If your home's aging and root-infested pipes are causing problems, and if cabling and jetting are reaching the point of no more positive return, then you'll probably be getting yourself some estimates for replacing your sewer main. And if you're fortunate to have a house situated in such a way that equipment easy negotiates the terrain, and there's a clear digging path from the house's cast iron to the municipal sewer connection, and you don't mind losing all your landscaping in between, then perhaps a standard trenching solution is right for you.  However, if equipment entry is awkward, and/or your piping travels underneath a house addition or patio, and/or you don't want to lose all the landscaping you've invested in, then THERE IS ANOTHER WAY.  Nu-flow TRENCHLESS, CURED-IN-PLACE, PIPE RE-LINING.  

For me, Nu-Flow worked because it a.) did not require a trench that would tear up my backyard or possibly affect my sunroom piers, b.) seemed a reliable solution backed by a ten-year warranty, and c.) edged out the trenching bids with a better price. David, Kevin, and the other staff members were friendly and efficient, and I was out of my house only one night.  Thanks, Nu-Flow, for the house artery angioplasty.  Everything is flowing just fine.

Buyer beware!!!!  This is the first review I have ever given.  I wouldn't recommend using this company. If you chose to do so, MAKE SURE YOU GET A QUOTE IN WRITING BEFORE YOU LET THEM START!!  Do not let them go by the hour.  

Now my story...  I called the company and ask if they could come bid a job for me.  The guy on the phone said he could do it over the phone. I asked for an 80g water heater to be removed and a 6g installed. I needed the 6g water heater to be put in the air. Then I needed new plumbing run to two fixtures because of a leak.  I was quoted around $1000.  When the plumbers showed up, we went through what was needed.  They advised they weren't aware the water heater needed to be put in the air and that would be extra.  It was clear he didn't want to do this and that's when the employee started with his big attitude problem.  I asked for what the new price would be.  He advised about $1200 but it would be by the hour.  I wasn't happy but I said ok.  Within the first hour, they turned off the electric and the water and took 3 smoke breaks.  Within the first 2.5 hours they only had the old water heater out.  It wasn't in a hard place but in a large open closet.  After 6 hours they only had the water heater installed and none of the other work complete.  The plumber came and got me and said he was done.  I asked about the other work and he said it would be extra.  I said to just stop and I was done wanting anymore work from them.  The plumber asked why, I explained my issues and that's when he got very angry.  I said please give me the bill and I would talk to the office/owner and then send a check.  That's when he flew off the rails and cussed at me and stormed out.  (I have video of this) The bill was over $1,300 and the second half of the job wasn't completed.   FYI The water heater cost $250 from the store.  Called the owner, owner let me get 3 words out and then told me his guys story and didn't want to hear anything else from me. I said ok I would pay the entire bill and post my reviews.  He hung up on me.  

Just beware if you decide to use this company.

Called Crafton out to have a garbage disposal replaced, they arrived promptly and had it installed in no time. They even fixed a faucet valve for a bathtub for $75 that I hadn't fixed because I had been quoted over $1,000 to fix by another company. Nice professional guys that I wouldn't hesitate to call again. I don't usually do reviews but reviews helped me find this company and the reviews were right.

Great company to work with. I called late at night for a clogged drain and received a quick response. I was extremely satisfied with the service and the price was a great value! Will definitely recommend and use this company again in the future!

My ring camera shows Donnie was not working over 2 hours on my service.  He tried charging me for over 2 hours.  I don't know if the work he performed was successful because he came straight for payment and didn't ask me to flush the toilet or run water to make sure there were no clogs after he was finished.  He told me I asked too many questions like i didn't know what was going on and said That I don't want to pay for anything.  Even when he had my credit card.  He then said he was charging me $130 and would tell his company to not allow me to use their service again.  This was puzzling to me.

I told him to give my credit card back and get out of my house.  I shut door behind him and he kept opening and opening it.  I had to lock my door to keep him from reopening it.  I felt very threatened.

I then went to my front porch to make sure he was off my property and he began yelling things from his truck up to me.  My ring camera shows this and you can hear him from side of my house yelling that he was there for 2 hours.  

