A gas leak was our issue. They did a fantastic job guiding us through the process required & made sure the job was fixed when they assured me it would be. Workers present & on the phone were both very polite. Definitely recommend

Five stars and double thumbs up for Customer Service,  Personable & Helpful Staff, Response Time,  Communication, and Quality of Work Performed

Core did some plumbing in my home for the first time last September 2021 and my rating and satisfaction with their Customer Service,  Personable & Helpful Staff, Response Time,  Communication, and Quality of Work Performed, from beginning to end is still ***5 stars*** ten months later!

From Erica who returned my call and scheduled my appointment, to the email appointment reminder, text the day of that the plumber was on his way, to a returned missed call that I made before my plumber showed up... nice!  I also got a call from the plumber (Kevin), letting me know he was on his way followed by a text when he was delayed a bit since the directions led him to the wrong address... how about that?!

Kevin assessed my kitchen plumbing situation and made some recommendations; one of which was that the faucet needed to be replaced.  I asked if I had to go out to buy it and he offered to do it.  He bought something similar to what I had but it was a bit of an upgrade... a nice upgrade of course... bottom line: if you can trust a plumber that you spend less than 10 minutes talking to, to go choose a new faucet that you'll like, you will not be disappointed with Kevin!

Kevin kept me informed on what he was doing which included replacing the hot and cold valves because they were ruined by the hard water; recommended a soft water system to eliminate issues associated with hard water (Did you know Core Plumbing installs soft water systems?  Well now you know!); tested for moisture on the walls,  cabinetry, and floors by the kitchen sink which was needed because of the water leak issue, explained the meter reading to me and recommended that I should have the water damage assessed by a remediation company.  Kevin was able to connect me with Ryan at Super Dry San Diego who arrived in 30 minutes and helped me with my insurance company and claim process and explained the remediation process.

This entire water issue/plumbing took about 3 1/2 hours and the remediation continues but even this second time around, Core Plumbing with it's 5 star Customer Service, Personable & Helpful Staff, Response Time,  Communication, and Quality of Work Performed have won me over!

Justin installed two new toilets for me and did a great job.  There were a couple of hiccups along the way and I was really impressed with the way that he explained things to me and then figured out the best solution.  I was on the fence about trying to install them myself and now I am extremely glad that I went with a professional, given the unforeseen issues.

Scheduling was easy as talking to Debbie was a blast.  Great family run business and great service - I would definitely recommend them!

I now personally understand all these great Yelp reviews!  Max and Fred were on time, friendly, and knowledgeable about Heating and Air Conditioning.  They checked everything out, increased the cold air flow with some duct patching in the attic, made some suggestions for the future, and rechecked the air flow before they left.  All for a very reasonable cost.  I highly recommend this company...and these two young men.

We made typical 2 hour window appointment and Discount Plumbing offered to come early which was very nice. Jose the supervisor was very professional and went over the quote in detail before the technician Scott started work. The work was done quickly and carefully. We were very happy with the work and overall experience. :)

Great job and fair price. Daniel showed up the same day I call and changed all the angle stops in my house (going through bathroom remodel) and moved a water line to accommodate new cabinets.  Worked very quickly and clearly knows what he's doing.

Communications and scheduling was fast, the job was completed excellently. We needed a new bathroom vanity installed, faucet installed, sink connected, and an entirely new toilet shut off valve. All work was done quickly and cleanly.

I needed an emergency plumber for my bathtub not draining and these people were amazing!! I will only use them from now on. They were right on time and took 15 minutes and cleaned up after themselves which wasn't necessary. They even wiped down my bathtub before they left. The gentleman was so sweet and they were so affordable. Would HIGHLY recommend.

We had a leaking toilet and needed a new wax seal and caulking to repair it. Brison was the plumbing technician that came to fix it. He was timely , professional in describing the cost and in fixing the issue quickly. Brison is also a very pleasant young man.

I had a main water line burst in my front yard and Burtech gave us the best price quote from all of our estimates.  Elbert our plumber showed up and was incredibly friendly and efficient and did an awesome job repairing the line.  We realized that we did not reconnect our sprinkler system and Elbert came back the very next day and knocked it out for us.  He is the man and I will definitely use Burtech and request Elbert directly anytime I have any plumbing needs.

I rarely need a plumber but I had home bathroom  repairs that needed attention. Carlos and his crew were prompt, attentive, and went the extra mile to help me get my bathroom repair done quickly.  I highly recommend them... great service, good price, great work!

Black Mountain Plumbing saved me!  I had a leak from our master bathroom pipe dripping into the entryway downstairs.  I had a procedure I was prepping for the next day and needed the bathroom in working order.  Black Mountain Plumbing fixed the problem the same day.  I'm super happy with their work and would use them again.  I highly recommend this company.

Super responsive, great communication and they did an awesome job replacing our toilet, pulling tree roots from down the drain. Chico was very nice explaining all the steps and even cleaning after the job was done. He did an excellent job.  Thank you. Definitely will be coming back next time we need any plumbing work!
