Best Electric Inspection in Sacramento CA

I needed to have the light switch on the wall for the lights in the master bathroom replaced. Tim responded promptly to my inquiry about this service advising he would be be able to replace the light switch. The service appt was scheduled for the next day. Tim arrived on time. He is polite, courteous, professional, and does a great job. He had the service completed in a short time and double checked to make sure everything was back in working order when the he turned the power back on.
It was a pleasure and a relief to have chosen him for this service. I will definitely call Tim again for any future home repair that may need to be done.

Our 20-year water heater finally went out, and Water Heaters Only came out the same day and replaced our broken water heater. John, the technician, was very friendly and explained the process of replacing our water heater. He cleaned up the space like he was never there. A local company worth considering if you need a new water heater.

Great service on installing a new garbage disposal for us.  Sent an email requesting a quote and got a phone call back less than an hour later to schedule the service the next day.  Mike came and brought along their recommended brand of disposal that was 10% cheaper than what I found online.  So far, it's working great.  No complaints here.

Pricing was a little higher than expected.  Service was quick and responsive to our changing needs.

We own an older home in Woodland and had Yolo Plumbing out to look at our dishwasher (water backing up; not up to code). Before anyone even came out the owner and office gal tried to help us troubleshoot over the phone. I was very impressed with their concern and professionalism towards us when we hadn't even met in person.  The only downside was waiting a week for the appointment but I imagine they schedule it that way in order to be able to serve customers with actual emergencies. I believe it was Jeremy that came out; he was friendly, professional, offered a lot of helpful but easy to understand information and discussed with us some of the plumbing issues that often arise in older homes like ours. There are probably cheaper plumbers out there but you get what you pay for and we will happily call Yolo Plumbing again if need be.

I called about my master bathroom drains backing up so I called and wanted to get a quick clean. The fella doing it took five minutes and told me all my plumbing needs to be replaced and quoted around $18,000. I then bought a snake from Home Depot and found that my drain was clogged with a bunch of stuff. He didn't take the time and listen to what I told him. 71$ out the door for nothing. I had to fix it myself.
