I have know Ed & Donna Atkins and their business for about 10 years.  They are the most technologically aware HVAC company in the region.

When I needed a new heat pump Comfort Master installed what was best for me.  We had a couple of other companies provide quotes but they did not pass the smell test.

When I needed new ducts in my attic Comfort Master gave us superior advice and service.

Nick did a great job. He did everything efficiently and was very nice. They warranty their labor which I like.

Kitchen sink backed up on New Year's day. They responded quickly on Yelp with an estimate and were out first thing the next morning. Worked quickly and got the drain cleared and leaking p-trap fixed. Will definitely call again if needed.

I recently hired Safi Electrician and Plumbing to troubleshoot an issue with my hard-wired dishwasher, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I contacted Jay at Fix IT Services for a sprinkler/pipe/water main issue. He called me back at the designated time, we discussed the issue and then he came to see the problem, estimate the repair costs. I had an emailed, written estimate within a few hours. I was able to review the estimate electronically. I accepted the bid, he scheduled the repair for the following day. Because he uses a specific software for his business, I had email confirmations of all of the processes.

He and his employee arrived 30 mins prior to the estimated start time snd immediately began working. The problem was located, he went to get parts/supplies and repaired the problem. Fortunately it was not as serious as originally thought to be. The job took longer than planned, therefore the price was a couple hundred dollars more than estimated.

Jay kept me apprised of the situation throughout the job. He and his employee cleaned up the area and left it nearly the same as it was. I received an email invoice, was able to pay online through the invoice snd received a final receipt for all services.

Jay's communications and customer service was excellent! I will likely use Fix IT Services in the future. Thank you!

Reliable, very fast service, and great price. I reached out to Mike for a dishwasher replacement and he showed up at my door 30 mins later. They very carefully removed my old dishwasher and triple checked that my new dishwasher was working perfectly before heading out. Will definitely call Ku Handyman Services again!

I contacted Eric at EB. He returned my call promptly and his pre-appt communication was great. Pre-work he explained the process and possible scenarios. Once he started, he was able to pinpoint source of leak quickly and even cut the cost because it was so quick. For the record, the leak was probably within 1 foot of where I was already digging but since the water went directly into a drain, I could not find it. Eric's  equipment was able to pinpoint it accurately. Previously I also had the water district come out. They had some basic leak detection equipment and also could not find it. He provided an estimate to get it fixed. Since area was accessible, I chose to fix it myself. But felt estimate was fair considering the scope of work. Once I started digging to fix it, the leak was exactly as Eric had estimated. In summary I would highly EB.

TJ installed a complete home central AC/heating unit for a great price, significantly lower than other quotes. That was a few years ago and it continues to work perfectly. Thank you TJ, I really appreciate it

Bonney is a scam artist company - they take advantage of the elderly and even have a past of doing it and being charged by the government for extortion.

Bonney charged me $350 for a fill valve, I felt ripped off, but left it be. They then added me to a membership I never asked to be added to, but allowed them to come service and tune up my new AC just because it'd make up for that $350 cost. The tech who came out was very nice, he said my bottom of my house ducts for their age look very good, and the ducts in my attic also look good, but two are bad and should be repaired or replaced. He'd call his boss to come look.

The boss came, he looked like some shady sales men. He did work got dirty by going under the house and came out I got bad news and then went in my attic More bad news.
Note: In my house only 1 room has bad air flow, the rest is GREAT. The bad air flow room was confirmed leaking in the attic by the first tech, and another company.

The sales guy then tried to tell me You should replace all your ducts, or at least your attic - and you should get a split system. I asked for quotes.
Quote 1: Replace all ducts: $17,680
Quote 2: Replace 6 ducts: $15,872
Quote 3: Split System (Add to any) $6,500

I told him no, I'm not doing that the issue is two ducts (See images, $52/duct) I called a second company - they said no duct work needs to be done outside those 2, and that to replace EVERY duct in my house would be $2500-$3500.
I showed my licensed neighbor these quotes and he laughed and said WILD he inspected my attic ducts and quoted me $100 for parts, $100 for his time and he will do the job.

The way Bonney has a membership no one signs up for shows how sketchy they really are. Its a way to invite them to your house to constantly lie about issues that are not issues. Their quoted prices every single time is unrealistically high.

Also, Bonney tried to tell me my brand new May 2023 electric water heater is bad and should be replaced for $4000 from them. (It was $1200 brand new, $1000 install/permits from home depot).

Avoid Bonney! They should be out of business, but a lot of older people fall for their nice charm from their sales and tech team. Just note - a repair is called a Sales lead to them.
