Called for service Nov 16 concerning water loss of my pool.  Neil was the tech that came out for the service call on Fri Nov 20.  He was polite and efficient.  He found the source of my leak & offered sound advice to alleviate the problem.  This service was heck of expensive but the service includes checking all areas of the pool.  I would definitely call ALD for any other unfortunate water loss issues!

We had a leak in our pool so I called around to see what my options were. I sent a message to Pacific Coast Leak Detection and Colin responded quickly. He was very professional and accommodating. He was prompt to set up an appointment. Loved his communication via text to let us know when he was in route and everything was was in writing. Serg was very friendly, reliable and gave us fair pricing. We are actually going to use him again for further correction of our fence. I highly recommend Serg. Local fencing companies wouldn't help fix the fence, only to replace it, which was not necessary and very expensive.

We called because we had an emergency. Toilets wouldn't flush and bathtub was slowing filling up. I messaged him and he quoted me within 10 minutes.  Was here in an hour. Needed another tool so he had to come back. Found the problem (loose flange) and everything was working again. He stuck to his quoted price, which I felt was fair for a Saturday afternoon call. KEN FOR THE WIN!

Our garbage disposal decided to break on the 4th of July.  The next day, we contacted Plumbing Care and within a couple of hours the technician, Andre, arrived at our house.  He replaced the disposal in under 45 minutes.  He provided pictures of the old disposal and of the the one he replaced it with.  He cleaned up after the job, even dumping the box & packaging that the new disposal came in.  I'm very happy with the work and would recommend using Plumbing Care.

Made an appointment for two small water leaks in the basement and install two main shutoff ball valves to the house that I purchased in Pollock Pines.  First appointment was not successful because (Ryan) the plumber was sick.  The company called me in advance to let me know he wasn't able to make the appointment.  That saved me a lot of time with my schedule.  Called weeks later to reschedule and he did the job as requested.  He installed 2 new ball valves, one outside off the main he replaced and the other under the basement.  While they were at it, he advised to replace the old pressure regulator and then he fixed the small water leaks.  Total time 4-5 hours.  He was efficient, reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable.  Price was reasonable and he gave me good advice about pipes freezing up in the area.  He also informed me about the pressure release valve on the hot water heater that most forget to drain.  I'm new to the area at Pollock Pines and that made me feel welcomed that you can trust his company and honesty.  I'm glad he fixed those leaks (possibly from pipes freezing up), and especially the hot water advice.  I'd definitely recommend calling him for your plumbing needs.

Con: no over phone estimates, ok plumbers work, equipment capabilities.
Had some work done last year. They will take advantage if you don't know what you need. Some of their plumbers have no idea what they are doing so if you don't know what you need, these guys are not the ones to go to for it. Overall: They do have some competent techs(2nd plumber was more knowledgeable), prices are fairly competitive if you know what you want. Service with a smile while doing the minimum. By the way, first plumber offered me to do an open trench mainline replacement dug to 10 ft deep(not allowed by law).

I have to give Tommy, Mark and their whole crew of guys a 5 star review and highly recommended Drain Time Plumbing!!! We had a clogged pipe that had years of build up prior to us buying the house. We gave them a call and they where quick to respond and come out to us in Galt. Other companies wanted us to wait days before coming to help. They were able to unclog the drain along with descaling both the main line and kitchen line along with Hydrojetting. They currently installed a new water heater for us. Tommy and Mark are both great at being straight shooters and give you the whole run down of what the issue could or could not be which is hard to find these days with companies. They are also very transparent with time frames and cost (even helped us with discounts for new customers ) Once again we would highly recommend these guys!! Top notch customer service!  My A/C went out late on a Saturday night in the middle of a crazy Sacramento heat wave.  I received a call the next day, a Sunday, from a very helpful gentlemen who walked me through a potential easy fix to my problem.  Unfortunately, my problem ended up being a little more complex, but I am so appreciative of the helpful advice and patience in explaining what to do.  Comfort Master has earned my future business for their honesty and willingness to help.  It's always nice to run across good people!
