We had to have several sink angle stops replaced due to hard water damage. Mason and James were awesome - honest, professional and friendly. They really earned my trust by letting me know that some other work I had requested wasn't necessary at this time. I also appreciated their attention to detail and focus on being sure I was happy with their work. Finally, communication via text regarding the appointment was super helpful. I have found my new go-to plumbers - thank you!

James is a great technician. He was very communicative/informative. We just remodeled our kitchen, and Collins Pacific did all of the plumbing. The finished product is outstanding, and was completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend for any of your plumbing needs. I know we will use them from now on

Core Plumbing sent Kevin to assist with a bad tub faucet leak.  We had old Price-Phfister separate hot/cold water stems, which are quite outdated and often lead to leak problems if water pressure too high.  Keven was great, friendly, explained everything he was doing to an old plumber.  And, after checking our water pressure, found it was way too high, and our regulator had failed. A previous very well know big Plumbing Company came first, they did not tell me about or check my water pressure.  If they had I would have know why the leaks were occurring.  I passed on their job estimate, asked for a few days to consider the situation.  Two other companies that came here did NOT check our water pressure first, they wanted to replace the faucet system w/o this check.  I called you at Core Plumbing because of good recommendations by other customers of Core.    Kevin replaced our Pressure gauge, and repaired a bad pipe above the gauge, that was kinked. Now the pressure is correct.  Our thanks to Kevin, for his kind assistance. and Kevin came back, when I realized the arrangement of the new pipe around the pressure gauge, which included a water bib for hose water for the garage and front yard, was positioned in a bad way for my garage work station. Kevin quickly solved the problem and it's just super, the work he did!  He had told me at his first visit,  if the new hose bib was a problem the way he originally set it up, he would come back and adjust it, which he did. What a great asset you have in the happy, jovial, hard working and very professional serviceman, Kevin.  He is the best Plumber I have met in 50 years, without a doubt.
I would rate Core Plumbing 5 star.  And Kevin SIX star. If I ever need plumbing again, I will call Core.

Wow!  Fred and team are amazing.  Super fast response, quality work, and some homeowner lessons.

This has been the best experience with a plumber. As an Executive Manager of a YMCA and a property owner it is difficult to obtain exceptional service at a reasonable price, with up front honesty. All the work completed has been exceptional and resolved.  No call backs, follow ups or complaints. I usually obtain 3 quotes before moving forward. TL plumbing gave me the best price and it was way more detailed in their work. On top, it is guaranteed. My highest recommendations.

Eric and Tony converted our three handle shower to a single handle. I didn't even know this could be done without tearing out the shower! Instead, they made a perfect oval cut to access the supply valves and reconfigure them for a single handle setup. After they were done, they cleaned up the work area and the shower looked better than ever.

I don't know how we got by for over a decade with the three handle approach. If I would have known how easy this was, I would have done this years ago.

They were easy to work with and had some great restaurant recommendations, too! They will be top of mind for future plumbing needs and I definitely recommend them!

I recently moved to the North Park area and doing the kitchen which required water and gas line movement. Omar showed up promptly and provided a quote which was more than fair. I set up a time with their office and had the work performed the following week. Omar and his assistant were polite, worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day.  I will be adding a bathroom next year and will also be using Omar.

These guys were awesome. Another company wanted to charge me $2200 to saw cut and jackhammer up my concrete. Home Leak came out and cleared out a clogged storm drain with his hand and told me no charge. Super honest and I will call them when I have a problem!

Extremely professional and great customer service!  When our toilet and tub got clogged and almost overflowed with sewage water, these guys were quick to respond and fix the issue.  They took the time to explain everything and what they were going to do before they got started.  Not only did they fix the problem quickly, but took the extra step to clean up the mess in our toilet and tub!  Would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs and will definitely be reaching out to them for any future services!

I just had a kitchen faucet installed and couldn't have asked for any better service. Dave called to let me know he was on his way. He installed the faucet and accessories. Because the hole wasn't large enough for the drinking faucet, he returned the next day to finish after I had a tile guy enlarge the hole. Seriously the best plumbing company I have ever had!

We had a toilet and shower backup on a Saturday.  I tried clearing the line myself with a 25' powered snake but the problem persisted.   Seeking a professional at that point, I called Burtech and we set up an appointment for several hours later.  But only about 15 minutes later I got a call from Jose at Burtech who asked if he could arrive sooner.  Of course, that was fine with me and he was here within 30 minutes.  After a quick assessment by running water and checking a nearby cleanout, Jose said the toilet had to be removed to find the blockage.  Now, I have removed many toilets myself (and installed the very toilet we were discussing) but their price was very reasonable and definitely worth it.  After placing down puppy-pads to protect the floor tile, Jose removed the toilet and found a huge mass of small roots in the toilet drain pipe (which explains why my snaking the shower and cleanouts didn't work).  I had never seen such a thing, yet he said he had just cleared the same type of blockage at his very last job (no substitute for professional experience).  Anyway, he replaced the toilet in record time, tested for leaks and proper flow, and was on his way after probably less than 60 minutes.  That check to Burtech was the happiest check I have written in 2022.  Highly recommend this company.
