Get your sewer line fixed without tearing up your yard, and by super friendly people. I'd gladly use their services again, although I hope I don't have to!

Day 3 in the new house and I hooked up the washer to find the faucet leaking from the handle. I erred on the side of caution and called in a professional. Mike came out the next morning, offered the least invasive solution, and walked me through some of the components of my plumbing. Super reasonable price for the work. Will definitely be my first phone call for any plumbing needs.

Buyer beware!!!! This is the first review I have ever given. I wouldn't recommend using this company. If you chose to do so, MAKE SURE YOU GET A QUOTE IN WRITING BEFORE YOU LET THEM START!! Do not let them go by the hour.
Now my story... I called the company and ask if they could come bid a job for me. The guy on the phone said he could do it over the phone. I asked for an 80g water heater to be removed and a 6g installed. I needed the 6g water heater to be put in the air. Then I needed new plumbing run to two fixtures because of a leak. I was quoted around $1000. When the plumbers showed up, we went through what was needed. They advised they weren't aware the water heater needed to be put in the air and that would be extra. It was clear he didn't want to do this and that's when the employee started with his big attitude problem. I asked for what the new price would be. He advised about $1200 but it would be by the hour. I wasn't happy but I said ok. Within the first hour, they turned off the electric and the water and took 3 smoke breaks. Within the first 2.5 hours they only had the old water heater out. It wasn't in a hard place but in a large open closet. After 6 hours they only had the water heater installed and none of the other work complete. The plumber came and got me and said he was done. I asked about the other work and he said it would be extra. I said to just stop and I was done wanting anymore work from them. The plumber asked why, I explained my issues and that's when he got very angry. I said please give me the bill and I would talk to the office/owner and then send a check. That's when he flew off the rails and cussed at me and stormed out. (I have video of this) The bill was over $1,300 and the second half of the job wasn't completed. FYI The water heater cost $250 from the store. Called the owner, owner let me get 3 words out and then told me his guys story and didn't want to hear anything else from me. I said ok I would pay the entire bill and post my reviews. He hung up on me.
Just beware if you decide to use this company.

Great company to work with. I called late at night for a clogged drain and received a quick response. I was extremely satisfied with the service and the price was a great value! Will definitely recommend and use this company again in the future!

Jimmy was our guy and did an excellent job! He was professional and courteous. He made quick work of our lengthy list of plumbing needs as we just bought an as-is house that had very old fixtures. He installed a new toilet, replaced three shutoffs, replaced the waterline to the refrigerator, and installed a new kitchen faucet and soap dispenser. He even filled the soap dispenser! Little things mean a lot and he did them. He cleaned up after himself and even did a little extra fix on our outside spigot after I wrote the check. I forgot to tell him when he bid the job and only asked how he would advise us to fix it. It was loose and when he looked at it he said it only needed a couple of screws. I told him not to worry about it but he insisted on making the two minute repair. We are very pleased with the work. We will use them again and would recommend the for sure.

I highly recommend AAA Home Services! I had a brand new HVAC system installed yesterday, and I couldn't be more pleased. John came to my house 2 weeks ago, walked me through a variety of options, and quoted me an excellent price, which was several thousand dollars less than I expected. Then yesterday his team installed the new HVAC system by 3pm. John explained the rebates and tax incentives available for my system, and even took the time to help me set up the app on my phone to control my new system. John and his team were professional, timely, and went above and beyond with their customer service. Thanks AAA.

I had called dns to give me a bid on a stack replacement for my mother, Dan was very professional, on time and stuck to his price unlike some companies trying to add charges at the last minute. Highly recommend.

Our water heater went out, so my wife called Tiger plumbing, who had installed our previous water heater. When they got to our house, they told us, our water heater was broken, and not up to code. They tried to sell my wife a water heater, with a ionizer, and some sort of filtration system that was going to cost $8000. We told them that we didn't want that option and wanted a lower end option, they quoted us $4-5k and told us they would call us back. They never contacted us. We contacted tri city plumbing and they came over looked at our water heater and solved our issue without having to replace anything. Don't go with these guys, they try to take advantage of you, I implore you to go with literally anyone else.

The plumber was very nice and did a great job, but the company policy of charging $75 in ADDITION to the service call fee if they have to use any of their tools is deceiving at best. He used a wrench to take the 1/2 inch cap off my faucet to clear an obstruction, and that was enough to warrant the $75 fee. They tell you about the extra fee at the end. After he left I was able to remove it with just my fingers, it screws on and off. What a joke.