It was a crazy experience and never had that with this company.

My entire family and I are repeat customers but I have never had this experience ever with AA quik.  I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.  so they don't have to worry about coming back to my house thanks to Donnie

He is crazy.

He was able to help us out with our bathroom vent.  My husband got stuck & we needed someone that could repair & get the job done. It worked out perfect! Fair price & good quality work!

Very professional appearance of technicians.  Friendly and did quick work.  Were honest and upfront about charges.  Very satisfied.

Tried screwing my mom out of thousands of dollars when all it cost to fix the problem was $150.00 They will screw you if you don't know any better.

We had a pipe rupture in our basement and needed it replaced. Tim did a fantastic job as he did before on our second spigot. The work was done quickly and met expectations.  Highly recommended.

Where do I even begin. Dan has helped us at our house in South County multiple times since moving in here in 2020.

You will not find a more responsive, genuine, and customer-service oriented company that working with Dan and DNS.

On Sunday, we noticed some water in our basement storage room. I called Dan, and he answered right away. We were scheduled to have him come out on Monday around 12pm. When we woke up on Monday morning the water continued and I sent him a message with pictures. He ended up getting here before 8am.

Dan diagnosed the problem immediately, was able to shut off the water leaking issue and then let us know what was going on.

Unfortunately we had to replace both of our water heaters due to various issues. Never something you want to hear, but Dan was very open and transparent with his pricing and the ETA on everything.

That afternoon the old water heaters were taken away, and the new ones installed.

He's even answered a few questions for us after the fact.

10/10 would recommend Dan & DNS for every important reason when it comes to hiring a plumber.

Read all 1 star ratings from both locations very carefully prior to calling this company. My wife and 1 year old little girl came home last evening to a house that was 50 degrees and a furnace that would not turn on. I was not going to be home for a couple hours so I asked my wife to find a company with a good rating to come take a look. I was home by the time they made it out and two very nice but misguided young men took a look at the furnace. I watched the entire time and we all quickly came to the same conclusion that the inducer motor was not working properly. They asked if we could sit down at the kitchen table and go over the options, the hard sell begins.

To fix the problem, $1200 but he can save me money if I start a service plan with them, it only took 20 minutes to go through all the plans. When I question it he proceeds to slide an iPad over to me with a worksheet on it to fill out that will show me how it will be more cost effective to replace an entire 5 year old furnace with a new one. For how much; we will never know because I said to him my wife and 1 year old daughter are wearing coats and hats in our house right now, I don't want to learn about service plans or new furnaces I want to get this fixed so they can go to bed Now he says well maybe we can just replace the motor, let us go out to the truck and see if we have one This is code for lets regroup because this guy is onto us. He can get me a 1200 quote with his iPad in the time it takes to walk to up the stairs but has to check the truck for parts?

They come back in a few minutes later, they do not have a matching inducer motor and I was not expecting them to have one, but I did expect to get a quote on what it would cost to just replace the motor. No, he is unable to quote that, even though he could quote the $1200 to replace the inducer motor and everything behind it? He says it will save me a couple hundred, to I took that to mean $1000 to replace an inducer motor, the same one I can order online for $150. I paid the $98 service fee and asked that someone call me in the morning with a quote and timeline for the part.

After setting up a room with electric heaters for my wife and baby I set out to pull the inducer motor myself, 4 screws and 2 minutes later I had it on my work bench. I could see that it would rotate about half a turn when the furnace tried to kick on so I hoped I could see why. Turns out it was just some gunk in the motor, an air compressor and some 3 in 1 oil, 30 minutes later the furnace was up and running. Notice it took one small paragraph to tell you how I fixed it but 4 to tell you how they were going to fix it.

No i don't want to talk about it Tiger, I don't want a call back or some lie about how you do what's best and the customer has the choice when the only choice you give them is the most expensive option. I don't even want my service call fee back thought I think i deserve it. I just want everyone to know your MO 2 guys to do a one man job, one to do the work and the other to try and fleece you.

They also blocked me on their FB page after they replied so I was unable to rebut, I was able to work around that.

Great service and nice people.  We've used Rivers for major sewer repairs and for minor clogs and couldn't be happier.
