McNeely & Son is truly a fantastic service. Last year on a holiday, my A/C stopped blowing cold air. Being an individual with no skills or knowledge in this line of work, I dialed multiple companies freaking out and they said, we don't do work on holidays or our holiday rate is 4x. I then found McNeely and Son. The gentleman who runs the organization picked up immediately, was able to diagnose the issue within 10 minutes of being there, and fixed my AC efficiently. He even took the time to check and make sure there wasn't any residual moisture in my duct work from condensation build up. As far as I'm concerned, they have my business for life. I will be putting in a general maintenance request in the next few weeks to check on my furnace.

SUPER PLEASES AND EXCITED TO HAVE INTERNET WORKING THROUGHOUT OUR HOME AND 2 ADDITIONAL BUILDINGS ON OUR PROPERTY. We never thought this was possible because we live in a rural area where satellite internet is just not strong; However Castle AV Media Solutions, Jeff and Thomas, knew exactly what we needed to make it possible!! They recommend the equipment and Jeff worked hard installing wifi extenders. He got everything up and running, including boosting the speed of the existing internet by a few points. He even assisted me installing the proper apps on my devices as well as did a quick trouble shoot with the app company to ensure I knew how to maintain these connections properly going forward to stay connected! Jeff even went above and beyond for us a day later when he scheduled a call after hours to trouble shoot a minor issue and resolved the issue for us immediately! They soldme a $17K mini-split heat pump for a small home and took 2 years and 15 service calls to get it functioning correctly and for the entire time, management inferred that I was being a difficult customer. They eventually realized that their post installation of a condensate sensor, required after failing city inspection, was interfering with a thermopile. This company only schedules a service dates rather than time slots so imagine waiting around your home for 15 days plus the hours of fumbling around, calling the manufacturer, distributor etc. because their techs are very nice but completely inexperienced with mini-splits. Additionally, they charge $600 to clean each inside unit which is needed every couple years. That's $2400 (3 wall and 1 ceiling cassette) for my 1200 ft house, but it gets worse. My Mitsubishi system (outside fans) quit working because of a small blown protective fuse (They don't tell you to wait 5 minutes before switching from heating to cooling mode) The fuse is soldered directly to the main circuit board so it can't replaced, supposedly. I have a 12 year parts warranty but Academy Air wants $1900 labor to install a new main circuit board and both fan motors, just in case they're faulty also. (1Yes, they have no ability to test the motors because of the blown fuse.). WTF? This company advertises constantly and talks a good game but they're seemingly dishonest and cannot be trusted in my opinion. . Did I mention that they installed a 40 gallon hot water heater rather than the 50 gallon on the contract and then accidentally flooded my basement while trying convince me to keep the smaller one. I've been more than patient with this company and haven't started to speak out until now but I'd give Academy Air a zero if I could and suggest that you stay away.

As with everyone else, they came out to rune a 49.00 dollar diagnostic test on my water heater. They guy did not even check my pilot light. He placed his hand on the blower and said its warm its shot. Then went on to tell me I need a new water just on the fact that it was old. I told him but it is working. He said yes but COULD go out in three years so I should spend five grand to fix it. He was clueless about the water I had. Again my story is similar to everyone else's on here. What a useless company. I will report to BBB in am.

Beware of Unreliable Contractors!
Hey everyone, I need to share a frustrating experience I had with a contractor who not only did a shoddy job but also refused to come back and fix their mistakes.
I hired elite Home services to complete a project at my home, expecting professional and quality work. Boy, was I wrong! From the moment they started, it was clear that they lacked attention to detail and craftsmanship. The end result was a disaster, to name just a few issues , my tenants can't get full use of their bathroom faucet after they installed the new faucet, I couldn't get an answer as to why my light fixtures we're not working when doing an electrical inspection just over all they have me sloppy finishes.
Naturally, I reached out to elite Home services to address the issues and have them rectify their mistakes. But to my utter disbelief, they flat out refused to come back and make things right! after I threatened to take them to court they then offered to come back out, but only picking and choosing what they feel is a completed job, but then never setting a confirmed time to come out to do the rest of the install correctly .
It's as if they took my money and ran, leaving me with a half-finished and poorly executed project. Talk about unprofessionalism!
I've tried reasoning with them, explaining the importance of delivering on their promises and fulfilling their contractual obligations. However, they have shown no remorse or willingness to correct their errors. It's incredibly frustrating and disheartening to be left with a subpar job and no resolution in sight.
I'm sharing this review to warn others about the unreliability and lack of accountability displayed by elite Home services. If you're considering hiring them for any project, I strongly advise against it! Save yourself the headache, disappointment, and wasted money.
Let's hold contractors like elite Home services accountable for their poor workmanship and refusal to stand behind their services. We deserve better! Spread the word and help others avoid falling into the same trap. Together, we can make a difference!

Called Right Now Plumbing on April 29, 2020 to set up an appointment for an estimate to install sewer and water lines on my mom's home. We set a date of Thursday May 7, 2020 between 10:30 and 12:30. The receptionist informed me that the technician would call 30 mins before showing up.
My mom received a call from the technician (Tony) that Friday May 1st and offered to come out earlier that our set appointment and provide an estimate the next day May 2nd. Well, Tony never called or showed up. Fast forward to the day the appointment was set through the receptionist on May 7th,; we had a no call no show again from Right Now Plumbing.
I called the company appointment line to get answers of why we were receiving such poor customer service. The guy who answered the phone promised me the tech would give me a call.......no one ever called me or my mom. This is beyond unacceptable and I will share my experiences on other review sites so people know the type of service Right Now Plumbing provides. We buried my grandmother the week that they did not show and I let them know that this was very important because we were limited on time and the poor service is what we received in response.

I hired Turney to replace a broken sewer line located 75 feet from the house. Jenny quoted $1500 - $2500, depending upon whether 10 feet of sewer pipe needed to be replaced or 75 feet needed to be replaced. The job was finished in one day with 20 feet of replaced pipe and a bill for $2,670. The main drain was still clogged with standing water, when Jim finished the job. I can only assume that all the work that James Turney Heating, Plumbing and Electrical does is performed in such an unethical manner as this. Unfortunately, we will have to look elsewhere for future repair services.
