Had a clog in my kitchen sink called Alpha. And they were there within an hour. I was not home I remotely let the guys in they unclogged my sink and when I got home they left no trace of any mess. And the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

About Plumbing was able to come out to my house the same day I called. They actually listened (and didn't doubt) my water pressure problem. Cody was honest, helpful and informative. About is affordable and very customer service oriented. This is now the only plumbing service I will call!! Thank you Cody!!!

So happy with the multitude of fixtures that Jason installed for us. We hit him with a laundry list of fixtures to install, and we are so impressed with his work! Kemper was able to get us on the schedule quickly and Jason was friendly, prompt, and took it with grace when my two big dogs wanted to be friends with him.

Was very pleased with every aspect of the service. They arrived on time, were very friendly, and quick. As long as the job holds up, I couldn't be more pleased.

The Sewer Pros have done three inspections for me over the last year. Every one was completed on time and in the most professional manner, with the inspector arriving at the promised time. The inspection results provided are comprehensive, well documented, and their advice is sound. Their focus is on the needs of the customer, not just knocking out inspections that can be billed. One of my inspections indicated some issues right within the first ten feet. The inspector stopped and recommended the line be cabled before proceeding. This simple courtesy prevented me from paying for a second inspection. Once the line was cabled, the follow on inspection was characteristically complete and well done. The Sewer Pros are honest brokers that do not perform any of the cabling or repairs that are found to be necessary. Their advice and recommendations are sound and absolutely given with the customer's best interests in mind. You cannot beat having professionals of this caliber in your corner.

We needed our sewer line replaced and we were told by other companies they would need to tear off our entire deck to do so, along with other high cost charges. Inspector Plumber did the job at a fraction of the cost the other guys were quoting us at - and they saved my deck! The entire staff is so friendly and kind, we are customers for life. They really went out of their way to ensure a job well done for us.

Wow what a difference a change in staff makes!! The last couple times working with this company I dealt with Tony and had a fantastic experience. This time I dealt with Matt and it was really horrible.
There was some slight confusion with making an appointment - I told them I needed the 23rd and he wanted to schedule me for the next day, but I figured that was just being proactive and moved on. Somebody was supposed to call me first thing in the morning on the 23rd, but nobody did. A little after 10 I went ahead and called and asked about it. Matt assured me that somebody from another company was on his way. When I questioned that, he went ahead and called the other company and had them call me. According to that dispatch person I had no appointment booked. I explained to them that I taken the day off work on the promise that I did have one and they went ahead and made it work for me, thank goodness and no thanks to LaMartina. If I hadn't pushed I would've never seen anyone that day.
I really wasn't happy to be handed off to another company though and that was compounded when the technician showed up and explained to me that what I really needed was a plumber. Well yes, that's who I called in the first place. Too bad they handed me off to somebody else.
Then the real kicker! Instead of being charged LaMartina's normal rate, I was charged $140 for approximately 45 minutes of work that did not fix the problem. When I told Matt I was unhappy with this he had two responses. First the problem was kind of fixed (like that's good enough to charge extra for) and second he had told me a cable technician was coming and that should've been enough for me to know that he was outsourcing my business. Since I didn't know what a cable technician was and thus didn't complain at that point, that was just my loss.
LaMartina had enough goodwill built up with me to get them all the way up to that bill. But asking me to pay extra for an inferior service (that the tech who came to my house admitted was not what I needed) is too much. When I told Matt this he told me fine, pay my bill and he'd close my account. There are a lot of good plumbers in St. Louis - I would strongly recommend taking your business somewhere else - heck, they are probably going to send you to another company anyway and they clearly don't care about making sure your problem is actually solved.
Too bad, I really felt taken care of with Tony. But I'm sure not ever dealing with Matt again.

