Andy and crew were friendly prompt and got my leaks found and fixed in a day and a half. And for a great price. He listened to my needs (not wanting to tear into the terrazzo flooring) and came up with the perfect solution. I will definitely always tell everyone to use them :)

They are eager to steal your money. I asked them to replace three broken valves under the sink. They said gave me a free estimate, and then came, and charge me for $359 just for three valves! We are the first time home buyer and never use plumbing service before and don't know the market price. After that another plumber said he will do that for just $170. The work is pretty easy if I have the tool to turn off the main valve I would do it myself. But for this company, I would never use them again.

Late Thursday afternoon, just before Memorial Day weekend, I noticed dampness around the water heater. I called around and decided to go with Experts Plumbing. It helped that Mike sounded confident and very interested in what was the right solution. And he was solid on price, not a wide price range that depended on the unknown. I didn't feel the same about some of the others. Vinnie arrived Friday morning, ahead of schedule (which was great) and it was done in less than an hour and a half. And no worries for the long weekend. It was the first time using them but probably not the last.

Excellent service.  Professionals in all aspects.  Took their time, were extremely careful, and paid attention to the most minute detail.  Courteous, pleasant, and responded quickly.  I would highly recommend this company.

In a day when one can't get a contractor to call back, I would give Radle Rooted a call for any plumbing job, even though
thier website shows that they specialize in drains/clogs.

The best thing is that they are honest, responsive and priced well.

Plumbing Express installed a Rheem Hybrid water heater in November, and when a sensor failed the following May, they took total responsibility for the repair under their warranty and the warranty from Rheem.  The overall experience was clean and crisp; very professional.  Wife and I put 4 thumbs up.

Excellent service. Thorough and no up-selling services. Fixed issue effectively and efficiently.

They were fantastic!  They fixed my leaky faucet.  They responded quickly, and fixed my problem.  They were done before I knew it.

Be aware they charge a $29.95 service charge which will go toward your service IF you decide to use them - no free estimates. The receptionist did tell us about this ridiculous charge when we made the appointment, but our past experience with them convince us to go ahead. We needed a double compartment sink replaced with a single compartment sink which we had already purchased. The estimate - $2,350!!! Naturally the plumbing needed to be disconnected and perhaps rerouted UNDER THE SINK, but $2,350? We used this company for our complete kitchen remodel eight years ago and were extremely satisfied, but we are now grateful there are other plumbing companies we can contact. EveryDayPlumber is a major rip-off in our opinbion.

My air conditioner died and got quite a few estimates.  Cool today was the most knowledgeable of what we needed The salesman had information prepared before he arrived for the estimate.  He was the only person who entered my home with footcovers and gave me an estimate within a few hours while the others took days. .   We also got the air ducts cleaned, and they were EXTREMELY professional and courteous.  They asked if it was ok to park the truck in my driveway and when I had to leave, they moved the truck immediately.  I would highly recommend the Sarasota office!!!

Called this guy up at 830am, he answered sounding barely awake and then unfortunately the line dropped.  When I called him back he was rude and hung up on me.  Called Billy the Sunshine Plumber and they answered much more professionally and made an appointment for the afternoon.

So far not a great experience. I've used there services last year and was happy. I had an issue with a clogged toilet and tub and they couldn't get a technician out until a day later. They called me today at 10:47am and said a technician was on their way (no ETA GIVEN). So at 12:10pm I called back and said no one showed up and wanted a ETA. We only have 1 bathroom in our home, so it's a bit annoying when you can't use it for 24 hours. Finally at 12:40pm technician arrives. I explained the issue and he went straight in and rain the water in the shower (which was over flowing yesterday) and flushing the toilet constantly to make sure water would go down. I had used the Roto-Rooter pipe shield the night before to help clear and de-grease the pipes. And after probably 20 flushes and him running our shower water 4x he walks out shrugging with his hands in the air and said, I guess the pipe shield fixed the problem. He said there was no charge for coming out since he didn't do anything which is great! But said to call back if t happens again.

I had a big problem with an unscrupulous contractor and Formula Plumbing came to my aid not once but twice in 2 days - They came quickly and were so kind
Everyone treated us with kindness and concern, they provided excellent services at a reasonable price !

$500 to do a simple kitchen faucet install. We provided the faucet. Shutoffs were there. The job took 1/2 hour. Our fault not to ask for the price ahead. They have a set price, no matter the job. On top of a $100 service charge. Their motto is Where the plumping bird says cheap, cheap!  Not the case. We've installed several faucets in the past 10 years or so, 3 being last summer, and have never paid that much.

I just bought a condo in Dunedin and before I even moved in plumbing issues started. They came out right away and installed a water shut off valve for my unit, replaced some valves under my kitchen sink and cleaned out some drains. Both guys were awesome and very thorough. Price was reasonable and I will definitely use them again!

We bought our home from previous homeowners that were negligent and dishonest- their agent was compliant in this as well. We had one toilet that had totally rotted out which was discovered AFTER the fact. Luckily HIP home service and drain was responsive, came to review the issue and advised us on the best course of action that was necessary. I was so grateful for the honesty and transparency that I relayed to my husband.

Excellent! I called with a disposal issue, hoping they could send someone in the next 24hrs. The person I spoke to on the phone (who was extremely helpful an friendly) had someone out to my home within 2hrs! The gentlemen was friendly, patient, knew his stuff, and was clean - he cleaned up after himself, and was clean upon arrival. I had to have my disposal removed (due to previous owner), and he was able to do everything on the spot! I'm so happy and relieved, and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. I hope I don't need this kind of help in the future, but if I do, I know where to call!

I need a contractor for several jobs.  I gave this group of clowns a small job; to install a safety handrail in the pool.  Seemed simple.  
They sent one worker and 1 supervisor; a manager named Bobby.  The manager did not much; mostly watched the poor guy work in the heat.
When they finished and it dried, it was very loose.  I called them back, they said oh, yes, it is loose.  So they re-did it.  I let it set overnight (they said it would be good in 20 min).  It was worse.  Very unsafe.  Very poor workmanship.  I brought them back to show them (a 3rd time) and they offered to fix it, but I told them to go away.  I believe in second changes, but if you can't figure it out in 2 tries; you probably won't.  I asked for my money back. They said no.  They do not stand by their work.  They lie about their abilities and they do not get the job done.  I suggest to avoid BMD.  They created a serious safety problem with the rail and they do not have the ability to do the work....and what they did was sloppy.
YOU SAID YOU OFFERED TO FIX IT. Liar. Yes, you came out a second time and fixed it.  It was worse.  Why would I have you out a 3rd time?  I asked for a full refund, but would accept a refund on the labor. Nothing from you,  i had a real professional out to fix it.  He said you used the wrong cement and did not even have a brace on one pole insert.  He said whoever installed this did not know what they were doing.  You caused a dangerous situation.  You lie and are unprofessional and unskilled.  To anyone: Use these amateurs at your own risk.
