Stephen arrived early and did an excellent job replacing the water line to my fridge. He even cut and patched the hole he had to make with some left over drywall that I had. He and Dillion did an excellent job. Masks came off for a quick second for a pix.

Scott has been our plumber for many years. He is always punctual and professional.   We had a leak in the wall and he was there within 15 minutes of my call.

Called Happy Plumbing due to having sewage come out of the bottom of my toilet and overflowing my bathroom. I explained the situation to them and they responded promptly to my call and scheduled a technician to come day of.

Unfortunately a couple hours after booking, I got a phone call from happy plumbing saying that their technicians were having difficulty at an earlier job and may not be able to come that day. I appreciated the update and they were empathetic to the urgency of my situation. Though nobody could come that day, they scheduled me to be the first person they saw the next morning.

The technician called and was on time. Clint was clear and transparent on everything they did and confirmed what was to be done in regards to the clog I had in the sewage line. There were no hidden fees and I was pleased and educated on what happened and potential future expectations. Happy overall with the updates and follow ups with my calls, especially while I was stressed. Thank you!

Plumber Darryl was awesome, but what I paid, for a small job, was highway robbery. After a tiny senior discount, and accounting for one small connector, I was charged about $200+ Hr.

Had to call Pristine Plumbing on an emergency clog at a tenant's condo. This clog had happened before and a different plumbing service was called in to unclog it. That plumber found out that the clog was due to a quarter inch snake that broke off and was lodged in the main drain. I was told that the clog was likely to happen again if the snake was not removed. However, I was told that it would it would likely involve cutting into the wall and/or  breaking into the concrete slab and cutting into the main pipe. Yikes!

A month later, sure enough, the clog occurred. This time I decided to call Pristine Plumbing and described the history of this clog. Jim was very courteous and professional to work with. He thought it'd be best to use the camera to assess the situation. He was at the tenant's condo within the hour.

By the time I showed up to the condo 40 minutes later, Jim had unclog the drain and fished out the broken snake. No cutting into walls, no jackhammering the floors, just some MacGyver-ing. I couldn't be more thankful!

He even cleaned and sanitized the area. Talk about full service!

I must admit, I was initially shocked at the cost of the camera. But at the end, it's a lot cheaper than breaking through the walls and floors.

Tino is the best and we have had MANY horrible plumbers (5).  He is courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely experienced in his craft.  He explains things very well and makes smart recommendations to save time or money.  We have had him work on two complicated jobs and he has an arsenal of fixes for the not so normal plumbing issue.  Very pleased and hoping to have a long relationship with him in the future.  He will not disappoint you.

Jacob was very friendly and knowledgeable. He has been in the industry for over 13 years so he definitely knows what he is talking about. He charged me for two tasks on my water heater that the other big brand companies were charging me 5 times as much. He is honest and I appreciate that. Will hang on to his contact info for future water heater jobs. Highly suggest you give him a call as well!

I've had good experience with Powers for the last five years, but the last two visits were disappointing. There was miscommunication between the staff I spoke with over the phone and the plumbers (both times), and the plumbers were not able to fix what I feel should have been extremely basic problems.

We just got our service installed.  The installation technician, Joe Tridle, was punctual, friendly, and thorough.  He was faced with a bigger job than expected because the initial sales representative did not visualize our setup in person but only virtually, but completed it without complaints.  He did nice work and the system seems to be working smoothly.  The sales representative Donnie Echols was really responsive and helpful as well, although him not seeing my home did lead to almost having to postpone my installation had Joe not been willing to remove hardware from the wall and move things around.  Hopefully the system will work well without issues.

At 7:15 am I contacted another company to come out and unclog my bathroom, they told me they would be out in 1 to 1.5 hrs.  At 11:00 am, after 2 phone calls saying they were still at least an hour out, I contacted PPDS who told me that unfortunately they were booked for the day, but would make an appointment for the next day just in case the other company didn't make it and they would call me if they got an opening.  At 12:15 Eric called me back and said someone could come within the hour and since I was still waiting for the other plumber, I happily accepted.  At 12:45 John showed up at my door.  Very professional, very quick and very clean.  They respected my home and in my opinion went above and beyond the call. I will definitely (hopefully I won't have to) use PPDS if needed in the future. Thank you for great service!

Thomas was prompt and very thorough about checking out our situation. Calmed my worries about the water heater and then offered suggestions about keeping our home free of possible future problems.  We're calling him when we're ready to take his suggestions.
