Mark was professional, on time and did a great job. He called before arriving to let me know he was enroute and arrived within the time frame. He understood my problem with the gas line and adjusted/fixed the issue. He was knowledgeable with regards to plumbing/hot water heater questions I had. I'll be sure to keep CSR's phone number at the top of my list for all plumbing issues.

This business truely deserves a 5 star rating.  Had a standing water problem and thought it was a plugged up drainline.  Found this business on Yelp.  Had great ratings already.  The technician, Byron came by and did half an hour of testing.  Couldn't find a drain problem.  Told me that whatever that had caused the drain problem must have spontaneously resolved.  Multiple flushes later did not duplicate initial problem.  Thought I had to pay a visit fee but he said, you don't have to pay a dime because we couldn't find a problem.  Now, that's an honest guy.  Will definitely use them if I have a plumbing problem.

Fred and his staff are great! I used them several times for installing toilet and water heater. Both finished very neatly and professionally with fair price. And Fred always managed to find an open availability for me as early as possible even on Saturday. Great experience with them

Manny and TL Premier Plumbing are outstanding! We had a broken pipe issue, and contacted TL early morning on 4th of July...and regardless of the holiday, Manny arrived within an hour and had the issue fixed shortly thereafter. Highly recommend their services!

Shower drain is full of black water... it's disgusting. Called this company. The first guy came and said he could snake it out. Okay fine. $250  Cr@p! That didn't work... he calls his boss and he comes with another guy. Lots of futtsing around, are they going to use a camera or not  (For pity's sake, they're plumbers? and can't figure out what tool to use. Oops, no batteries in the camera, a lot more futtsing around while they scratched their heads and decided to scope the toilet.  All and all it rounded up to be $500 bucks and they didn't do SQUAT!!!  Do Not Ever Use These Guys!!! Save your money and Hire Roger K up there in the 12/18/2021 review!!! (sorry Roger K, I couldn't resist)  Call a real plumber, yeah, I know they're hard to find b/c they are really worth waiting for. These people are con artists.

After several estimates I chose Eastlake Plumbing due to professionalism, quote & rating. Mr. Fernando installed a gas line & water heater vent. He is very knowledgeable, professional & walked me thru the completed work. I will definitely be using this company for future work & recommend to family & friends.

We noticed a small leak from our water heater. Plumbing Tree came recommended to us by a neighbor who used them. We called and talked to Miguel over the phone who simply asked us to take photos of our heater and text them over to him so he could get a better idea of our dilemma (new heater vs repair). He confirmed what we knew: we needed a new heater. They were willing to install the water heater we picked out from HD which we had ready for them on arrival.  I took one star off because it took their worker 5 hours. Maybe it was a reasonable amount of time, given he had to additionally reroute the piping in the wall . But then again, the job could have used 2 workers on site as he needed an extra pair of hands to help him lift the heavy water heater. (Someone did show up momentarily to aid him even though my burley boyfriend offered to help.) Ultimately, I agree with other yelpers, this business was courteous, professional, and trustworthy so I would both recommend and use them again.

Gino was amazing! We were really worried when another company told us it would cost $1600 to unclog our  drain and Gino did it in less than an our. We were out of our home for a day because of plumbing issues and are so grateful to him for fixing our problem. He kept us updated what was going on and courteous. Very polite. Thank you!

Outstanding job repairing a pipe with a new hose bibb. I called at 11:30ish and received service completed by 3:00 pm. Chris was very cool as a person, professional and neat.

Chris came to my home within a day of me calling for a slab leak. He was kind and professional over the phone. He worked right away on three different options and quotes for my insurance company. The day of the repair, I trusted him and his team in my home alone. He contacted me right away with issues he found and gave me great direction on what he believed my insurance would pay for. This was less then another option but he looked out for my family and guided us and was spot on. I can honestly say without hesitation that I would fully recommend PAWS plumbing.  Called PAWS for a quote and they had shovels to the ground within 45 minutes of me agreeing to the repair.  Mike and Taylor did a awesome job in digging a almost 4 1/2 foot hole to find the problem and repair it so it will never happen again.   They arrived in a very clean work van with all the tools organized and clean.   Very professional and answered any questions that I had.  Job could not of gone more smoothly.  HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

It's tough finding an honest plumber these days. Carroll plumbing from the initial call to the final cleanup exceeded expectations.

Example of fair pricing at Carroll:  A few years ago I was quoted a price of $750 by California Pacific plumbing to replace a bad water pressure regulator. I knew the guy was trying to rip me off so I said no. Yesterday, Carroll quoted me $400 for the same repair so had them do it.. There are bad plumbers out there but I can vouch that the prices at Carroll are fair.

Called them yesterday (Sunday 5/4) at about 1:15 p.m. with a leaking garbage disposal under my sink.  They were out to my house within 30 minutes and fixed it.  Talk about fast service!!!!!

These guys were great for the big things. They were fast careful and courteous. The first time they came out, they couldn't complete their work because of another problem. They didn't make me pay until they could come back.
I was really impressed with how nice their office staff was as well, I would call them again anytime.

Had a random toilet / shower issue and our apartment complex's emergency maintenance doesn't work sundays, so we found this company. Carlos came out within an hour, fixed the issue that apparently was going to affect the entire complex within an hour.
