off. The alarm does not send an alert to the office. The cause was that the installation was shoddy and there was shaved plastic clogging the unit. They fixed it. Next alarm... i go outside on a holiday weekend and water is shooting out of it at high pressure about 20 feet. I left a message with the 24 hour emergency option. I did not receive a call back for over 2 hours. In the meantime i had to call a plumber and pay holiday rates only to find out that almost no telflon tape was used on the high pressure fitting during installion. When i finally did receive a call back the man told me my emergency call had been sent to the wrong area. I have had 2 other incidences of alarms on the unit while i was away from home. The electrical was pieced together and left exposed with splices.
You can not pay your bill online or through an automated phone service. This is 2018
You can pay over the phone IF you can actually get someone to answer the phone which is highly unlikely. Snail mail is really your only option. The water itself is good quality but everything else about this company is terrible.

Ryan, Jay and Jon should be wearing super hero capes!! They came in and saved the day at our house. I had to excuse myself because I had to go cry I was so relieved. They all went above and beyond and worked beautifully as a team. They  fixed a gigantic mess of a job that a previous plumber at a different company did the day before and I have to say that they earned my lifetime loyalty. I'm sticking a magnet on this business card and it's going on the fridge. They will forever onward have my business!! Jay, Ryan and Jon, I cannot put into words how absolutely grateful I am.

I seriously cannot recommend Fitzgerald Plumbing enough. We recently moved into a house with a 30 year old water heater that was on its way out. We decided to bite the bullet and get a new water heater before the old one inevitably went out at the most inconvenient time.

We shopped around around and got a quote from one plumber who came out to the house, Home Depot who quoted over the phone, and Fitzgerald Plumbing. Fitzgerald Plumbing beat both and provided the exact same services and water heater (Bradford White 40 gallon gas).

Thomas was able to install the heater same day and we now have hot water! He gave us 5 different options with absolutely no pressure to choose anything we didn't want. He also replaced our water shutoff valve for a great price. Thomas arrived during the time window he gave, took his time to get the job done right, and is even coming back tomorrow to fix a small leak for no extra charge.

The lowest price is reason enough to go with Fitzgerald Plumbing, but the great service, honesty, and responsiveness make Fitzgerald Plumbing a no-brainer.
