Best A/C Repair in San Diego CA

Have been using CSR Plumbing for years now. Whenever there is an issue, we call them and they are quick to come out and resolve the problem. Most recently, our water heater busted - ughhh... leaking water everywhere.... Ray was so helpful and explained our options and what he was going to do. He quickly got the job done and tidied up around the area that he was working at. He was honest with what needed to be repaired and gave us a reasonable price for the parts and labor. I like working with Ray because he comes off as just a normal person doing their job.... not some sneaky person trying make a larger dollar.

I cannot say enough good things about this company ! We had to use their service twice for a serious leak outside of our home. The response was swift, as one service tech came to our home at 7:30 at night after a call to them around 5 in the afternoon. The staff is friendly, professional and efficient. Really honest people who know what they are doing at a fair price. Do not hesitate to use this company as they are the best out there!

I needed my washer valves replaced after I disconnected my washer/ dryer for a project and needed it re-connected. They were easy to set up an appointment with and significantly cheaper than other companies I quoted. I got a text notification when the technician was on his way to my house and they were right on time for the scheduled appointment! No four hour window to wait. The technician was very knowledgeable and quick. I would absolutely use again for other projects.

I was charged $105 for spending a few minutes to check out the problem. An hour was logged on the invoice.  When I questioned it, Don told me to go find another plumber.  He came across rude and disrespectful. Not sure I will be recommending this company to anyone.

Working in tandem with Joe from Mr Handyman clairemont who did the drywall work, Justin does deserve the five star rating featured in his company name. I am very pleased with his work, courtesy, and promptitude. He will be my go-to-plumber from now on.

Fred was very nice and showed up today on Sunday in the middle of a heat wave. He was very professional and helpful. We appreciated his willing to come out on a weekend and fixing our AC.

Long over due review from March service call.  Tony and Eric were great, professional and quite the conversationalists, very entertaining.  Our sink in our only bathroom decided to fall apart on a Thursday evening just prior to the COVID19 lock downs.  Being a 1930's house this happens, but usually with better timing.  On Friday, despite looming clouds and some light rain these guys showed up, assessed, gave us reasonable options and then replaced the broken drain plumbing quickly and efficiently without issues.  We have had several plumbers over the years work on our system including myself when time permitted; these guys were by far the best experience I have had with plumbers to date.  Highly recommended as plumbers and just plain good people.

Me and my wife recently bought our first house and needed a gas line capped in our kitchen to properly install an electric stove in the area the previous gas stove was.  One of their plumbers came by and quoted us $1200 for capping a gas line!  $1200! We ended up getting the job done from a different local plumbing shop for just over $150. Be very careful with this business, especially to you first time home buyers that are new with these sort of things. Don't get scammed- avoid this business, get multiple quotes.

Here within ten minutes of my call, fixed a problem with my water heater that I created in about 20 minutes, charged me a low flat rate. Blown away by the service level and value. He also took extra care to make sure he left everything clean! I will never go anywhere else for another plumber ever.

MARTIN, came out too the house exactly on scheduled time, clean and professional, I showed him my toilet and he called and got the cost to fix and labor cost, before he started, the price was fair and he fixed it promptly........this is the second time I have used them........great work and good price what's not to like...5 stars.

Kelly came and painted my condo about a year ago.  She is fantastic!  Very responsive, showed up when she was scheduled---- Super fun gal and nice to work with.  I highly recommend her!

Have used this company 3 times now. All three times, I have been very happy. I was referred by a friend from our church. Each time I used them, they called before to let me know they were on the way. Each time they have me a quote for the work and after I agreed to have the work done, the final bill was alway under what they quoted! They was quick and the work was done Right! Very happy with this company!!

They were able to come within the next hour of being called. Our plumber Alex was polite, honest, and did not try to sell us anything extra. He was quick in his service too. I would definitely recommend them and hire them again!

When we had a bit of a plumbing emergency this evening, RDZ was able to help us promptly and effectively, despite the early-evening timing. Sal and his partner made it out to our house within an hour, hydroblasted the roots, grease, and detritus from our pipes, and inspected them while showing me the issues. Unfortunately, we will have to replace them at some point, but for now, my sewage drains again, instead of backing up into our bathtubs.

Thanks for the quick help, even after a long day guys. While I don't enjoy doing dishes or laundry, I am ecstatic to have the ability to do so back. Not to mention showering and flushing toilets without a huge mess.

We love True Plumbing! Stephen Jones does it again! An old house with crappy plumbing is not so bad when you have the right guy taking care of the job. Our leaky pipes were replaced and he was out of there in no time. This guy is def our go to guy!

Yesterday a handyman came and tried to install a new faucet in our shower. An hour and a half later, with a look of defeat, he said he could only complete the job if he soldered On a new valve to the copper pipe in the wall. That sounded a bit dicey... 24 h later, Steven from Burtech arrives on the scene. With confidence that one can only attain with years of experience in the business, he took one look at the haphazard job performed by the not so-handyman and realized the task could be fixed in a matter of minutes. He swiftly removed the electrical tape and plumbers putty installed only 24 hours earlier, grabbed a new faucet from his truck, and like a power plug, secured the faucet to the wall and demonstrated 100% functionality of the new chrome faucet. After applying cement to secure the faucet, the job was finished.

I can finally take a shower now! Although, per Stevens instructions, I think I'll wait till this evening to let the cement dry.

Moral of the story, don't get a handyman to do a plumbers job. Hire Steven from Burtech.
