Best Home Building in Sacramento CA
Jason is very efficient, punctual, helpful and reliable. He showed up on time everyday. I called few contractors for quotes from Yelp but I must say that Jason is the best. He is good in what he does and I would highly recommend him to family, friends and everyone.
Thank you Jason!!

I had Joedy and Eric insulate one of the room wall at my house last Monday. I highly recommend JAZ Developments, most especially Joedy. First, he's very professional. He had a written estimate after few hours from speaking with him over the phone. Second, he made sure that he's on top of everything with his employee. Third, They were very fast, they finished the job in less than 8 hrs. And also made sure that it was done professionally. And lastly, they are friendly and clean (they made sure to clean the area before they left.)

Calling a plumber is no fun because it means you're in a tough spot (and I won't use the s-word because that's too easy). I have only had to call twice, but each time I have needed help, Ryan and his team member are able to come out fast. Ryan and his team are friendly, respectful, are on time, and they are awesome. He's honest and his pricing is great. After working with them twice now, I don't even google Placerville plumber anymore; these guys are my first call, and this is the first plumber I recommend to my friends.

Another quality job done. Our bathroom faucets were leaking on a Friday and they were able to fit me in on a Saturday during Memorial Day weekend. On top of that Taqee called and said he was running ahead of schedule and was available 2 hours earlier than expected. He went right to work when he got here replacing the leaking faucets with a set that I had purchased and wanted installed. He also took the time to check the water pressure to the house (no other plumber has ever done this before, why I don't know) and he showed me that our water pressure was 30 psi over the recommended setting. The regulator was original over 30 years old so we had that replaced while he was here too. We are thankful he took the time to check the water pressure and explain it all to us so we that we understood everything and after the repair were not in danger of our pipes bursting due to excessive water pressure. Whole project was done in 1.5 hours.

Scott installed a RO under-sink filter for us. He was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and fairly priced. I would highly recommend using Shields Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

David is awesome! Not only did he come out and give me a bid very quickly, but he worked with me on the price so that I could get the project done. Even though it was a relatively small project (basically tiling a corner shower stall), he treated it very importantly. He did a beautiful job, made some great suggestions for tiling, and was done within the timeframe he said (if not earlier).
I also appreciated that David treated me like an equal - I asked tons of questions and he was not condescending whatsoever. He spent 1.5 hours with me just giving me a bid! I can tell when someone is dismissing me, and David certainly did not.
I will use David for future projects, and highly recommend him.

This is not our first experience using Ace. We used them for a plumbing leak in the wall of our home about 2 years ago and some remedial plumbing work at our daughter's house back in September of 2018.
During this year's first Summer heat wave the HVAC at our daughter's house just was not keeping up, so, after one day noticing that an Ace truck in the next lane said that Ace also did HVAC (which I did not know) I called Ace and within a day or two Curtis came by and introduced himself.
It actually did not take very long for Curtis to figure out that the sub-floor HVAC system had been installed with an extremely undersized air return back in 2006 (40% of what was required for the size of the unit).
A bit of discussion and, despite a VERY small crawl space Curtis and I came up with a way to get a second return duct installed. The work was completed in a single day at about at about 15% of the cost of the other outfit that looked at the job had quoted.
When it was time to pay for that work I mentioned to Curtis that many of the HVAC ducts outlets in the system in our home were not putting out much air. Curtis said that the heat wave had Ace's crews swamped with urgent work. He asked that I call again after the weather cooled a bit.
I did. Curtis came out. Looked at the symptoms. Crawled around under the house and came out saying that the existing duct work, installed in about 1960, was quite leaky and that about one quarter of our heated and cooled air was going into the crawl space. So, after some consideration, my wife and I decided to have the existing duct work removed and replaced.
In the three weeks since the ducting was replaced, both my wife and I have noticed that our home heats faster, stays warm longer, and perhaps most importantly, that we notice far fewer drafts.
Objectively, our HVAC energy usage appears to have been reduced by roughly 30% (as reported by our utility companies). Hard to say for sure if that is entirely the result of the duct replacement, because the weather varies. Nonetheless.
Curtis has rather been the star of this review and certainly he deserves credit for being knowledgeable, timely, responsive, informative, and rather personable, but I do not want to neglect the guys, and it was all guys, who did the work. They all worked very hard (the ducting job was a 14 hour day), were quite professional, tidy (important to my wife), and informative. As well as friendly and polite.
Whenever we again need plumbing, heating, or air conditioning work done we will be using Ace again.

Our toilets were leaking and water was backing up into our showers. We first called Bonney and they said they were going to snake the line outside. They looked at it and said it was just an in not an in / out. They quoted $2700 to dig a new line. That price seemed steep so we called Jeff Boaze. They talked my husband through looking at the line over the phone, and turns out it did go in both directions. They came over to fix it right away, only charging $200. The people at Bonney were either incompetent or trying to rip us off.

Bell Bros was able to fit me in the same week I called for service! I even got called the day of the appt to see if the tech Chris B could come a little earlier! Chris B was very nice, respectful, and knowledgable. He explained everything and gave me options. He included my observations in the testings he performed. All pricing was in writing by the company- no behind the scene negotiating like some technicians from other businesses! He was able to repair my unit vs replacing. When I need a replacement (soon due to age of unit) I will stay with Bell Bros and let them continue to service my HVAC needs! They are professional, reliable, honest, and reasonable with their fees!

Our toilet was backed up, we tried to resolve it on our own and failed. I called the company, very responsive customer service. Eric the technician from the company took care of the problem. The technician was friendly and took time to explain the problem. The $ for fixing the problem was a bit expensive, but considering excellent customer service I would definitely recommend them.
