I would give a six stars if I could. I had a main water pipe water leak. I have contacted about 6 companies and 4 of them gave me a quote. Compared to the other people I talked to, all American Plumbing is quick, professional, no-bullshit. The price is way more reasonable than all others. And they found the issue and fixed in an hour. The only complaint I have is I have to wait for 2 days to get my appointment. But other than that, I highly recommend this company to anyone who has plumbing issues. They are great!!

Gilbert was awesome! I've had to call him on several occasions, he comes out right away, crawled under my house to check out a broken pipe we had, he took video also and was able to identify the problem right away, he's always available, professional, and friendly, definitely recommend!!!

Why? How? I don't understand. The most basic plumbing job...ruined. Charged me over $500 for some angle valve replacements, Five Star Plumbing didn't replace the old valve nut/ring...plumbing 101. Now I have $800 in water damage. The entire reason I wanted the valves replaced was to be proactive and prevent water damage. Welp. So much for that plan. I urge anyone that uses Five Star to very closely inspect their work for skimping.

Out of no where we had water flowing out from under our driveway on a Friday. We tried calling different plumbers & Fred was the only one who responded quick & showed up. 

He was very quick to diagnose the problem & he even took me to a home nearby where they had worked on similar problem. 

He was very upfront about the changes that was going to happen after the work interms of concrete color & type.

Fred got his business partner Aron to have a look at the issue as well. As he was working some place else he told will be late & came in even when it was 9pm.

Fred, Aron & team are real dedicated people. They woked till midnight to get things moving quick. Aaron was gracious to put in a temp line so that we could continue living in the house as the water was completely shut off. 

They stuck to the intial quote which i was told by friends as a great deal. My insurance did not paymy claim. As it was a big amount, Fred even helped me by giving me some time to pay.

Summing up we are extremely satisfied with Fred, Aaron & the whole team. You are the best & Thank you very much.

Made appointment last week so them. They never showed up. So called them and they wanted to make me another appointment . I said no. They wasted my morning.

This is the only provider I will ever use for plumbing needs. They are prompt, professional, and will go out of their way to ensure the job is done. I had my water heater replaced and they immediately came out to do a temporary setup while the water damaged was remediated, more than happy with the results and their service.

Kelley was absolutely awesome and she'll be my go-to person hereon (instead of nagging the hubby :D)
She was quick to respond to emails during initial correspondence. She arrived as per plan, worked diligently, didn't even mind my over-friendly dog bothering her. She had most of the items needed for my job available before-hand and she made a quick trip to the hardware store for the stuff that I threw at her when she got here. She's done a great job and she's friendly and unassuming. Overall great, great experience!

I just had the best experience with Home Leak and Drain Solutions plumbing. I had a leak in the water supply line to the irrigation system at the shut-off valve location. They are very friendly, great attitude, extremely professional, and helpful. They also practiced excellent social distancing due to COVID-19.  I am very impressed with this company and plan to use them for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

I came to help a friend who was having plumbing issues at her moms  house & they called RDZ to assess the situation. Apart from their professionalism & commitment to see the job through Sal, Juan & Marino made sure that even if they had to stay all night the job was going to get solved & they did exactly that.

You have to really appreciate  & respect small business owners that go out of their way to make sure that their clients are 100% satisfied with the work done.

We were in the middle of having some new kitchen appliances installed when it became necessary to reroute a gas pipe.  We were under a tight deadline because we were leaving town for a month.  Burtech sent a technician immediately so that the work could be done without delay.   The technician, Gino, was professional, courteous, and went out of his way to accomodate our tight schedule.  Thanks Burtech and Gino!

Dealing with tradesmen can be challenging - you don't always know with whom you're dealing and more often than not, they speak an unfamiliar language.
In this case, I know enough plumbing words to be conversational but I needed a specialist. Black Mountain Plumbing and especially Scott, were terrifically helpful with my somewhat out of the ordinary plumbing issues. Scott was professional, honest, and highly ethical in our dealings. I will definitely be using them again!

We needed a plumber to do further research when we were in the process of purchasing our home.  We found California plumbing and they gave us a diagnostic inspection with results in a timely manner.  From there, we've relied on them from switching out faucets, toilets, and plumbing issues around our home and he has even been a great referral source throughout the process when other items have came up.  I would definitely recommend Aaron Hall and California plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Inquired this cimpany through Yelp to get an estimate for my garbage disposal replacement. Instead of asking for more details to give an estimate, he insisted that the estimate can be only given onsite! This is an old scam of course. They get to come over and then throw astronomical prices and since the customer has to pay for a service call anyway, and get stuck with paying him an insane amount. Other negative reviews on yelp also reflect this. Stay away from these charlatans!

Scott was very responsive and professional, he was able to come to our home within 24 hours of speaking to me. He came out and did a thorough inspection of the two areas where we had potential plumbing concerns. He was able to check for moisture or any other leak indicators and ease our concerns. We are fortunate in that we didn't need to have any extensive repairs done, but I'm glad to know I can call Scott in the future if something more significant does arise.

I called Carroll Plumbing this morning. Within 30 minutes they were at my door and 15 minutes later leaving, problem fixed. We have hot water again! Thank you for the quick response and quick fix. Highly recommend! - Thank you!!

I had a few old angle stop valves I needed to replace and Gabe was the first one to reach out. Gabe is awesome! I really appreciated his honesty and how transparent he was throughout the process. Definitely will be using him in the future.

I was so pleased with the entire experience. We had issues with the bathtub not draining well. I was able to get an appt on the same day with Jorge and he was very good about being on time. He fixed the issue quickly and was good about cleaning up afterwards. Thank you!

Darrell helped me install a new receiver in my fan. His quote was the best of many that I received and he was very accommodating to my schedule changes. On day of installation he followed up on when he would arrive at my house and was very respectful of my house. He even took off his shoes before entering our house. In general great experience and would recommend.

Chris was quick and responsive to my emergency.  I had a slab leak and Chris was able to pinpont the spot under my foundation where the leak was occurring.  He gave me options for the repair, prepped the job for the plumbers and even set me up with a great plumber that came out the next day and took care of the problem.  I would recommend Chris without hesitation.  Great experience.  Thank you Chris.

We have been working with Ideal Plumbing for many years & when we needed a technician sent to our house to detect a leak, we had the fortune of getting Jim a senior technician who was stellar; punctual, professional & his years of experience showed. In less than an hour he was able to locate the leak & because it was in the front yard, he offered to come back with another technician when we were ready.

Ramiro who is also very knowledgeable and a hard worker together with Jim just completed the job and the experience could not have been better. Very communicative at every step of the process and did a great job finishing the work.

we really cannot recommend Ideal Plumbing enough and will be using them for future needs. Hopefully not too soon.
