After the first plumbing company bid $350 to replace two owner-supplied bathroom faucets and proceeded to change the quote to $1500 when they arrived, we called Ace who had bid slightly higher. They also increased to quote but only to $700. I understood the reason for the increase and felt $700 was a good rate. The plumber was on time, efficient, and the work was high quality. I recommend them and we plan to call them again soon

These guys are great! Very professional! Didn't even charge for the visit and were up in my attic making sure everything was in working order. Gave me a quote for a new system - which I will definitely take them up on in the future! Call them! You won't be disappointed!

Our 25 year old water heater decided that it was tired and had served its time with no time off for good behavior. Thankfully it did one last solid for us - it didn't tell us it was done with a huge dramatic leak. It was a slow leak that we noticed right away. When my husband and I talked about who to call, we went to YELP and were helped by our fellow Yelpers - thank you!
The office staff at Anderson was very nice. We called when they opened (7 am) and by 9:30 am Ruben and Co. were at our home. They had a fully stocked truck and Ruben explained all of the options/packages available without being pushy. Ruben even showed me where to turn off water to the house in case of an emergency which I should know but I didn't.
My husband wasn't home when Anderson came and I don't know anything about plumbing but I didn't feel my ignorance or my gender was exploited - maybe because Anderson is a female-owned business.
Replacing the water heater took about three hours (it would have been quicker I expect if all the sediment/gunk from the old water heater wasn't blocking the drain path).
I am very satisfied with the job that was done, Ruben's professionalism and overall experience with Anderson. I would/will use them for future needs.

I had called Anderson Plumbing to replace a kitchen faucet.
The plumber came, looked at the faucet that I had purchased and gave me a written quote to change out the faucet. The quote amounted to 870.00.
Since this was so ridiculously expensive, I asked the plumber if this was a joke. He said the quote came from the main office. I sent him away. I found another company that came out and spent about a half an hour doing the job and charged me 40.00.
I can not imagine how a major company that claims nobody wows clients like they do, could be so corrupt. They wowed me alright. This is the worst case of grossly over charging that I have ever experienced.

Let me tell you a story about how some mouse poop resulted in Tarpy saving the human race.
One night, I saw some scurrying in the corner of the kitchen, late at night, when I flipped the light switch on. A few days later, some tiny brown nuggets under the sink confirmed that some mice were running around the house.
We had some pest removal folks come out - though, don't worry, they only used the humane traps where the mouse goes in to eat a bunch of yummy peanut butter, a trap door closes, and then you drive the mouse over to a nice grassy country club and let them out to humanely snack at the all-you-can-eat buffets. They discovered that the mouse family was living, pooping, shedding, producing fleas, and just having a grand old time in our air ducts!
So, Tarpy came out and replaced all of our ducting. We also had them install a filtration system, to filter out all the mouse poop particles from our air, that was undoubtedly giving every member of our family kennel cough.
While they were down in our crawl space doing the duct work, the Tarpy folks noticed an alien mold creature growing on the support beams holding up our house. Turns out the previous owner had skimped on plumbing - she decided to save $15 in piping, which resulted in massive leaks onto our support beams, such that an infestation of mold spores began thriving mightily, which upon reaching maturity would take over the human race like in Invasion of the Body Snatchers. So, Tarpy immediately treated the wood, cleaned up the water damage, dried out the crawl space, and fixed all the plumbing.
While they were here saving the human race from the alien mold creatures and preventing our death by mouse poop, they also inspected and topped up our AC unit.
The human race owes its continued existence to Tarpy. They're good at what they do.

These folks were top notch. I got a referral from a friend of my son who used to work for them. He said that they were good people and we could trust them. Our experience proved this to be true. We were selling our condo and needed the AC and furnace replaced quickly. I had Mathew out on Friday to look at it to give me an estimate. He told me I should get a couple other estimates to confirm I was getting a fair deal. I also told him that I needed the work done by the following Sunday.
I had THA's estimate before the end of the weekend. It was considerably less than I expected. I went with them. They started the work on Wednesday and we're completed on Thursday.
They did exactly what was contracted for less then I expected and finished well ahead of my deadline. From my first contact to completing the installation of furnace and AC in less than a week. Additionally, Mathew was exceptionally nice.
I have already recommended them to a friend that needs AC work. I asked for a ballpark estimate for him and it was way way less than he had gotten from one of the places that advertises a lot.
We were very happy with their service and would recommend them to anybody who asked.

Joshua and his team did the plumbing for our bathroom renovation, and we were seriously impressed by their work. Easy to work with, accommodating of our schedules, and extremely hard-working to make sure the job got done on time, even if it meant working late into the night. Very satisfied and would highly recommend!
