Armando has a wealth of construction operations management knowledge and experience, having worked in the construction industry for over 25 years, eleven of which have been here at Sarasota. As  President of Construction Operations, Armando is responsible for ensuring projects are appropriately staffed as well as making certain the quality management plan is properly implemented. Armando stays continually aware of the status of preconstruction services and the overall progress of construction on all projects.

Armando graduated from Seminole State College of Florida with an Associate of Science degree in Building Construction Technology. He is also OSHA 30-Hour Certified.
