Best Bathtub Installation in Reno NV

Heard water rushing in my bathroom wall and saw some trickling out of my light fixture (never a good thing), so I immediately shut off the water and then contacted Van Allen Plumbing. They sent someone out first thing the next morning to find and repair the leak. Turns out a mouse had chewed into my hot water hose line!... Van Allen was fast, friendly, professional, and affordable. I'll definitely be calling them next time I have a plumbing issue.

Trevor was great.  Fair price, good work, and was able to deal with all the little hassles a 50+ year old house has.  Would definitely recommend and will hire again in the future

This was my first time connecting with a plumber via Yelp and I could not be more pleased!  Luke arrived a few minutes early, which I really like.  The work was done quickly and the result was a flawless repair.  I really appreciate owner run businesses, they take great pride in their work and go the extra mile.  Ohnstad Pluming is now my go to plumber.  Highly recommend you use him for your plumbing needs and, yes, the 530 area code is correct. :)

5 Star Plumbing hasn't completed my repair and I am already so impressed.  A few of the other companies could not get us till over a week.    It was an emergency water leak from inside the wall.    The water was leaking in the garage, bathroom, bedroom closet.   5 Star Plumbing made calls to move the schedule around to get one of their top guys to swing by home within the hour!

They responded to EVERY call quickly and effectively.  They arrived on time, communicated directly with my tenants and warranty company.   They are coming out tomorrow morning again to complete the repair.  (With this being a home warranty issue, they couldn't get approval to move forward during their first visit)

They updated me thoroughly with possible service needs to repair the leak. (They will not know what will be needed for sure, till they open the wall)   They said they will try their best to not have me needing to call on other service providers to repair the walls, cabinets, and/or carpet.  

They just seem to get it.   I know all will be taken care of perfectly.

I have used this company multiple times as a realtor especially when it comes to emergency issues and I have been pleasantly surprised at how prompt and affordable they are. Very quickly to respond and completely reliable I'm so grateful there are still businesses like this out there you can depend on!

They showed up when they said they would.  Workers are friendly and have awesome attitudes. Work is professional. We had an issue with a specialty part and they resolved it at no extra cost. Have used them 4 separate times and always a job well done.

We just purchased another home and within living there a week we couldn't get hot water. We did purchase a 1year warranty from Fidelity National. They sent out Friendly Plumbing, who came out immediately. I have to say Friendly Plumbing made the experience very easy! They called me before they came out, I had to take my youngest to school and left a note on the door for the technician to please wait. I was very pleased to see a parked van waiting for me as soon as I got back. The technician was very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable with parts he needed on hand! Within 15-20 minutes the repair was complete. I can't rate pricing because it was paid through our insurance but as for customer service, coming within a timely matter I give them 5stars!!!

I have to knock a star off Josh since I posted my original review. I still say he does excellent work, but we've had to find someone else because it's seemingly impossible to get him to come and do any more work for us. I hope it's just that he's super busy, and I definitely wish him well.

Eric and his helper did an great  job in installing our new jetted tub. They are professional, effective, and friendly. They came on time, brought the right parts needed for the work, and finished work within the estimated time and cost which is very reasonable.

It is tricky to hire a plumber to install a new tub and new plumbing fixtures because some plumbers don't have the experience. Before calling Johnson Plumbing, we had hired another plumbing company and found out that they don't know how to install a new tub nor new plumbing fixtures and charge unreasonable price. We are thrilled to find Eric from Johnson Pluming. He knows what he is doing. He came to the job site to do an thorough exam of the project and provide accurate estimate within a few days after my phone call, and then return to do the work within in two days. We have interviewed a number of plumbers and Eric is the best. We will hire him back again to do more plumbing work.

Never fails going into a holiday weekend and yup, the toilet starts leaking. then bam the other toilet doesnt stop running... of course with people coming over no one wants to have bathroom issues.  9 am and I start making calls. I called around to at least 10 places and everyone was booked out past the holiday and in some cases even further.

Just one more call to Roto-Rooter was all I needed. Much to my surprise the nice lady on the phone says she can get someone out to my place now. WHAT?!?! like now now???,, lol. Yup. I asked for 20 min for me to get home and not more than 30 seconds the driver pulls in behind me. Perfect timing!

Richard is quick, to the point, honest, friendly and very professional. Gave me a quote to repair both toilets (one worse than the other), and even better was that he had all the right parts in his truck to start the repair right away. I gave the thumbs up and there he was doing the plumbing thing. Even had me check the work (testing both toilets) to ensure I was satisfied.

Within 1.5 hours (less actually), he had both issues fixed. They take credit cards for payment (so convenient to be able to do this). Also, Richard mentioned the 1 yr warranty on the work, added comfort right there.

Been a while since I have any plumbing issues resolved so quickly and with a friendly attitude. I would definitely recommend them, and will call them back should I have any other issues in the future.

I had a serious leak in main water valve that controlled water into the house.  He is very busy but said the nature of the leak needs immediate attention and came out first thing in am. They were fast working and real pro's. This valve was changed two years ago by Ben Franklin Plumbing with a very inferior valve for about twice the price and twice t he time to fix. Thank you Joe for great service.
