Vincent has Excellent customer service from 1st phone call to being updated before arrival.  He showed up on time, was  professional, polite and always let me know the progress of the job. He explained the issues he  found and discussed the solution he recommended.
Vince replaced my water heater shut off valve.  He took  me through what was needed and educated me about my water systems and pipings. Got the job professionally and properly completed.  Would recommend hiring Vince for all  plumbing needs.

Joe was amazing! He showed up and quickly diagnosed the issue, he even discovered a crack that we had not seen before! He thoroughly explained the best way to conduct the repair, and helped point out some potential long-term issues and even some potential health hazards that could develop if not repaired properly.

My kitchen sink was completely clogged and not draining at all, and now it works perfectly. Very reasonable pricing as well, especially for a last minute fix on a Sunday before the holidays. We used True plumbing once and they were great, and we were happy to return to them. However,  we had them come out for a second time, paid the service fee, and didn't hear anything for almost 3 weeks. We were told we would receive an email with an estimate/update. Had to follow up multiple times, and finally received a call with an update saying they will not be able to perform any of the services that we were inquiring about.  They confirmed they did not send an email.  We are just frustrated with their communication this time around and lost 3 weeks of waiting patiently. Not sure what has changed in their service,  but we are happy to not return to them again.

Chris gets an A+ for service. So easy to call and schedule - called on Saturday night and he made it out Monday morning. He gave me a 20 minute call ahead so I could make it home. Assessed the problem and did a quick repair. I need a new kitchen faucet and it will be Chris who I call to get it installed. Such a relief to have a plumber I can rely on!!

Travis recently replaced our 30g tank water heater with a 40g tank in our newly-purchased 1958 home in Serra Mesa. The existing tank was about 10 years old and had started leaking into the containing drain pain pretty significantly. The tank was also leaning and had a number of other issues with the installation mentioned in our home inspection. It was also in a tricky location in the middle of the house but he was able to move things around and fit a 40g tank (our request, not an upsell). He addressed and resolved all the existing issues mentioned in the inspection and did an overall fantastic job of installing the new unit, supply lines, etc. He was professional, courteous and didn't hesitate to answer all the random questions I had.

I've actually replaced a water heater myself before in a different home where it was in the garage (easy access) and I've sweatted plenty of copper tubing over the years so I could certainly recognize the professional quality level of his work. As far as price, I thought it was very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to call on him again for any water or gas plumbing work.

Late on a week night, our bathtub handle broke causing water to flow out uncontrollably. Leon came out and gave me a few options, the first being the best option if it were possible. It ended up working and saved me $$$ and him from another trip. Leon was honest, reliable, and got the job done right and in a timely fashion. He showed up at 9:15pm and I was all fixed up by 10:15. Great, honest, guy. Highly recommend.

I had a few old angle stop valves I needed to replace and Gabe was the first one to reach out. Gabe is awesome! I really appreciated his honesty and how transparent he was throughout the process. Definitely will be using him in the future.

Darrell helped me install a new receiver in my fan. His quote was the best of many that I received and he was very accommodating to my schedule changes. On day of installation he followed up on when he would arrive at my house and was very respectful of my house. He even took off his shoes before entering our house. In general great experience and would recommend.

I called for an estimation of a commercial building's restrooms upgrading job, but never got any response after the estimator showed up. I called the office at least 2-3 time to check, still never got anything back.  Very disappointed!!

My boyfriend and I recently bought a house. Within the first week of moving into the house, our guest shower began to flood with water as I washed clothes. We had three different plumbing companies and on four different occasions where a plumber has came to our house, snaked the pipe, and has failed to fix the issue before he left.

Ali came to my house and I explained to him everything we had been dealing with the past few weeks. I told him all the crazy ideas the other plumbers have came up with and what they thought the problem was. After telling Ali everything, he tells me that he thinks the pipe was offset or there were roots depending on how it's laid out in our yard. The master begins his work. Within less than two hours, Ali hydro Jett the pipe twice, sent a camera down the pipe to see the damage, snaked the pipe to determine the exact distance the stoppage was, and marked the problemed area in the yard. Ali told me that the next day he could dig the pipe up, repair the damage, snake the remaining pipe, hydro Jett the remaining pipe, and cover the pipe up again. He also guaranteed me that when I came home I would be able to flush my toilet and it would work if not the whole job was free and he would continue on to finding where the problem was.
While I was at work, Ali sent pictures and updates of everything him and his team found during the job. He let me know when everything was done and taken care of. I came home and imagine my surprise when I was able to flush the toilets in the house.
Ali is the master of plumbing. He was able to fix the problem within a day while other plumbers failed miserably and have made me wait weeks for them to repair the problem. He also gave me a great deal because I had been living with this problem for weeks and I had already spent so much money trying to fix the problem with other companies but have had no luck. Not to mention if I would have went somewhere else, I would have been charged several thousand dollars more than what Drain Help charged me. To make it barter, the area of the pipe that they repaired is under a lifetime warranty and the drains in our house are under a one year warranty.
Ali has saved my house and I couldn't have asked for a better company to fix the plumbing. Monika was so nice to talk to. She kept me updated on when the techs would be at the house. She even checked up on me when the job was done just to make sure I was satisfied. I have found my go to plumber. I will never trust someone else with my plumbing needs.

One of my toilets flooded and they were very fast and friendly in getting the work done. They even checked my other toilets in the home to ensure that they were working properly.

I called for both a quote on replacing my insinkerator disposal and A/C duct work.  Both technicians showed up on time - one where the office called to confirm they could even come early.  Neither tech tried to sell anything and both were up front about saving me money such as buying the disposal myself and only paying for them to install, and how the A/C inspection fee could be applied to future services.  The A/C guy was great about options and didn't quote anything unnecessary.  Plumber tech came back next day to install.  Paid exactly what was quoted from both.  Thank you guys!!!

Perry fixed my deaf daughter's A/C.  We were lucky that Fernando had finished a job early and was available to come to the house in 20 minutes.  He was very professional and went the extra mile to make sure all was working before he left. He was very honest in telling us what the problem was and what he had to do to fix it.  He had another tech on their way back to the shop drop off the needed part so all was fixed in one visit.  Superb service and I have recommended Perry to our friends!!  Dave Rannells

Got the contact to reach out to home perfect plumbing for work that needed to be done on my house. I had a small leak from a busted pipe and was referred to them to get the pipe fixed. The house is old and when we moved in, we knew things like this would be soon to arise. Thankfully home perfect was able to get in and fix the pipe, we also had them check everything else and make sure things were running fine. Easy people to work with.
