I would definitely recommend CSR Plumbing to anyone having any plumbing issues. Alan come out to my house to scope the pipes in my house. He was on time, he send a text about 30 minutes before he was going to arrive. He come out, listened to the plumbing problems we were having and got right to work. He took the time to explain how our plumbing pipes work in term that I could understand. He told me everything he was seeing in the pipes. He let me see what he was seeing on the camera. He videoed everything he was seeing. He was professional, respectful and knowledgeable. I will definitely call them back out again if we have issues.

When my third of 3 toilets developed problems, I had to get past my COVID fears and get all my deferred plumbing work taken care of. After waiting a week for an appointment, Nate and Skyler arrived as scheduled, taking all possible safety precautions when inside. They were able to quickly assess the situation and give me an accurate quote. Nate left to pick up parts nearby, and Skyler got to work. They were able to fix all but one of my 10 problems in two hours, and they'll finish the last one as soon as parts are available in a couple of days. They were both knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and clean-no mess to clean up afterward! Prices seemed a little high, but the service was great. I highly recommend Nate and Skyler, and All American Plumbing.

Plumbing problems during a pandemic is the last thing you want to deal with but Omar and Gilbert where awesome! They made the problem disappear and we were able to get back to business. Their implementation of safety measures during this time made us very comfortable and they did a great job!

After I got several estimates for a bad slab leak, I chose TL plumbing. They gave me a good price, slightly cheaper than the rest of their competitors. But I hired them because Manny was very informative, flexible with ideas, honest, and professional. I tend to be very skeptical with choosing people and I hate feeling like someone is trying to sell me or force me into something they want, which other people did. I felt like I could trust him. Manny and Ivan, came out in the heat, worked hard rerouting my hot water, answered all our questions, and tested everything to make sure everything was done working perfectly. I was very happy with the clean, quality work for a good price. Will definitely come back to these guys for future services.

We had 3 bathroom faucets that looked fine when we first moved in but 2 years later, they had corroded and were beaten up by the hard water.  The style of faucet also spattered and dripped water all over the place causing damage to the baseboards closest to the sink.  Two of the sinks had temporary accordion plumbing down below so we wanted those replaced with more permanent piping.  Community Plumbing seemed to be a neighborhood favorite on Nextdoor so I reached out.  Eric returned my call in between jobs and was helpful and friendly over the phone.  I followed up with photos of the faucets and Eric was helpful in suggesting brands and finishes that would better handle hard water.  This helped narrow my search for replacement faucets.  Once ordered, I was able to get an appointment on the books.  Days before the appointment, Eric reached out explaining that a job they were on took a bit of turn and would require more time than originally anticipated so said we'd have to reschedule for the following week.  I was bummed we had to reschedule but understood.  Something to keep in mind is that Eric & Tony are a two man show so texting, calls and more administrative tasks happen in between jobs.  All this to say that if you don't hear back right away, just be patient as they will get back to you as soon as they can! I just think this is helpful to keep in mind.  The benefit is that Eric & Tony take a lot of pride in the quality of their work.  They are really amazing at managing expectations and ultimately over delivering.  They work together brilliantly and the outcome speaks to that.  I requested they wear booties in addition to wearing masks and they didn't even bat an eye at the request.  They even took care in cleaning old build up from the previous faucet and offered maintenance tips.  They were super respectful of our little space.  On top of all of this, the price was reasonable and I appreciated how engaging they were. I'm attaching photos of the before and after.  I will definitely be reaching out to Community Plumbing (Eric & Tony) for all things plumbing going forward!  Beautful work!

What is it with holiday weekends. You can never find a plumber! I know like 20 of them and no one is answering their phone.

Daniel was able to come and fix my toilet that was leaking quickly and professionally. We got our bathroom remodeled a few months ago and I was very annoyed it started leaking again. Daniel fixed the toilet within an hour and the caulking he did around the toilet looks better than before. He did a way better job than our contractor and was reasonably priced. Glad to have found a plumber I can trust!

I have owned several homes and rental properties, and I have employed many plumbers over the years. I rarely do reviews.  I'm making an exception for these guys.  I have had the same car mechanic for over 25 years and expect to do business with Plumbing Tree for just as long.

They take pride in what they do.  They really want to do the best job they can for you.  Second, they are SUPER easy to work with.  Many plumbers give you that you're kind of dumb about plumbing or leave me alone stuff.  These guys just show up, introduce themselves, and calmly get the job done. No drama.  You feel good when everything is fixed.

They were timely, they did quality work, they were neat, they explained what they were doing.  Prices were really good.  Very happy to give them the best review possible.

I was in need of a last minute plumber for my kitchen sink and after calling 10 places they were able to help me right away.

They were super quick in accepting the job and obtaining the information even at 4:30pm! Most places are set to close at 5pm or kick in their overtime, but they were super helpful and great on price!

They showed up in 30 mins got right to work in fixing the problem. They were experts of their craft and I was able to obtain some helpful knowledge from them to prevent this issue from happening again.

I was billed for 1hour at $122 for this job, but they were done in 30 mins. Other places couldn't get someone out until the following day or were quoting me over $200 due to overtime.

Overall 5 stars!! They were responsive, quick, and courteous. Great on pricing and they accept all cards. Reach out to them first if possible.

Called several companies trying to find someone on short notice to come out and help us with a leak. Jessica returned my call within the hour and Patrick showed up the same day to fix our problem. And not only helped us with the leak but checked out other issues we had and took time to explain things with a smile. Truly professional, honest, good people and who we will be calling if the need arises again. Nice to find a company like this. If you need a great plumbing company, call them.

I had a problem with a leaky toilet. Black Mountain Plumbing was able to get me in same day, luckily. I was kept in the loop of e.t.a. of plumber and his name via text and an e-mail confirmation. Daniel showed up right when he said he would. He was very kind, professional and easy to communicate with. He was in and out in about 1/2 an hr.
