Van Allen is my go to plumber.  They were able to detect a very slow leak in a pipe in one of our bedroom walls.  Of course our pipes were not standard size.  They stopped the leak and ordered the correct pipe and fixed everything.  They were courteous, on time, and really kind.

John of Bertani can out to our home on a Saturday afternoon to provide us with expert advice on what should be done to correct an isssue with a shower stall that was leaking.  He was very clear as to how the problem would be correct and shared many tips as to how it could be done in an economical way and still maintaining a high level of quality. He listened to our issues and provide a well thought out solution. We would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a exceptional plumber

I am not mechanically inclined and had a kitchen faucet issue. I called and they offered advise on how I can do myself. I tried but no luck so I called back and he was here in 10 minutes. Not only was he professional and wearing a mask he was nice. . He assessed problem and realize he needed a tool from his van. He had it fixed pretty quickly and was fair in price. I will use them again if I have any future plumbing issues. Highly recommend

Today was my first time calling Trever & he was very nice & knowledgeable.  My mother is 90 years old & very hard of hearing, but Trever was very patient answering her questions. We had a leak & water was all over the garage. He quickly found the problem & was fixed! Trever also cleaned up the mess for us. My mother & I will be calling Trever next week to pickup & install a new water softener unit.  We highly recommend Trever!!  We have quite a few household repairs & we will be calling on Trever for the job.

Called John from a reference from our realtor and boy is he a number I will keep on hand.  We had some funny acting toilets and a slow draining shower.  He came as promised and even returned later in the day to continue the job with parts he had to pick up.  He also gave us GREAT advice for closing up our cabin for the winter to avoid frozen pipes and said if we needed anything, give him a call.  WOW, that is incredible service and ever so nice. I will definitely call on John again if needed.

I can't thank Tom from Savage and Son enough! He came today to fix a leaky shower caused by another plumbing company's mistake, and he was perfect. Professional, quick, expert, and very nice....fixed the leak quickly, took care to make sure the shower was (actually) better than he found it, and the price was more than fair. I also have to mention how amazing Kathleen is ... I spoke with her for quite some time, describing my problem and she listened to every word and determined which of their amazing employees would be best suited to my job. It was so above and beyond, I was amazed. She's a treasure also! This company has been around longer than any other in town, and for good reason. Don't bother with anyone else... this is who you call when you need any plumbing help!

Unfortunately I think something happened to David. I am devastated. The phone isn't working and website is down. David is WONDERFUL. Hired him to move plumbing in our bathroom. Did a fantastic job at a great price point. He's knowledgeable and takes his time to educate. He knows which things we should save $ on and which things we have to buy the top of the line.

Seriously, so impressed!  We noticed our floor was warm near the kitchen sink, and we don't have thermal floors to explain it away.  Our area was impacted by pipes below the foundation breaking down, and we knew from neighbors that we had a big problem on our hands.  Jason from Jet came out, walked through the house, made a plan, and scheduled us for as soon as he could.  While we were waiting, covid-19 made the closure of non-essential businesses necessary in addition to other social distancing measures.  This meant we had 7 people in our home (four children ages 2 - 8), a deadly pandemic disease, and a slab leak that required we turn our water off and on at the main.  (Jason estimates 2,000 gallons a day from the leak, not including normal usage!  )

We knew when the guys came out they would have to go through walls, but we never expected it to be as clean and precise as it was!  Skip and Albert were SO kind to our whole family while they were here (the two year old really wanted Skip to play Pumba with him! ), and they cleaned up EVERYTHING!  Even the drive way when they were done!!!!  What?!??  

For reference, our house is 2062 sqft, and we opted to have the house re-piped though walls instead of repairing the leak under the concrete slab.  The work took four days (Monday - Thursday), and we never went a night without water!  By Wednesday, all lines except cold to the kitchen sink and fridge were hooked up, so we didn't have to keep turning water off and on at the main!    

Just can't say enough good about Jet, Jason, Skip, and Albert.  We are SO grateful for you!!!  Thank

They need to develop patience and know-how to treat their customer.  Called to have my water heater replaced and I was told to get my permit, so I went ahead and got my permit, called them a couple of time and they said they were on the other line and will call back ..

2 days later I get a call from a lady named Julie and she yells at me for getting a permit - which her staff instructed me to do .. and has the balls to say if we are busy why don't you call someone else and have your water heater installed ...  I tried to explain to her that her staff asked me to get the permit and she says flat out says No we did not when she has a bunch of folks answering the calls.

I could care less about this poor business but to call and treat your customer like a criminal is absolutely appalling .. If something went wrong, I would have expected a conversation and not accusations ..

just sad and sorry for this business !!

Today I had Jesse, the plumbing expert, come out to our house in the East University neighborhood. In the past we've had the same recurring problems with tree roots in our backyard and our toilet had backed up into our bathtub, creating all sorts of problems. Jesse fixed our problem in a timely, responsible, and helpful manner. He explained and showed me the backup of roots we had in our sewer pipes via camera which gave me the proof to believe his honest claims. At the end of the visit, Jesse offered his expert opinion on how to circumvent future problems. He gave us some plumbing friendly toilet paper and an anti-tree root solution to use on our plumbing. Jesse was very helpful and easy to talk to during the job, he explained the problems in a way that anyone could understand. I would recommend Roto-Rooter Sparks  anytime for a helpful interaction and inspection.

We had a leak in the gas valve of our water heater. It's a holiday and I wasn't sure if I can get service right awa. I called Preferred Plumbing and they picked up my call at 8pm. The operator said I'll get a call back from dispatch and in 10 minutes I did. Jay was able to find me a technician who can come over. Michael did a great job fixing our gas leak. He explained to me what he was doing so I can learn about it. Preferred Plumbing saved the day!