This company did all of our plumbing in our new build. We thought we had a water leak so we called the water company to come and check into it. The water company said that they couldn't get a good gauge on it because the meter was way too low and filled with sludge. They told us to get it fixed. I have been trying for almost 9 months to get that fixed. We also have a sewage smell coming from one of our sinks in our master bath. It has smelt like that off and on since we moved in. I have called and left countless voicemails and sent messages. No one will call or message back and unfortunately our builder is of no help. I would avoid using this company.

These guys are great! Have used several times for a variety of small plumbing tasks including unclogging drains to install faucets. Small, local shop, used to be Dad and son and some other workers but I have always dealt with the son. Straight up honest guy just trying to make an honest living. Never felt scammed or overcharged.

So glad this business was recommended to me and I am so overjoyed with the service The technician Justin arrived promptly and informed me of what they would be doing and he set out to do just that. We had just purchased our home and we have water issues like many this year and not knowing where the drains came out in yard , they cleaned the area so we would be able to mark for future reference. I appreciate their quick response time and courteous informative service and would definitely recommend this company.

We bought a new house and moved in at the very end of December. It was during the delivery of our household goods on our first morning in the new house that one of the moving men pointed out that the ceiling was dripping. Can you imagine?!?
Apparently, the previous owners had stopped using the shower in the master bath. It is nothing that I can prove but I am willing to bet that they knew about the leak and threw some paint on the ceiling, started using the guest shower, lied on their seller's disclosure and passed the problem on to us.
I called our realtor immediately and learned how to contact the home warranty company. They assigned the job to Certified so I called and left them a message...and another message...and another message...
Unfortunately, the company had changed their hours of operation but had not propagated that information across the various websites that I checked (Angie's List, Yelp, etc.) when I became frustrated at the lack of a response. In all fairness, I raised this issue with them about a week after the service appointment and they more than made me whole for the entire experience.
The plumber arrived on schedule and diagnosed the issue as a problem with the caulking in the master shower. This was a similar diagnosis to those that other reviewers have complained about on Angie's list so we were skeptical. I was actually at Home Depot (buying a new stopper valve for a constantly-running toilet) when he visited the house and my wife put him on the phone with me. He talked me through exactly what I needed to buy in order to do the job right and the procedures and steps necessary. After picking up the supplies and following his instructions we are about a month past the initial call with absolutely no sign of additional leakage.

Thank you for getting to my drain problem quickly although not a quick fix at least we know now!

They were overpriced with mediocre quality. I received no invoice or warranty even though I spent almost $400. David didn't want me watching his work, and when I went out to check he was talking on the phone but still charging me almost $200/hour. He used a hand drill to rotate the cable, not the big roto rooter machine. Cannot recommend them.

J.E. Redington Plumbing, is the BEST! Unknowingly he brought his crew over to repair my water meter, but on his first visit he saw that I had a problem with my gate and Jeff Redington and Tim Moore got busy with his drill and screws and repaired it for me the gate while his crew was in the basement repairing the water meter. Jeff said on his first visit he did not know whether to stay or leave because of my dog's, but he stayed!!! Thank you! Tim Moore asked me if I was Paula, I told him that Paula was my baby sister and they would be at Saints Skating ring. Before they left I asked the man in the beige pants his name and he told me Jeff Redington, I said you're the owner! I asked if I can pay them for the repair and he refused!!!!! They both said that my smile is enough! After they left I went in my basement and only Andy was their. I loudly said they all left without getting paid. Andy said their are still a few good people here! Thank you Jehovah! I asked Andy could I pay him, he refused also. I cried and prayed and I Andy Jehovah used him to help bless me with J.E. REDINGTON PLUMBING!

I had been using Sutter Plumbing for years, for tree root removal in my sewer line, with satisfaction. I had Classic Aire Care/Sutter out October 1, 2018 to provide the same service. On November 18th, 2018, I had to call Roto Rooter, and pay an additional charge to remove tree roots Sutter/Classic Aire had not removed. Clearly the work done a little over a month ago was not done appropriately. When I spoke with Classic Aire Care/Sutter, I was told the tree roots must have grown back. I don't think tree roots can fill a pipe in six weeks, during October.
