Best Ductless A/C Services in San Diego CA

I just want to praise Bill at the front desk for his great helpfulness.  I have lived in San Carlos for 28 years and have come into the Ideal showroom many times to buy a fixture or part.  Although I could have gone to the Home Depot, I knew that I would be sold the appropriate (and high-quality) part by Bill.  Along with the parts, he freely offers advice from his long experience as a plumber.  This is invaluable to me as one who does most of his own repairs for financial reasons.  Bill has always been honest, knowledgeable, friendly, patient and anxious to do right by me, qualities which are not common nowadays.  As one of the public faces for your business, he does great credit to your company.

I had major plumbing problems and these guys can do it all. They have all the latest and greatest equipment known to the plumbing world. They came out at the last minute and stayed for about 7 hours and didn't charge me overtime. The guys I had were really funny. I would definitely say they are trustworthy. They are not cheap however. Hence the 4 star rating.

Fast response time, came out same day to check water heater problem. They came the next morning with supplies and fixed the venting issue. Very courteous and professional! Would most definitely recommend!!

We just replaced all of the duct work for our aging AC system. JD and Ozzie did a fantastic job getting us up and running and our house has never been cooler. A big thank you to Robert as well, for explaining everything that was going to take place and checking it once it was done. Your team is top-notch!

I had a burst pipe in my wall on Thanksgiving while I was out of town. ELY Was professional and came in with a mask on .. I would 100% recommend these guys can use them again I've had multiple plumbers and I really like this guy. They're definitely gonna be my new Plumming company!

I found Pacific Drain on Angie's List. Called them to get various plumbing work done at the house I just moved into. They were quick to fit me in around the busy holiday time. New York Bobby was very helpful and honest. Being a first time homeowner he even took a quick look around the house for plumbing problem areas and recommended fixes without pressuring or using sales tactics in the slightest. It was just more of an FYI. I was so pleased with Bobby's work I requested him specifically when I called Pacific Drain at a later date to do some plumbing related to a remodel.

Andrew showed up and worked in 10 minutes and installed my garbage disposal. I would rate his service 10 stars.

I was very pleased with Quinton's service.  He pointed out honestly what needed to be done the day of the repair and then other items I should keep on eye on for future potential servicing.  He seemed like he was in my corner, looking out for my highest & best good.  Not something you see in very many service providers, given if they don't sell you something more that day, they make less $$$.  I left my AC maintenance appointment feeling well taken care of and I will not hesitate to call this company again for future service.  Plus, I will most certainly request to have Quinton L as the service professional.  He came off appearing trust worthy to me. :)

Have to say that this was a very good experience.  We have actually used Anderson 2 or 3 times over the last few years.    Depends on the guy that gets there.  Once we had a guy that did two drains (when we really  needed only one - so we had to pay double).   then recommended a replacement toilet for like $800 to $1200.   Once before, my wife had a guy that was awesome - got her all fixed and didn't try to up-sell or any of that.  

Today, I called a couple other companies that were more expensive and they couldn't get out till maybe tomorrow or the next day.  Anderson was less than 1/2 hour (and I didn't call till like 1:30 or 2:00!).   The guy was there before I could get back from an errand!   He had us fixed really quickly.  Gave me a good tip for making that toilet work well.  And he was a great guy to boot.  I will have to edit and add his name but this was a great experience and I am a happy customer.  Good price with nothing extra.

I am writing to commend THA for their superior work and service.  There was an issue with initial water heater install but they were prompt in their communication, service and response.
