The problem they solved: water heater leak that caused dry wall damage.

Process: needed a drying company to dry the wall, and had to hire another company to re-do the drywall after the drying, and finally got Core Plumbing to install a new water heater tank, they took care of getting rid of the old water heater as well as being immediately available when called.

Their prices are tiered. If you pay less, they take less time basically. Everything appears to be fixed price. As you read the other high reviews and the owner's responses, they focus on underlying concepts, not just fixing surface plumbing work. They try to solve the root cause to ensure you don't run into bigger issues later on.

They installed the water heater within a day, they were very responsive, they provided all the explanations and did not have any problem with answering my questions. Very professional, they definitely know what they are doing and have excellent customer service.

Tony and Arvin (Sorry if I mispelled your names) were the guys who worked on my heater. They were respectful, clean, and did excellent work. I got a full explanation of the features on the tank and they took the time to point out some other issues that might arise in the future. I will definitely use them again in the future. Features were pressure gauge, temperature sensor, and an autoshutoff if it detects moisture (for if and when the tank inevitably breaks again) They also installed an water expansion tank (they have to add in order to keep it to code, google it, it is true)

Overall a great experience.

Discovered a leaking pipe in a tiny, very hard to access corner of our attic. Called Five Star, and though Justin wasn't available, Debbie sent John, his uncle, who crawled up in our very tiny attic, found the leak and had it fixed in an  hour! The water had pooled destroying insulation and some ceiling drywall, which he's going to come back to fix for a very reasonable estimate. Here quickly, worked quickly, and at a very reasonable price! They are my go-to plumbers, now!

Fred was fantastic.  My Thermostat wouldn't work and I called about 5 HVAC places in the area.  None could come out for days.  A couple just wouldn't answer their phone and one quoted me $250 just to come out.  Totally ridiculous.  I found ACE and Fred said he'd be there in a couple hours.  He actually came early.  Fixed the issue in no time and everything was back up and running.  I will be using him again for any AC/furnace issues I have.

Highly recommend! Kitchen sink was clogged, decided to go with these guys based on reviews and we try to support small, local businesses. Contacted them for a quote via yelp app and heard back within a few minutes.  They had a tech contact us as discussed and our to our home within 24 hours (although this wasn't an emergency or anything). Technician, Robert, was friendly and was even nice enough to wear shoe booties (thanks for that, we don't like shoes in the house and so many people don't even ask!). Repair was quick, he explained everything to us,
and cost was reasonable. Will definitely go back to these guys for any future plumbing services.

I've been seeing these guys too much lately! First a leaky toilet, then my kitchen drain clogged up. Too much staying home cooking I guess. . As before they showed up within a few hours.  Wearing gloves and cleaned all their equipment before bringing it in my house. Had it unclogged within a few minutes. We were looking for quotes in Yelp for a 75 gallons water heater replacement. Daniel responded promptly with a very reasonable estimate based on pictures sent, whereas others insisted an onsite estimate or included price with up to code package when not needed as Daniel confirmed that our existing setup is already up to code and only replaced the necessities. He also replaced the recirculation pump and we now get hot water within seconds in the upstairs bathrooms.  We appreciated his honesty, reliability, and professionalism and has earned our trust for future works. Great experience and would highly recommend this company!

Eastlake Plumbing were great to work with. I hired them to repair and leaking, corroded hose bib. They were very knowledgeable, fast, fairly priced. I would definitely hire them again for plumbing needs.

We used these guys to install a new sink in our bar. They responded quickly and had someone out to do it the next day. Work was done in 15 minutes! Super!

Omar was excellent not only in solving the problem but also relaying to us what the issues were and possible solutions. He wants the best for the community he serves by being honest and personable without pushing anything. Omar was able to do what other companies could not and got our drain working perfectly again. From here on out, he's my guy for any plumbing issue and I will recommend him to all of my friends.

Had to have all the components under my kitchen sink put back in (garbage disposal, faucet, etc) as well as a new dishwasher installed...called 4 plumbers for quotes. The quotes I received were:
$650 (flat rate)
$525 (flat rate)
$459 (flat rate)
And plumbing tree, who quoted me a range of $160-300, and said they charge on an hourly basis. Went with plumbing tree and they completed the job for $270 (needed a couple parts which cost $21 which they wouldn't have known I needed when they quoted me). So glad that I shopped around for a fair price.  Miguel came in, completed the job in just over 2 hours, and was pleasant and professional. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

I needed an emergency plumber for my bathtub not draining and these people were amazing!! I will only use them from now on. They were right on time and took 15 minutes and cleaned up after themselves which wasn't necessary. They even wiped down my bathtub before they left. The gentleman was so sweet and they were so affordable. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Bert was on time, courteous and professional.  He inspected the problem areas and went right to work and was very efficient as it appeared to take a little time to get the job done. I would have Bert come back for any of my other plumbing needs in the future.

Kailib came over same day (within two hours).  He explained what he thought our low pressure issue was very clear and understandable in lehman's terms.  He provided a fair and reasonable quote.  The following day he showed up promptly on time, wore booties in the house, brought a tarp as to not make a mess, and completed the work in record time.  I was VERY satisfied with the work as well.  Great company to use for any plumbing needs.

Had a tankless water heater installed by Black Mountain Plumbing 10 years ago (yes, I take far too long to write a review). They were so helpful, quick, clean, and neat with that project that when a new plumbing issue came up they quickly came to mind, so I gave them a call. Solomon came out today to fix an issue a handyman created. Sorted it straightaway, and for less than I expected, does that ever happen?! He then took the time to check a couple things in the house that I had questions about, and actually put my mind to ease on some of my worries. I've been fortunate to not have had many plumbing issues so far (knock wood), but my experiences with Black Mountain Plumbing so far, and Solomon's genuinely friendly and informative approach gives me confidence that when the next issue comes around they'll be the first ones I call.
