Best Water Filtration System Installation in Sacramento CA

Decided to give Mac's a call due to a broken faucet. I am really glad I chose them... the staff was exceedingly pleasant, and Tommy, the technician dispatched to my house did a thorough inspection and charged me a fair rate to install my faucet. The service charge was included in the total... which was very reasonable. I will definitely patronize Mac's if I have any future plumbing issues.

Ray was recommended by a family member who knew him personally and was familiar with his skillset.  We have had Ray out to our home several times for various repairs.  He is a great communicator and knowledgeable in his field.  He is honest, reliable and cares greatly about his customers.

These guys are just great.  Reasonable prices and willing to work around schedules.  They demo'd an existing bathroom and relocated all the plumbing to a new location.  Everything passed inspection!  We're going to call them again at some point soon to talk about a tankless water heater.  We are very happy!

It's possible they have decent service. I can't say for sure since ultimately I had to use a different service provider to get my needs met. But Yelp emailed me to ask what I thought of their services. I was needing an adjustment only for my shower water temperature. I explained the situation to the best of my ability. The short of that being: I know my mixer needs replacing but I can't afford it so an adjustment would have to do. I was quoted a repair/replacement estimate. The very thing I said I couldn't afford. I replied reiterating I don't want that, just an estimate for the temperature adjustment. I got no reply. By the replies I see given to some of the other unhappy customers, it's possible the implied tone wasn't appreciated. Frankly, I didn't appreciate my explanation being glossed over so let's call it even. Could have been 3 stars if I hadn't been given the silent treatment after having to repeat myself. All that said, it sure looks like they can likely make a lot of people happy if you pay attention to the surplus of positive reviews.

Kevin came to my house within 45 minutes to check my leaking water heater.  He was able to replace it the next morning.  Did a great job.  Cost was high but reasonable.  I trust this company.
