Christian handled a whole house of work for us when we were pressured to get our house on the market, from the roof to the basement.  He adjusted  to our schedule and worked around the other activities that were going on at the same time. Quality work, fairly priced.

Almost called one of the 24 hour companies to fix a problem.  SO glad I called Redington and took their advice to have them come early the next day! They are a family company and you can tell by the nice guys who work there. Saved a ton, professionally fixed now and I didn't have to worry about who was in my house. Not happy with their work. Used them for twenty years or more, but last year when my ac broke they came out and fixed it, only to find out from a friend that the part they replaced was only $15 and they charged me over $400. Ok everyone needs to make money, but when you have been a customer for this long you would think you would get a break. By the way it is broken again(same part)

Tried screwing my mom out of thousands of dollars when all it cost to fix the problem was $150.00 They will screw you if you don't know any better.

I cannot thank Kevin and Dan enough. They are extremely professional came over right away to fix our Rheem hot water heater. Unfortunately the hot water heater was beyond repair. After so many hours Kevin put in to repair it, it had to be replaced. The next day Kevin came out replaced it and charged me a third of the price anywhere else would have charged. Then he put on an expansion tank for free for me. Who does that? No company does anything like that anymore. Thank God there are still amazing people in this world like this company!

After 4 phone calls, the plumber arrived 2 hours late.  This was after they changed the appt time 3 times!  The guy didn't bring ANYTHING  inside- no camera/scope for the service I had requested, no tools, no pen, no note/quote sheet, nothing.  Did not apologize for being late.  Talked to us about what we wanted and explained how it could be done.  Told us he could give us a high and a low figure for how much it would cost because he couldn't tell what condition our old drains/pipes were it  (This was the exact reason I called them asking them to bring a scope to look inside my drains/pipes!). then he left.  we received a quote for one small portion of the work we asked for with no other communication.  After I called and spoke to a Project Mngr. I found out that the technician was still working on getting numbers together for the other 2/3s our our project.  He said he would call the next morning.  he did not call the next morning.  I did receive a 2nd quote for the other work to be done, minus the cost of the toilet, vanity, sink and shower that we HAD discussed adding to the quote.  No call, no followup, nothing else.  I had to call in again for clarifications.  the Project magr.again said he would call me back, which he did not.  The following day we got a sparse email from someone we had never heard of or talked to.  It said, Good afternoon Marti,

Wow!  What a horrible waste of our time, energies and stress levels, to put us through that and then renege out of the work never ONCE having even called the customer!!!  Horrible!

Set up a hot water heater flush on line and received a follow up call and scheduled on Friday, March 17th in the afternoon between 2 and 4pm. The lady said they would call before they came.
Left work early to be home by 2pm and they NEVER showed up, NEVER called and NEVER followed up.
Not very professional at all !!!

Beware of Unreliable Contractors!

Hey everyone, I need to share a frustrating experience I had with a contractor who not only did a shoddy job but also refused to come back and fix their mistakes.

I hired elite Home services to complete a project at my home, expecting professional and quality work. Boy, was I wrong! ‍ From the moment they started, it was clear that they lacked attention to detail and craftsmanship. The end result was a disaster, to name just a few issues , my tenants can't get full use of their bathroom faucet after they installed the new faucet, I couldn't get an answer as to why my light fixtures we're not working when doing an electrical inspection just over all they have me sloppy finishes.

Naturally, I reached out to elite Home services to address the issues and have them rectify their mistakes. But to my utter disbelief, they flat out refused to come back and make things right! ‍ after I threatened to take them to court they then offered to come back out, but only picking and choosing what they feel is a completed job, but then never setting a confirmed time to come out to do the rest of the install correctly .
It's as if they took my money and ran, leaving me with a half-finished and poorly executed project. Talk about unprofessionalism!

I've tried reasoning with them, explaining the importance of delivering on their promises and fulfilling their contractual obligations. However, they have shown no remorse or willingness to correct their errors. It's incredibly frustrating and disheartening to be left with a subpar job and no resolution in sight.

I'm sharing this review to warn others about the unreliability and lack of accountability displayed by elite Home services. If you're considering hiring them for any project, I strongly advise against it! Save yourself the headache, disappointment, and wasted money.

Let's hold contractors like elite Home services accountable for their poor workmanship and refusal to stand behind their services. We deserve better!  Spread the word and help others avoid falling into the same trap. Together, we can make a difference!
