Our water heater pilot went out and we started smelling gas. Tried turning on pilot but with no luck. We reached out to All American Plumbing. Niko Figueroa from All American Plumbing visited the house. He tried multiple times but pilot light didn't came up. He was patient enough to wait out, study the unit and worked his way through to get the pilot light on. He also waited to make sure hot water is coming through with no other side effects. All this for free. Given water heater is 7 year old, he could have walked out saying we need a new heater but he didn't and took his time to get this sorted out. Definitely recommend all American plumbing for your needs.

I posted a project on Yelp and Collins Pacific Plumbing replied within minutes.  I set an appointment for a day later and received reminders and correspondence from the owner, verifying that a technician would arrive on our confirmed date/time. Gilbert arrived on time and ready to assess my plumbing issue! He quickly solved my crossover hot/cold water issue, purchased the parts I needed for the repair, and did a very thorough job with install and post-install testing.  I highly recommend this company for any and all your plumbing needs, especially technician Gilbert who was able to diagnose and immediately fix my issue. Justin was awesome.  I needed some new water valves put in with a new faucet in my new old home we purchased.  There was also a leak I had in our garage.  He was able to give me an estimate and had time to do the work right then and there.  He knows what he's doing.  I love that it's a family business and that I didn't feel like he was trying to rip me off.  What he did was worth the price to me.  I'm happy to have found our plumber and I'm sure we'll be using him as well.  His mom was super fantastic at communication as well.  Need a plumber?  This is where it's at. :)

Excellent, fast service. We called on Tuesday, he was here on Thursday. Most other companies were booking 2-3 weeks out, as this is prime air conditioning repair time, mid-July in San Diego. He diagnosed  the problem quickly. Price was reasonable. We will use Fred again for plumbing and AC if we need it.

Absolutely no complaints, easy to see why they're at the top of the game.  Had a weird situation where had no hot water in the kitchen sink; called the company, described the issue, they were super friendly and professional, and they had someone (Joseph) out within a few hours for an initial review.

Joseph diagnosed the issue (bad faucet), and provided several options, ranging from them acquiring a new faucet and installing it that day, to me providing one and they could install it the next day.

I thought the upcharge on the them providing the faucet was a bit steep, so we made an appointment for the next day b/w 1000-1200, and I just ran to Home Depot.

Next day Joseph called around 1030 with a 30 minutes heads up, installed the faucet with no issues at all.  

Overall, this was about as pleasant an experience as calling a plumber could be.  Everyone was professional, polite, competent, and capable.  12/10 would recommend.

They were amazing!!  It was kinda emergency. They showed up about 30 minutes after I made a request. Obviously it's Covid and yes they were using masks. They patiently struggled trying to find where the clogs were. He and his guy went through 4-5 sewage lines. Finally found it and they charged me little under 200 for a couple of hours. Probably 2 1-2 hours. Had to use big machine. They also used small machine too. I honestly thought The price would be little higher. Worth it. I will definitely call em back. I contacted 'She Fixed It' to fix my Patio Door and hallway lights. Kelley is very knowledgable, quick and speaks to the point. We were extremely impressed by her work and would strongly recommend to anyone who is in need any house repairs!! I would rate 5/5 without a second thought!

Sal came out to my parents house at night the day before thanksgiving. I didn't think I was going to find anybody so late. Sal was able to use his camera gear to inspect the kitchen drain line and provide his honest opinion. He was able to unclog the drain which was filled with built up grease over the years. He saved our thanksgiving for this year. He gave us a suggestion to hydro jet the drain line to wipe out all built up grease in the line. Sal is very professional, honest and a hard working family man. I would definitely guarantee him to anybody who's looking for an awesome plumber. I'm definitely going to give his contact info to my family when they need a plumber. Thank you very much Sal for coming out that night and allowing us to look forward and enjoy our thanksgiving dinner.

Mike from Burtech Plumbing was friendly, responsive and was in & out within 15 minutes!

I got quoted from another company and they wanted to charge $500+ for a running toilet (crazy!!!)

I am so glad I asked for a second opinion and Mike showed me exactly what was wrong and how to fix in the future.. easy & quick fix!

They haven't completed the work yet, but our scheduled to this week. So helpful to have them do an overall house inspection for plumbing issues. Very thorough, knowledgeable, and informative. Great with communication from the office as well as the plumber. Really enjoying my experience so far.

So very nice.  I called them today with an issue in my bathroom. They were promptly available and visited my house within a couple hours. Once there, Jervat was very thorough diagnosing the problem and the short and long term options to consider - I appreciated the experience he brought to the dilemma. We decided the best way to proceed and within an hour everything was fixed. Jervat was very helpful and knowledgeable. All the work was completed and the price was very fair. These folks are great! I posted a request online at 6:30am Monday and Jose (Joe) responded within a few minutes with  two available times that day. I chose 11am and I couldn't be happier when Joe and David showed up 15 minutes early and went right to work. Within about 30 minutes, they had not only resolved my immediate issue but went out of the way to be sure that I wouldn't have the same issue again for a long time. I hired Darrell to install an reverse osmosis water system underneath the sink..  he did an awesome job, very professional and respectful.. I would definitely recommend him to handy stuff around the house if you are looking for someone to install or fix something for you..

Acculine has been and will always be my leak detection for water and gas, Chris has been done a great job when I needed him the most on many of my emergency calls when I been flooded with calls in my business, I will continue to work with ACCULINE LEAK DETECTION.

Called these guys last Friday because my kitchen sink was clogged. They were able to send out Jim the same day and he was fantastic!
