To be clear, we did not proceed with working with CSR because we changed our mind on the project altogether (not the fault of CSR whatsoever).

However, through the quoting process, CSR (Huyen and his office manager Mike) were fantastic to work with.  We got several bids for our project and Huyen was communicative, timely, honest, wore booties and a mask (COVID-19), and came in with a competitive bid.  His was the only bid to also come with clear paperwork that spelled out the scope of work!  I was surprised by that.  Very professional.  In fact, we signed on the dotted line with CSR and went so far as to work with Mike to go through the permit process.  

In the end we decided to not to proceed with the project and CSR was so understanding.  Again, the decision had absolutely nothing to do with CSR.  We would definitely turn to CSR again for future plumbing work based on this experience.

We had a water leak in the garage, and as with any signs of a damp wall, we immediately started stressing about the consequences.
I chose All American Plumbing based on their reviews on this site and would like to emphasize that their five star status is well deserved.
I spoke to Rachel on the phone to get an initial idea about pricing and setting up an appointment, and her friendliness on the phone was wonderful. As it is said, the employees are the face of the company and she is a great representative.
Ryan Nash is the gentleman that came out to inspect the damage, suggest the right route of addressing the leak, and doing the repairs. It was truly a pleasure to have him as the assigned person for this job. At all times, he was courteous, very friendly, and extremely knowledge and skilled about the repair. He also made sure that the surrounding area was covered properly, and once finished he left the work space in the same clean condition as he had found it.

Needed to get the washer intake connections replaced due to corrosion. Collins Pacific was the first company to call me back, gave me an estimate for the work over the phone (I texted some photos), and after calling around, was the first company that could get a plumber to my house.

James called before arriving earlier than our scheduled appointment, asked a few questions, and discussed all the work to be done. He give me an idea of common problems we may run into and what that would mean for timing/ costs on repairs, and asked permission before shutting off the water (we have a toddler, so confirmation beforehand was amazing).

James did high quality work quickly, replacing both water valves and the shower cartridge upstairs. The shower upstairs works better than it has in the 7 years we've owned this place (and we've replaced that cartridge twice before) and the washer connections look and work great. Even better, it was all done in less than an hour for the price I was initially quoted on the phone.

I can't recommend them highly enough.

I was happy to see all the great reviews. We had a toilet clog and needed someone that day. I called in the morning and got an appointment for later that day. They do have online booking, which is nice. Josh was very nice and looked at our issue. Josh found out that the clog had corrected itself so he just charged us the $59 service call. His honesty was nice. My issue was that they charge $585 dollars to remove a toilet to snake the main line if you don't have a cleanout at ground level. I have had my main line worked on twice before and I don't remember anyone charging anything very significant for removing the toilet. I called around today and found two other plumbing companies. One charges $85 to remove the toilet for snaking and the other has a flat fee of $275 for toilet and snaking combined.

Discovered a leaking pipe in a tiny, very hard to access corner of our attic. Called Five Star, and though Justin wasn't available, Debbie sent John, his uncle, who crawled up in our very tiny attic, found the leak and had it fixed in an  hour! The water had pooled destroying insulation and some ceiling drywall, which he's going to come back to fix for a very reasonable estimate. Here quickly, worked quickly, and at a very reasonable price! They are my go-to plumbers, now!

I made an appointment to have my central a/c checked since it stopped working. Fred was able to look at it the next day. He was right on time and while testing it, the system seemed to be working again. Despite this, he checked the entire system anyway to be sure everything was okay. Thirty minutes after he left, the a/c stopped working again. I called him again, and without hesitation he came right back to see what was going on. He ended up re-wiring some of the connections and it has been working fine ever since. Very courteous and took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure I understood.

Manny and team were awesome. Highly recommend this plumbing company to friends and family and to the yelp viewers.

We had a gas water heater that kept dripping from the pressure valve. Another plumber had installed the water heater, and Eric was reluctant to take over someone else's job. Unfortunately, our previous plumber was unavailable, so Eric accepted the job, and made the time to come at the end of the day, diagnosed the issue, not the pressure valve, but the water regulator for the entire house. Eric quickly replaced the regulator and all was resolved. He is reliable, skilled and goes the extra mile for his customers.  I highly recommend Community Plumbing.

Needed a shower repair and looked on Yelp and discovered Discount Plumbing. Called on Wednesday and had a service tech come out the next day to assess my problem. Victor came out in the morning and discovered the problem quickly. He gave me a fair and honest quote and started working right away. I had other questions regarding plumbing issues and he answered all my questions. He will be my go to guy with any future issues that may arise.

The kind of personalized service you can only get from a small shop. Mark knows his stuff and talks you through all options. Will use again.

This company really knows their stuff. He even came over on a Sunday without charging me because my hot water heater was leaking badly. They came and installed a waterless one Monday for half the price of anyone else. Extremely professional and fast!

Had a toilet flange replaced.  The gentleman arrived on time, looked at the problem and explained what he planned to do.  He did a great job and took time to answer my questions.  The price was well worth it.

Do not use this company. They broke my plumbing and would not respond to calls or e-mails. Dishonest, unresponsive, just plain BAD!!!

Thank you thank you thank you Miguel and Freddie!  So polite and professional! And I appreciate the fact that they wear coverings on their shoes every single time they come in and out and left our kitchen at least as clean as it was before!  I would recommend these guys to anyone.  And as much as I dislike doing dishes, I'm so excited that my sink works now and I can actually clean my kitchen!

Great guys.  Very professional and quick to respond.  I had a gas leak and they responded right away, showed up, detected the leak, then fixed the problem.  Very very happy with the service.  Highly recommended!

Bought a new home and had found that the water pressure regulator had broke. Had a bad experience with American Home Shield who sent out their plumbing contractor. The contractor had changed their name and after some investigation on Yelp the plumbing company had a 1.5 star rating. They get there work from AHS only if they write fixes that did not qualify for claims using such phrasing as pipe modifications or extra service. They also charge a $75 service call where they come out, do no fixes and leave.

Fast forward to True Plumbing. Had a wonderful experience speaking with Wendy and she was a breath of fresh air. Very understanding and kind. Even followed up with us for scheduling the appointment earlier as one opened up.

Kyle came out fixed the problem on the spot in less then 30 mins. He even walked me through all the parts that would prevent this from happening in the future. He was very technical and efficient. He did not have to modify the pipes or do extra servicing. His knowledge and walk through was very valuable. Wish i called them before calling and using the Insurance company (isnt that what they are for?).

Out of all of this i now have a go to plumbing company. Would recommend with no hesitation.

Fantastic experience with Burtech and Steven Ernst. We had plenty to take care of -- shower leak in the wall, new fixtures, and a complete filtration system. All professionally installed by a cheerful and courteous professional. Thank you and would absolutely recommend and do business again.

I was glad just to be able to get help scheduled the day before Thanksgiving; a day when I really need the kitchen sink to be useable. Robert called to let me know he had to adjust arrival time. He was able to suggest a good solution to a recurring problem, got parts and completed the work in remarkably short time. Work was well done and reasonably priced. In fact, my wife couldn't believe the price was that low! He was polite and personable, took care to always wear a mask while in our home and did good professional work.

We had John come over and save the day. He rebuilt the valve in our bathroom shower.  If 30 minutes of work at $425 sounds reasonable, give him a call.

Great company, I called California plumbing and they answered right away. Rachel was very responsive and took down all my request and answered all my questions. I had California plumbing come out to my house diagnose the problem and fixed it with no problems. Aaron and his crew did a fantastic job all the way from his office manager to his field technicians.Great job California plumbing I would recommend to anyone
