Christian came to our rescue to fix all the poor work that was done previously.  From painting, changing light fixtures, building our handrails to code, caulking, replacing baseboards, re-grouting, fixing kitchen cabinets/drawers, adjusting door jambs to close properly, plumbing of kitchen sink, re-attaching corner pieces, and the list goes on and on.  Christian went ABOVE and BEYOND for us and we consider him our ANGEL as he came AFTER HOURS in our limited time we had, in preparation for the sale of our property.  Not only is Christian very personable, dependable, charismatic, and lightning fast, he provided us quality workmanship,  and his prices are the most affordable that we gave him a bonus on top for everything he did for us.  We appreciate you so much Christian!!!  Thank you again...

I finally found a great plumber.  I own over 200 rental units and have gone through so many plumbers over the years and I finally have one that is permanently in my preferred vendor list.  Whatever I need, night or day, it gets done, right the first time and at the right price.  Whether its a high end bathroom refit or a tenant emergency, Redington takes care of me.  I've referred them to friends, family and other business partners and never had a complaint.  Five starts all the way.

I've had some small jobs done by Tony LaMartina plumbers over the years (toilet rebuilds and faucet replacements), and I've always been happy with the results. I'm writing my review today, because our new home had some unexpected plumbing surprises that caused some anxiety and Mike Miller's outstanding work put us at ease.

During his first visit, he assessed the problem and outlined next steps that we'd need to take before his next visit. He also communicated the minimum and maximum work he'd recommend depending on our budget. For his next visit, we re-discussed what work I wanted done, a more precise estimate, and then he described his plan of attack and any possible surprises. Throughout the work, Mike took the time to explain to me what he had done and why. He even looked at a few other issues that came up since his first visit once he tackled our set agenda!

Before I was able to have Tony LaMartina plumbers come out, the home warranty company sent out a very sub-par plumber who ultimately said my problem was something simple (it wasn't) and didn't identify what we found out to be the root cause of my leak.

I have such great peace of mind when using this company and am so grateful for knowing who to call when a serious issue came up.

Bonus points for text reminders and tracking truck location ahead of the appointment.

Called Crafton out to have a garbage disposal replaced, they arrived promptly and had it installed in no time. They even fixed a faucet valve for a bathtub for $75 that I hadn't fixed because I had been quoted over $1,000 to fix by another company. Nice professional guys that I wouldn't hesitate to call again. I don't usually do reviews but reviews helped me find this company and the reviews were right.

After using this company for many years, I realized they were no longer the firm I started with.  After Mr. Anton retired, they seem to be in the business of selling upgrades.  I had a maintenance agreement with them.  In recent years, they never left without writing up a proposal of several thousand dollars worth of equipment or accessories they felt was necessary.  When my son saw what they were trying to sell me, he encouraged me to find another HVAC company.  Which I did.

Water heater problem. Gave a FREE estimate. Terry himself works with the crew. Polite, fast, trustworthy & professional. In and out under 3 hours. Fair on price. Doesn't bullshit you. Recommendable.

A few years ago, our sump pump stopped working during a torrential rainstorm.  Swift Plumbing came out, as they were the plumbers our home warranty company notified.  The plumber did a great job and was very professional.  A few years later, the sump pump had a problem, and Swift came out, installed a new pump, also very professionally.  Swift had stopped using the first pump as it had been experiencing problems, and gave me a fair discount on the second service call because of that.  Swift if the first plumber I will call the next time I need plumbing help.

Absolutely horrible experience with this company!! Took over a month and a half to get my ice machine repaired. After replacing the compressor and multiple followup visits by the repairman, the decision was made to take my machine back to their shop since it still wasn't making ice.  I had to call repeatedly to find out what the status was. They never called back when they stated they would and ended up putting in a new $319 control board (without my authorization).  Even after speaking to the owner, she pushed it off to someone else who said she would call back.  After 1 week, no phone call and I had to call them back.  Their solution at that point was to ask me what I wanted.  I feel they should have just offered to refund the price of the part that I didn't okay.  I'll never use this company again and will tell everyone I know not to use them.

