Trevor is great. He shows up exactly on the dot and able to detect the problem and fixed it for us on the same day. Our dishwasher wasn't working and I had called several plumbers and appliances repair and non of them could come out right away. Trevor came and fixed it for us. I will definitely use Trevor in the future. We all need a dependable reliable handyman and I highly recommend Trevor.

I'm very glad that I went with Savage and Sons to install a new water heater and to fix a few leaks in my home. The reason I went with them was a direct result of a conversation I had with Kathleen when I called with questions.
She was friendly, and when I listed my issues and that I might need a new fixture for my tub, she said that I may only need a cartridge. I thought, now this is a company that I want to do business with.
Keith fixed my leaks, and installed my water heater. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. It's such a nice feeling to trust your plumber!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this company! So fast and helpful in the case of an emergency. Zach came right over when my basement was flooding and helped to get the water turned off, the pipe repaired and he even worked with my insurance agent to help get my claim questions answered. THANKS very much, I can't wait to refer your business to others!!

This was my first time connecting with a plumber via Yelp and I could not be more pleased! Luke arrived a few minutes early, which I really like. The work was done quickly and the result was a flawless repair. I really appreciate owner run businesses, they take great pride in their work and go the extra mile. Ohnstad Pluming is now my go to plumber. Highly recommend you use him for your plumbing needs and, yes, the 530 area code is correct. :)

John was great. Ultimately he did not provide any plumbing services for our house, but he did spend over 10 minutes with me on the phone talking through all the various potential issues and the various options I could choose. He even had a recommendation to do it myself if I didn't want to have to pay a plumber! Imagine that, an honest business man suggesting something that could take business from himself! He did recommend me to go with another plumbing company, which turned out to be a fantastic recommendation (see my other plumber reviews for details).
John also did offer for me to call him back if no one else could answer my call and fix my issue.
John is a true professional. Thank you very much!

My hot water heater was about done, so I called for an estimate and recommendation. Don and his son took a look at what I had and listened to what I wanted. The estimate was reasonable and they worked with me on the date to install. They arrived on time and did superb work! So impressed I contracted them to also replace a leaky kitchen faucet and fix the bathtub. Again, on time, on the mark for price, and great work.

Fernando, helped my client and I with a sewer inspection. Fernando was just great. He was a straight up guy, reasonable in price, and committed to serving the client! He got back to us quickly and stayed in communication throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend his services!

great friendly service, flexibility with setting up time to get the work done. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, did great work, does not try to sell unnecessary work, even showed me how to get my irrigation system working that I didn't know how to use since buying my home a year ago.

Jet Plumbing sent Aaron out to work on our pipes, he's a great plumber btw. We had a pipe break under the house and he did a great job fixing it. The repair went fine but as soon as the repair was made Aaron discovered a clog and called Larry to come snake the clog. Larry got to the house at the end of day and could not get the snake to reach the clog. Larry put the pipes back together and told us not to touch them, that they were barely holding together. He filled both sinks up with water and then started tugging at the pipes he just told us not to touch. The pipes came loose and flooded my kitchen floor. Larry started yelling at us to bring him a bucket. YELLING! My boyfriend and I are both disabled and we were having to run around trying to find a bucket because he wasn't prepared. Instead of getting a shop vacuum immediately Larry fixed the pipe. The water sat on the floor even after I voiced concerns to Larry about the possibility of my floor warping. He finally cleaned up the water but the damage was already done, my flooring started to swell. Larry filled up both sinks with water, again. He said there was a slow drip but he put a bucket under it and he'd be back in the morning. The bucket overflowed during the night because the slow drip turned into a constant flow. Larry didn't show up in the morning, we had to wait all day for him. He finally showed and brought a longer snake. It took him 5 times to unclog the clog and the entire time my floor was becoming wetter and wetter. Larry finally left and I was in tears. A simple unclogged drain turned into a nightmare. My boyfriend called Jet Plumbing to let them know about the damage and they sent a supervisor the next day.
The supervisor showed up and basically told us the damage couldn't have happened with a the little bit of water the plumber said he caused. We told the supervisor Larry released two full sinks onto the floor. He took pictures and left. When he came back he said It doesn't look good for you guys. We don't know if that damage was caused by us or not. Our guy said he didn't do what you said he did. Besides, that kind of damage is done by water being on the floor a very long time. I sent pictures to flooring experts and they say there is no way this happened by our guy. The owner says he'll talk to you but it doesn't look good for you. My j dropped!
No longer is the customer always right, now it's the customer is always trying to get a freebie. I just wanted my floor to look the same as before Larry got his hands on it.
The owner of Jet Plumbing came over. Luckily he approved the floor repair. Even he saw this was Larry's fault. Larry should have been a stand up guy right away! He should have admitted to dumping the sinks. He should have admitted to not bringing a bucket into the house BEFORE he pulled on the pipes. He should have NEVER screamed at us to get HIM a bucket while water was rushing all over the kitchen. And the supervisor should NOT come into a home and automatically think someone is out to rob the company. It's bad business!!
I'll never call Jet Plumbing again. Not because of the damage, stuff happens. And not because we don't like the previous work they did, Aaron is a great plumber. It's because of how they treated us. Thanks to this nightmare I will not only take photos before, during and after all future home repair jobs, I'll be hovering like a stalker and I'll video tape the entire process.
*In response to the owners comments below.... I am the owner of the property. I stand by everything I said in my yep review. The flooring in my house was brand new. No mold was found. This is just another example of bad business. Trying to find an ounce of fault to point towards the customer because you got an honest review that you didn't like. Bad business.

I just called this company after reading Yelp reviews to get a leak fixed regarding my shower/bathtub. I told Lindy or Mindy, the dispatcher (her name was said in haste) the leak is coming from the shower maybe behind the wall but i can't tell nor could i reach it. She stated well if you can't get to it how are they supposed to I said well i don't know, that's why i'm calling a plumber. I don't know what the problem is with it. I simply know there's a leak and i can explain how i know. I was shocked by her response as if though i was the one who didn't know what i was doing. Why do plumbing services exist? They don't even want to diagnose the problem? Like is there workload the great? I told the woman who answered the phone I guess I will try and call someone else to figure out why and how to fix the leak. . .The phone call was ended. I was shocked enough to write a yelp review which i never do. NEVER, but what's the point of their business? To only do the easy work a person could otherwise do on their own? I'm not even that sure WHERE it's coming from or if its an easy or tough fix or what i should do to not make it leak. . .and i won't know until someone, a pro comes and tells me! like REALLY?
Update: 5:12pm SAME DAY: So after i hung up with Rotor-Rooter I called another local company called Jet Plumbing Heating & Drain Services. The dispatcher (who i later found out to be in training from the gentleman who fixed my leaky shower) (it was actually the bath tub)) asked me the issues and I basically said the same thing and she stated she would have someone out there the next day from 2-4pm. I agreed. The dispatcher called me back and said they have a guy who can go today if i would like? I said for sure, when i got home from work at about 4pm my leaky bath tub spicket was fixed and the tech was explaining everything throughly. I am so glad Rotor Rooters customers service was so bad, because had it not been i would definetly have paid more and waited longer. For less than $200.00 and 2 hours my whole issue was fixed and house is ready for appraisal tomorrow!

They came out to my house for a Fidelity Warranty claim. Fantastic work by their employee Carlos, who not only fixed the issues that we knew about also found a couple of other things that were wrong and it was all covered under the home warranty. Julie, their dispatcher, communicated well during the lead up to the appointment, and she went to bat with the warranty company to make sure that everything got covered. Great job all the way around!!
