Best Drain Cleaning in Saint Louis MO
Fast response time to my request. When I came home from work and found something not as I expected, they returned my after hours voice message and then returned the next day (no charge) to take care of my request. They cleaned up well after they finished their work--an added bonus. I would not hesitate to call them again for my old house plumbing needs.

We used this company for the first time concerning some drain issues & we were completely satisfied. Their price was very reasonable and we would recommend this company.

About Plumbing was able to come out to my house the same day I called. They actually listened (and didn't doubt) my water pressure problem. Cody was honest, helpful and informative. About is affordable and very customer service oriented. This is now the only plumbing service I will call!! Thank you Cody!!!

So happy with the multitude of fixtures that Jason installed for us. We hit him with a laundry list of fixtures to install, and we are so impressed with his work! Kemper was able to get us on the schedule quickly and Jason was friendly, prompt, and took it with grace when my two big dogs wanted to be friends with him.

My wife accidentally threw a paper towel down the toilet and in just a couple days my basement drain backed up.
They sent a technician within minutes of my 7:45 am distress call of my basement backup with raw sewage. They were so professional, mindful to cleanlyness, and quick to resolve the problem. They also gave me great advise to avoid future problems. I called two other companies that weren't able to come today. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

We had a clogged drain line. I called Tiger out since they were the first hit on google with good reviews. They came in with a 20$ higher base fee and higher hourly rate than Inspector Plumber. The technician started trying to sell me a job to replace the stack before even looking at the issue. After about 30 minutes, he came to me and said he had damaged my plumbing and we would need to replace the entire stack, otherwise they didn't really know what to do.
That didn't sit right for me so I contacted Inspector Plumber. They were on site before Tiger could even reschedule me and within an hour had snaked the line and removed the clog.
The tech, Kurt, was professional and friendly. The person who answered the phone, Michelle was quick and sent me a follow up with Kurt was close.
All around great experience.
As for price, I feel like what I paid for my services was fair.

Wow what a difference a change in staff makes!! The last couple times working with this company I dealt with Tony and had a fantastic experience. This time I dealt with Matt and it was really horrible.
There was some slight confusion with making an appointment - I told them I needed the 23rd and he wanted to schedule me for the next day, but I figured that was just being proactive and moved on. Somebody was supposed to call me first thing in the morning on the 23rd, but nobody did. A little after 10 I went ahead and called and asked about it. Matt assured me that somebody from another company was on his way. When I questioned that, he went ahead and called the other company and had them call me. According to that dispatch person I had no appointment booked. I explained to them that I taken the day off work on the promise that I did have one and they went ahead and made it work for me, thank goodness and no thanks to LaMartina. If I hadn't pushed I would've never seen anyone that day.
I really wasn't happy to be handed off to another company though and that was compounded when the technician showed up and explained to me that what I really needed was a plumber. Well yes, that's who I called in the first place. Too bad they handed me off to somebody else.
Then the real kicker! Instead of being charged LaMartina's normal rate, I was charged $140 for approximately 45 minutes of work that did not fix the problem. When I told Matt I was unhappy with this he had two responses. First the problem was kind of fixed (like that's good enough to charge extra for) and second he had told me a cable technician was coming and that should've been enough for me to know that he was outsourcing my business. Since I didn't know what a cable technician was and thus didn't complain at that point, that was just my loss.
LaMartina had enough goodwill built up with me to get them all the way up to that bill. But asking me to pay extra for an inferior service (that the tech who came to my house admitted was not what I needed) is too much. When I told Matt this he told me fine, pay my bill and he'd close my account. There are a lot of good plumbers in St. Louis - I would strongly recommend taking your business somewhere else - heck, they are probably going to send you to another company anyway and they clearly don't care about making sure your problem is actually solved.
Too bad, I really felt taken care of with Tony. But I'm sure not ever dealing with Matt again.

I have used Josh and he crew on several jobs over the year and they have never disappointed! Always on time! Cory and Tim are the best!

Can't give a review because the times I called to set up an appointment the plumber was always booked up weeks out and was told he only does two jobs a day. I'm not certain of the cost of service because I never received service. If you are in a rush to get a plumber this may not be a good choice. I give it two stars just for being able to talk to someone and being told no availability and why.

The worker they sent to clear my drain was rude, condescending, and walked off the unfinished job. This company was subcontracted by my regular plumber to do the drain work. The tech spent much of the time questioning and criticizing the contractors previous work which was irrelevant to the current problem and also not very smart to bite the hand that feeds them. After barking orders at me to turn this or that on and off then criticizing how fast or slow I was responding, he then threw a little fit stating he was tired of dealing with people like me and we don't need your business. I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior and do not recommend this company.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Certified Plumbing & Drain Specialists. My initial call resulted in a correct diagnosis of the problem pretty much over the phone which resulted in a quick fix when Mark showed up at my home. Less time spent on the problem means less I have to pay. Since then, I have requested their service twice more for other jobs and have referred them to friends and family.
* I asked about the disposal fee mentioned in a previous review. The reply was Home warranty companies set predetermined disposal fees and are not set by us. Home warranty companies charge automatic $75 fee for disposal of hot water heaters. If your item is under home warranty when you get service, this is something you may want to ask about ahead of time.

The work quality was ok but to be totally honest it's been hard working with them. We'd been scheduled for a week and nobody showed. All day called to try to find out when or if someone was coming. Blocked our whole day waiting and got almost no communication. Owner called and said he'd come to make it right. Which is good. But I won't be using them again.

Got to my house quick and did an excellent job of clearing the sewer line at an affordable rate. It says the business is based in Pacific but didn't have an issues getting to me quickly in Brentwood. A good plumber is hard to find, call these guys!

Scheduled a visit for an estimate to run a water line to a refrigerator and install a drain pipe from my HVAC to the exterior corner of the house and a couple other things. The gentleman who visited was very polite and helpful. Everything after that is absurd. A WEEK later I finally get the estimate where not only did they not list the parts/labor for the estimate, and break them down per task which I specifically asked them to do. They also didn't even include the two other things I asked them for quotes on. But the best part was their unbelievable estimate of $1255 to take $75 of parts and at best two hours of labor.

Very friendly customer and the technician was extremely knowledgeable about plumbing problems. Very clean when working and explained his assessment of our drainage issues thoroughly and answered any questions I had while he was working on our drains. I would call them again in the future if we needed a plumber.

I had been using Sutter Plumbing for years, for tree root removal in my sewer line, with satisfaction. I had Classic Aire Care/Sutter out October 1, 2018 to provide the same service. On November 18th, 2018, I had to call Roto Rooter, and pay an additional charge to remove tree roots Sutter/Classic Aire had not removed. Clearly the work done a little over a month ago was not done appropriately. When I spoke with Classic Aire Care/Sutter, I was told the tree roots must have grown back. I don't think tree roots can fill a pipe in six weeks, during October.