Always have had great service and pricing for repairs to various plumbing issues. I'm surprised at the bad reviews.

I would recommend this company to anyone needing good service. From the person making the appointment to the technician everything went well. 2 plumbers came he show me the problem with my faucets gave me a price. They did the work very good experience. The office called me on the day of service and told me they were at my home, I was not there and she relayed to them I was on my way. Thanks again Mr. Rooter plumbing.

Due to storm damage we had to have repair of our weather head in order for our utilities to be reconnected. I had called multiple companies who were too busy to get here or were honest and did not accept the job due to lack of experience with a rolled roof. I came upon Tiger in the yellow pages and they said they could send someone out immediately. I should have done more homework and have learned the lesson. I was warned by peers to be diligent and aware of sales tactics and price gauging when they learned Tiger was doing our work. When the sales person arrived I did not feel that. I expressed my concern about our roof. He called his supervisor to confirm they had experience and could do the job correctly. I was reassured this would not be an issue. That was the positive of my experience. After he left I noticed a Tiger sign in my yard. I was not asked if this was ok and seriously thought it was a little tacky but no huge bells going off yet. When the technicians arrived I spent close to an hour listening to them discuss the roof and was told they would need to go to the hardware store to get parts. Warning bell. 3 hours later the city came to connect the utilities and refused due to a cracked part in our outside meter. This was NOT found during the sales call inspection so you can make your own judgement on that one. I was then told they did not have the replacement part and it would take a week for them to get it. I had been displaced for 4 days at this point and am currently working from home so waiting another week for power was not an option for me. I told the technicians this. I was then informed they could come back the next day and replace the entire outside box and rewire to my circuit breaker board. When I asked if that was covered in my price the response was no that will be additional cost. At that time I told them to leave. My peers warnings had materialized. I then called another contact and within 20 minutes they were here with the very hard to get part and my power was back on within 15 minutes of replacement. I now have my roofing company coming out to inspect the work done on my roof as I have little confidence this was done correctly. My insurance company is covering these cost but I could have seriously done without this added aggravation this week.

Beware of Unreliable Contractors!

Hey everyone, I need to share a frustrating experience I had with a contractor who not only did a shoddy job but also refused to come back and fix their mistakes.

I hired elite Home services to complete a project at my home, expecting professional and quality work. Boy, was I wrong! ‍ From the moment they started, it was clear that they lacked attention to detail and craftsmanship. The end result was a disaster, to name just a few issues , my tenants can't get full use of their bathroom faucet after they installed the new faucet, I couldn't get an answer as to why my light fixtures we're not working when doing an electrical inspection just over all they have me sloppy finishes.

Naturally, I reached out to elite Home services to address the issues and have them rectify their mistakes. But to my utter disbelief, they flat out refused to come back and make things right! ‍ after I threatened to take them to court they then offered to come back out, but only picking and choosing what they feel is a completed job, but then never setting a confirmed time to come out to do the rest of the install correctly .
It's as if they took my money and ran, leaving me with a half-finished and poorly executed project. Talk about unprofessionalism!

I've tried reasoning with them, explaining the importance of delivering on their promises and fulfilling their contractual obligations. However, they have shown no remorse or willingness to correct their errors. It's incredibly frustrating and disheartening to be left with a subpar job and no resolution in sight.

I'm sharing this review to warn others about the unreliability and lack of accountability displayed by elite Home services. If you're considering hiring them for any project, I strongly advise against it! Save yourself the headache, disappointment, and wasted money.

Let's hold contractors like elite Home services accountable for their poor workmanship and refusal to stand behind their services. We deserve better!  Spread the word and help others avoid falling into the same trap. Together, we can make a difference!
