Ah, such a relief! The plumbing under my kitchen sinks went haywire and Mike came out, explained the problem and got it fixed in less than half an hour. Mike was super-friendly too. It turns out the original installation under the sink was weird (my phrase) and not done well. Mike got it done the right way. Now I can wash dishes... but I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing! Anyway, if I ever have plumbing problems again I'm giving CSR a call, and if I can get Mike out here, even better.

Excellent service!! They were very efficient, professional, and friendly. What I appreciated the most is that they were honest and didn't try to charge me for things that I didn't need. There is $0 cost for an estimate, which is great and one of the reasons I decided to go with them in the firs place.

Can not attest to the quality of their work, but the quote they gave me over the phone is absolute daytime robbery! They might do fantastic work, but I wouldn't hire these guys unless you're filthy rich and money is no object!

Great service, efficient, friendly, informative, and punctual.  I usually yelp on food and places to stay but our experience with Eastlake Plumbing was so excellent, I had to write.  Our water heater broke early morning and our home repair insurance, American Shield, (btw--do not get American Shield as a home warranty company--our experience was horrendous with them), gave us 2 contractors who said they could not get to the repair until either this weekend or on Sat.  Since running water is a necessity, we decided to just research a local plumber and that's where my husband found Eastlake Plumbing.  They were so helpful and accommodating! They were here in a few hours and in the timeframe they said they would be.  He took a look at the water heater and then left for 5 minutes to retrieve a new one.  The repairman/plumber was Fernando and he was friendly and gave me updates as to what he was doing.  He even had me inspect the work.  We had a leak upstairs that I had him diagnose that and he ended up repairing that and replacing some parts. Save yourself any headache with businesses and this service is legit and I am impressed!

I was referred plumbing tree from a buddy of mine to assist me with an ongoing issue I had with my tankless water heaters at my Laundromat. I was worried that they would need replacing however Freddy exceeded my expectations and pulled off a miracle! He managed to get my water heaters replaced under warranty even though it had just expired! He went out of his way to take pics and get everything needed! Very professional, courteous, honest and just a great guy and company! I will only use Plumbing Tree from now on and can only recommend their service for anyone needing a plumber.. he also fixed a leak in my sink at no charge! 5 stars all day!!!

Sal came out to my parents house at night the day before thanksgiving. I didn't think I was going to find anybody so late. Sal was able to use his camera gear to inspect the kitchen drain line and provide his honest opinion. He was able to unclog the drain which was filled with built up grease over the years. He saved our thanksgiving for this year. He gave us a suggestion to hydro jet the drain line to wipe out all built up grease in the line. Sal is very professional, honest and a hard working family man. I would definitely guarantee him to anybody who's looking for an awesome plumber. I'm definitely going to give his contact info to my family when they need a plumber. Thank you very much Sal for coming out that night and allowing us to look forward and enjoy our thanksgiving dinner.

I had a water leak at an investment property. True was able to schedule a plumber to go there the next morning. He called me twice to keep me informed as he was diagnosing the problem. It was a slab leak and he explained the process to fix it. He gave me an estimate and came back the next morning to make the repairs. He did an excellent job. The invoice was close to the bottom of the estimate too. I will definitely use them again.

Burtech Plumbing did an awesome Job, they installed a full house water system and it was went without a glitch. We asked for an estimate of a leak from upstairs bathroom into the kitchen. I put this on my appointment request. Charge for assessment was $49. The plumber came looked at the deli Ing and said he could not do anything without someone testing for asbestos then asked for the $49!  He could have told us that before he came and saved me $49. Never recommend them or use them again. Ripoff!
