Really a great team of honest guys here! Worked on a huge project with the owner Sal and his cousin Pablo. Both truly great guys that take pride in their work. Sal's #1 priority is customer satisfaction. He went way above and beyond the call of duty to make me happy. He ended up doing over 3 times the work he originally quoted me for and when it was all said and done he didn't ask for a penny more. I expected the bill to double and it didn't. He stuck by his original estimate even though he had invested 2 guys for 8 solid hours! He lost his ass on his estimate and still honored it!

Darrell helped me install a new receiver in my fan. His quote was the best of many that I received and he was very accommodating to my schedule changes. On day of installation he followed up on when he would arrive at my house and was very respectful of my house. He even took off his shoes before entering our house. In general great experience and would recommend.

I have had several different things done at my home with Ideal.  The last two times it was electrical work.  When the electrician came he had another gentlemen with him.  Said the job I needed done requires two.  When he started I understood that the job did require two people.  The only thing I was annoyed about was no one notified me that their were two people coming and that now I have to pay for two electricians.  Got over my feelings and paid for the services render.  I called ideal last week to send an electrican to hang a new chandelier.  I would have done it myself but afraid of the wire situation.  They came yesterday to hang it and once again two people came.  Is that standard that two electricans always come?  When asked he said that they just left a job that requires two people.  Ok, I can understand that.  When he wrote out my bill again I'm paying for two electricians that I know the job only calls for one.  I was livid.  Ideal try to get over on women and elderly all the time.  They have no morals.  I again paid for the services rendered but won't be going through ideal again for nothing else.  To hang a chandelier almost 300 bucks.  You have to be kidding me.

Called Happy Plumbing due to having sewage come out of the bottom of my toilet and overflowing my bathroom. I explained the situation to them and they responded promptly to my call and scheduled a technician to come day of.

Unfortunately a couple hours after booking, I got a phone call from happy plumbing saying that their technicians were having difficulty at an earlier job and may not be able to come that day. I appreciated the update and they were empathetic to the urgency of my situation. Though nobody could come that day, they scheduled me to be the first person they saw the next morning.

The technician called and was on time. Clint was clear and transparent on everything they did and confirmed what was to be done in regards to the clog I had in the sewage line. There were no hidden fees and I was pleased and educated on what happened and potential future expectations. Happy overall with the updates and follow ups with my calls, especially while I was stressed. Thank you!

Ali came to my rescue when my living room ceiling began to show signs of water damage.  Ali identified the issue coming from my roof drains and repaired them along with a few other problematic areas.  The work was completed timely and satisfactory.  He even cuts a home in my ceiling and repaired and painted. We were very impressed by the service, professionalism and pricing that we received form PIC Plumbing Service. We had a clogged drain issue in our home that was built in the 60's. We did suspect it could be something more since there was water actually leaking at the bottom of the pipe from the overflow in the laundry area. When Josh from PIC arrive (on time) he promptly and professionally introduced himself.  He then proceeded to  snake the drain when it became clear this was something more. Josh identified the problem which turned out to be the P-trap. After clearing the line and replacing the P-trap and everything else that was 60 years old that needed to be replaced, problem solved, end of leak!  For the time spent on the job, we expected a pretty large bill. However, that was definitely not the case! It was a pleasant surprise and you can bet that in future we will use PIC again. Their prompt, professional service and great prices makes for a trustworthy company. Thank you again PIC!!!!

Giovanny Martinez is an excellent and honest plumber.  Punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and fair.  He was able to inform me of my plumbing issues and provide me with various options that best suited my urgent needs and budget.  As for the overall company...Bill Howe I can say hires some great professional plumbing team members.  Hopefully I won't need services in the near future but if i do, I'm calling Bill Howe and I'm asking for Giovanny Martinez!!!

Good company got to meet a great plumber named Ricardo customer service is what he was about. Ricardo was clear and upfront with me when he showed up and went to work with Cameron.  I had been without gas for 5 days and today was there earliest day they could come out.  We had a miscommunication on the time luckily he knew what to do and got the job done with some minor hiccups! I am giving them 5 stars only because Ricardo and Cameron handled buisness. I hope Perry plumbing takes care of Ricardo and Cameron they are MVPs in my book!

We needed our toilet replaced and created a yelp project and requested estimates and received a reply from Justin very quickly. Justin listened to our issue, gathered our information and gave us options on how we can resolve the issue and then put us in contact with their Plumber James to schedule an appointment.

James was available by both phone and text which allowed for efficient communication to communicate details of the job.

On the day of the appointment I was notified by text that James was on his way and he arrived at the time promised.  The work was done quick, neat and very professional in his interactions.

Today we had a little plumbing emergency and the plumber we normally use was busy on the golf course. I used Yelp and found Joyce Plumbing. Sorry, previous unnamed plumber, you've been replaced! Joyce plumbing was reasonable, knowledgable in the humblest manner (you could tell he knew his stuff), honest, polite and efficient. When we called him, he said, I'm on the 8. I can come right now. He was here in less than 15 minutes. When you've had to shut off your water, that is such a relief! We had 2 other non-emergency plumbing things we had to do and we were so impressed, we asked him to do those as well which he was able to accomodate. We will definitely use him again.
