These folks are seriously true to their mission statement. To be honest, I was initially a tad skeptical about the glowing 5-star rating True Plumbing had. My phobia developed a few months ago when I started looking for plumbers to get some hardware fixtures installed that I had bought myself. Eventually, I gave up after either feeling I was quoted much too high, not getting calls back, reading far too many negative reviews hidden among four- and five-star reviews, or having a negative plumbing experience from HOA-related maintenance.

Fast forward to this week when our bathtub decided to have a mood and have a late afternoon clog filling half our tub. I was pretty much forced to find a plumber and after going through my bookmarks, I noticed one company I hadn't yet contacted and it was True Plumbing. Jessica was helpful, informative and set an appointment for the following day for the clog and fixture install.

Tony called prior to arriving and was on time to snake the drain, remove the clog, and install a couple fixtures. He returned the next afternoon, about an hour late but within my scheduled appointment time frame, to finish the rest. Tony was friendly, considerate, and very knowledgeable but best of all, quick, efficient and clean. He made sure none of the fixtures leaked as well.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the price and more importantly, the work. There was no cutting corners or attempts to upsell. The job was the job and the price was per hour as originally quoted. Everything was straightforward and I really appreciate that. In fact, I saved more than I expected had I gone with a different company.

Hire True Plumbing for a no-nonsense plumber. They are honest and do a fantastic job. I will definitely keep them on my contact list for the any future plumbing work. Thank you so much, Jessica and Tony!

Never do business with these guys! They did a project for me before. Later on I found out they charged me 5 times more than other plumbers would charge. I should have reported them to BBB! I share this information here to warn other people so they won't get ripped off by these guys again like me.

Matt did a GREAT job for us.  He was the utmost professional, and knew his stuff.  When we ran our dishwasher, we had gushing water under the sink.  Matt know exactly what the problem was and did an excellent fix.  We subsequently decided to have our kitchen sink refinished.  Matt came out today to remove the existing hardware, and after sink refinishing, a new faucet and garbage disposal will be installed.  It's so nice to have a go to plumber that you can trust and rely on.  I'm so pleased to have found Matt and Plumbing Plus.  No need to look any further as far as I'm concerned.  Thank you!

Cameron came out to inspect a plumbing issue we were having. He was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and thorough. I would definitely recommend and use them again. I also, appreciated that he had a mask on and wore booties. They were quick to respond in the same day.

Robert & Dave did an excellent job of replacing pipes that had tree roots inside toilet drain pipe. Bigger job than expected and required drilling through slab to remove roots & replace pipe.
They did a great job removing old pipe & concrete pieces. Set up was perfect to keep dust & dirt confined & vacuumed away.
We highly recommend them.

I highly recommend California Pacific Plumbing!! Called Tino for three separate repairs: leaking toilet, new garbage disposal and new water pressure valve. All were time consuming. He explained everything he was going to do and why it was needed. Very professional and pleasant to deal with. Will call again when I need any plumbing work done.

My gas line for my stove came out of the wall with a straight connection.
For a new stove I needed the gas line coming out of my wall to come out at a right angle tight with the wall so the stove could be pushed up to the wall.
Jacob responded quickly and showed up at my house early and had the job completed in less than a half hour and relit my water heater.

I feel so lucky to have Powers Plumbing as my plumbing company. They have worked on plumbing problems at my house from time to time for years now and every single time I thank my lucky stars for them. I am leaving this review now because 9 days ago I walked into a disaster in my guest bathroom, with sewage spewed from the toilet onto the bathroom floor and guest room carpet. I called Powers Plumbing, and it was after hours. Instead of getting an answering service I got Janet herself (I think she is the manager). Immediately she said she would send the after-hours plumber as soon as he finished the job he was at, and she recommended that I call a restoration company right away, something I had not thought of as I stood on my soggy carpet and surveyed the horrible mess. She recommended a restoration company, I called them, and their team was at my house 30 minutes later to clean things up -- after hours. And the Powers plumber arrived shortly after. This is typical of all my experiences with Powers: an attempt to get to the job as soon as they can, very competent plumbers and staff, personal service where people know me, going the extra mile and thinking beyond just the service they will provide to what else is needed, and low turnover so I have a good chance of getting a plumber who has been to my house before. The restoration company that Janet recommended has been extraordinary, and like them every company they have brought in (for asbestos testing and then asbestos mitigation) have been top-notch as well -- accessible, knowledgeable, punctual, professional, competent. I would not likely have had such a good experience post-sewage spill if Janet had not recommended this restoration company to me. Also I have recommended Powers Plumbing to friends and they have all thanked me for turning them on to this great company.

Thomas saved the day! After struggling with a washing machine that was continuously backing up and calling a plumber who cleared it multiple times, someone recommended Thomas. His response time was quick and his solution was to resize the pipe. I have not had an issue since! Thank you Thomas for a job well done!
