Best Sump Pump Repair in San Diego CA

I wanted to write this review because I received exceptional service yesterday from Hector and Alan. I had accidentally sheared off a connection to my toilet the other day and called CSR as we had used them in the past for other issues. They were friendly, polite, and thoroughly explained the plumbing issues along with the pricing. I did not feel that they were trying to overcharge in any way. The service was fast, thorough and I can't recommend them highly enough.

I usually don't write reviews but I just had to for these guys. I needed a pipe leak repair and Zach (the amazing plumber he is) let me know of some underground problems that I had no idea about. He was wonderful! He obviously knows his stuff and this place is so honest and patient. I didn't know anything about plumbing but they went above and beyond to help me out. Zach was so nice and did his work so quickly.....I seriously can't stress enough how AWESOME this place is. Zach deserves a raise lol this place obviously knows who to hire and has great values. So I would like to say thank you for everything! I will definitely recommend and will be using Zach for anymore plumbing needs.

I called Monday morning for drain cleaning and the office staff was extremely helpful in getting same day service and offered services from 12-2pm. At 12:08 pm I received a call that they were on their way. Hansel and Hector took a look at the 3 drains, quoted me and got to work. They were polite and professional and showed me the work along the way. Prices were reasonable, service was great, and the crew was friendly and cleaned up after finishing the project.

I have used Sal and his team for servicing my Little Italy condo on two occasions.  They were excellent, on time, and did a great job.  I have given their contact to multiple friends and would use them again and again.

Dave was amazing! He was timely, professional and provided the best quote of 4 different plumbers. I appreciated his transparency and gave me options while other companies told me I needed to do something that was unnecessary and more costly. Will definitely be using True Plumbing in the future and requesting Dave whenever possible!!!

My shower faucet was leaking badly and Travis was able to fix the leak and replace the ugly parts without tearing out the wall. He is very easy to work with. I will definitely call him again if I need to.

Leon was excellent! Responsive, easy to work with and knowledgeable. Would work with him anytime. Multiple plumbers came and did not fix it, but Leon did.

We contact Gabe one day and next day we had him at our door with all material we need! Great plumber and fixed a lote of other things! Be prepare for his energy because he is fast as he is good! I do a lot of work on my home myself and plumbing is one thing that I do leave to the professionals. Because I do a lot myself, I know the difference between good and bad. Ali saved our Thanksgiving!  Our drain clogged Wednesday evening before Thanksgiving.  After 2 trips to Ace Hardware and a lot of Draino, I gave up trying to fix it myself.  I called another company and they came out but refused to fix it for a variety of reasons.  On top of that, they wanted to charge a $500 minimum because of the Thanksgiving holiday.  I passed on that option and found Ali at DrainHelp.com.  He was at our house 20 minutes later, hydro jetting our sewer line within 30 minutes and was done in under an hour total.  To top it all off, he charged his normal rate (no holiday upcharge) and offered a 1 year warranty with free hydro jetting and camera inspection if the issue returned.  We were so happy to have the issue fixed and hopefully for good this time.  I wish we would have called him first!  It would have saved a ton of time, money, and frustration!

I rarely come on these platforms to leave reviews, but coming on here to leave one for True Value Plumbing is certainly worth it to me. My mom lives in a very old house in San Diego and recently had a pipe burst in her bathroom and was panicking as you would imagine. She called me over and I did my research and heard great things about this company so I reached out and spoke with Cody. He was very professional and friendly and eased my mind on what work needed to happen. Naturally I was concerned a company would try and hustle my mom and say she needed all this additional work done. But Cody was straight forward and gave us a great price and the work was phenomenal and have had no problems. If your looking for an honest, reliable plumbing company True Value Plumbing is the only way to go!

We called Perry's to replace our water heater as it was quite old. They came out promptly, did a nice enough job with the install and then took away the original water heater. Unfortunately the next day it was making a lot of unusual noises and we felt something wasn't right. They did a routine check. The team, with supervisor Eric, then came out to inspect. They determined it had a defect (manufacturers). Jose and Sergio replaced it and again did an amazing job. They showed us what the problem was with the other one, installed and tested the newest one, showed us how to adjust temp etc. it has worked like a dream since. The quality of workmanship e.g.soldering, clean-up afterwards etc. was excellent. Thank you Jose and Sergio. We appreciate your hard work, courtesy, always listening to needs of your customers and the extra effort you made for us. Thank you Eric (& the other young man who came with you, but we didn't get his name) for diagnosing and taking care of the problem with the manufacturer. We continue to trust Perry's for all our plumbing needs.

We noticed our shower was draining poorly which worsened to the point that this morning I was showering in standing water. I texted Matt Robbeloth of All-City Plumbing who I have worked with in the past and is my go-to guy for all plumbing needs. Matt fit me into his busy schedule the same-day and came out and snaked my shower. Sure enough he found the cause of the clog and my shower is working better than ever. It's reassuring to know that we can always depend on Matt to help us out.

First off I gotta say these guys are very friendly and respectful of their clients. The first thing they did was to lay down protection product to protect the floors.  Communication was key, they kept me informed each step of the way of them replacing the galvanized pipe with copper. Also had them replace and install 2 new toilets and kitchen faucet. They kept the area nice and tidy and were always punctual and engaging with us. Water pressure in the house was a problem they fixed and now it runs amazing. I highly recommend.

I had a pin hole leak inside my apartment and NATE came to the rescue. Great communication very fast response. He gave me and my family a really solid price. I would highly recommend this man on any future projects if you have a budget he will make sure you are taken care of 100%.
