Best Water Filtration System Installation in Sacramento CA

Immediately upon moving to Sacramento the AC on the house we had just purchased conked out. We got quotes to replace it from several companies and decided to go with Mac's (Nathan and Steve are very knowledgeable and helpful).

The installation was scheduled 2 weeks later and Steve graciously got us a portable AC unit so we wouldn't roast in the meantime during the 10 days of the extreme heat wave in June. They replaced the AC and furnace with a brand new heat pump, installed new thermostat, new ducting, new attic fan, and new insulation. They also replaced our water heater, fixed the water main, and installed a new toilet and shower fixtures.

They also graciously dealt with SMUD for the rebates and with the cryptic whims of the building department regarding the permits and the inspections.

I'm now thoroughly enjoying freezing cold air, lower energy bills (from $180-$220/month I am now paying ~$140/month), and no more allergies (now the ducting is brand spanking new!).

Our shower wasn't just dripping, it was literally like turned on and had a flow. We had to turn off the water totally. I was not happy.
I found Mohammed here and gave him a call. He came out today and fixed our shower. He explained what he was doing and he was very patient with my questions. Thank you Mohammed for everything!

I don't normally post review if companies but feel compelled to write this one. I had an appointment set up with them for the evening of Thursday night. We exchanged a couple of emails but then I didn't hear anything. When I text them, the guy tells me I didn't respond in a timely manner so they booked another job. I waited all day and cleared my schedule for the evening. I just find this unprofessional and poor customer service.

Update 10/18/18

I had to contact Boden again because the same issue arose as last year. I asked that Tony come out again and I said I think a spider got into the little hole that you resolved last year. Sure as your mom's sister's your aunt, a spider had crawled in there, died, and blocked the airway. Tony cleared it out, reassembled the motor, and my heater is working perfectly again.

Who knew an arachnid could screw up a heater? Thanks again, Tony! I'm glad I won't be cold again!

I can't recommend Boden enough. I have an old wall heater that is a pain in the ass. I didn't have heat for about two months! Boden had to come out to my house four times to repair it and it was driving Tony, the technician, absolutely nuts!

He told me that he spent his own time talking with his peers and that he was able to come up with the most random solution ever. And by golly, it worked! My house is now warm because of him.

Tony's time, customer service, and dedication to fixing the issue made my family a repeat customer. They came back out and fixed a leak and installed a new faucet.

I've used Plumbing Care several times and have always received great professional service at fair prices.

Super Mario was quick to respond for  request for a quote but their scheduling leaves a lot to be desired.  They gave me a window of between 2 PM - 4 PM to show up to look at the job to give a quote.  They followed that up quickly with a text reminder.  So, on the appointed day, I took time off from work to be there.  4:15 or so rolls around with no one showing up nor did they call or text.  I sent them a  text and received no response.

I figure I've been stood up so I start the job myself.  About 6:15 they call and text to say they are on the way.  I say come on out as I have the job half way done but I need a trap.  The guy on the phone says they are only coming to do an estimate, not any work, so I told them to cancel.  I ended up running out of light and had to finish the next day.  

Would have been nice not to lose time at work or to have known at 2 PM they were going to miss their appointment window so I could have started earlier.

Excellent customer service!  I called on a Monday for a non-emergency bathroom faucet replacement.  Mike scheduled an appointment for the following day and completed the job with courtesy and professionalism.  I would definitely use their services again.

Kevin and his wife make a great pair. She was great at providing updates on timeline for arrival, and he was great at showing up early and completing the project on the same day. I will use them again in the future.
