Trevor is great. He shows up exactly on the dot and able to detect the problem and fixed it for us on the same day. Our dishwasher wasn't working and I had called several plumbers and appliances repair and non of them could come out right away. Trevor came and fixed it for us. I will definitely use Trevor in the future. We all need a dependable reliable handyman and I highly recommend Trevor.

I was very disappointed with my last two interactions with this company. The plumber came out to fix my toilet, which was flushing but I had to hold it down for a few seconds to get it to completely flush, and he said he ' shortened the chain' and was out in ten minutes. The next time I went in to flush the toilet it worked but wouldn't stop running. I called them back and two days later they sent out the same plumber. He claimed no responsibility for the running toilet; he said it was because it was an old toilet and all the parts had to be replaced. He spent the next hour replacing all the parts in the toilet and handed me a huge bill. Two hours later the toilet wasn't running; it wouldn't even flush! When I called back the next morning I was transferred to a service manager who refused to listen to my complaints and said it was not the fault of Savage and Sons or the plumber who came out (twice).
I wanted to share this experience with others because I would not call them again nor could I ever recommend them to anyone.

great friendly service, flexibility with setting up time to get the work done. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, did great work, does not try to sell unnecessary work, even showed me how to get my irrigation system working that I didn't know how to use since buying my home a year ago.

Jay gave me a consult over the phone and had me send in some pictures. He was very helpful and honest even though the job was out of the scope of his work (we probably need our pipes replaced).  I appreciated that he was willing to answer my questions and give me direction. This is clearly an honest and knowledgeable tradesman and I would recommend him.

I was so impressed by my interaction with Brian from All Good Plumbing! Brian is extremely professional, and is friendly, communicative, punctual and did an amazing job fixing my sink, toilet and bathtub in less than twenty minutes! I can say that outstanding service was provided at my home.  Brian  called prior to arrival and gave me a window of time of when he would arrive. He was ready to help me with all of my issues and explained how to fix the various plumbing issues in an affordable way.  I am so impressed with All Good Plumbing and I will refer them to many friends around the area.

JM Plumbing / John Mullin is a fantastic plumbing contractor. If you want someone who is smart, professional, resourceful, neat, honest and nice to work with, John is your man. He has been our go-to plumbing expert and has found a way to fix plumbing problems that others simply could not figure out. I have high expectations and John exceeds them every time.

My toilet was leaking from the bottom. I called Preferred Plumbing and Tony # 74 came to my house promptly. Tony was very polite and courteous from the minute I opened the door. He was very knowledgeable and explained what the issue was and what needed to be fixed and replaced. Tony # 74 gave me an accurate estimate which I agreed to. He quickly fixed the problem and my toilet was in good working condition again. Tony had great customer service skills and I would definetely recommend Tony # 74 if you are in need of a plumber. He is both extremely knowledgeable and courteous.

We had a leak under our kitchen sink. It turned out that the pipe connecting our garbage disposal was leaking. Jerry the technician tightened everything and all is working and no more leaks. His customer service was top notch. I will definitely call on him again if I need any plumbing work.

Luke installed an on demand water heater in place of our munchkin boiler (for indirect water tank and base boards), which ran on propane.  Clean installation! I am very happy with how the new system is working.  I would definitely recommend Luke if you are considering a similar upgrade for heating.

I tried to replace our bi-fold pantry doors and totally screwed it up. Called Steven, he came right on time and fixed my doors. He's very professional and will definitely call him again when needed.

I scheduled an appointment for Jack to install a thermostatic mixing valve to squeeze more hot water out of our water heater that was too small to properly fill our garden tub that my wife uses religiously.  I had done my research and was very specific about what we wanted.  Jack showed up within the two hour window as promised and realized shortly after that although he had the mixing valve he did not have some of the more standard parts to make the connection to the water heater.  He left to pick up parts for about 45 minutes, returned and did excellent work installing it; he is a real craftsman with copper. He spent about 2 hours and 15 minutes installing it which was reasonable seeing the work he had to do.  I was also BS'ing with him the entire time which didn't help him get done any sooner.  In the end I was charged parts and 3 hours labor which included his trip to the parts store which is the only thing I had ANY heartburn about. In my opinion, if his truck wasn't stocked with what he needed for the day it really shouldn't have been on my dime. I'm a surveyor by trade and if I send a crew to a job site and they don't have enough materials to get the job done I can't charge them to go back to the shop and pick them up. I might feel differently if he had come across something unexpected or I hadn't been specific on what we were looking to accomplish.

In the end he was a great guy, very professional and did excellent work.  He will  be the guy I call when I need a plumber again.

Rich is amazing. He responded to my service request within minutes and dealt with our emergency fast and efficiently. Not only that, but they offered to go through our entire house to assess all the plumbing, made several fixes they found along the way and outstanding recommendations. Very reasonably priced, and extremely knowledgeable.  I highly recommend Jolly Rooter for their professionalism, thoroughness and incredible pricing.

They cleaned everything as they went through our home, leaving nothing out of place, and we now have someone we can always count on for all our plumbing needs. Thank you!

Do not use this service, he's dishonest and ripped us off for $750 and did no work. I tried to talk to him and he hung up on me and refused to answer when i called back. I've reported him for doing business with no city business licenses and now will take him to court and get our money back. Also just found out he doesn't  even know how to do the job yet he took our money knowing that. No wonder he requires 75% up front. He's a thief.

He also bid $1,000 to install a kitchen water filter system and a gate. We knew that was outrageous and hired someone else to do both items for a total of $300 and that person did an excellent job. Here's the breakdown just to give you an idea how badly this guy will gouge you with pricing.

Gate - $187.50

Save yourself and avoid this guy, not to mention he admitted showing up at our house with covid and didn't tell us until it was too late. My husband and I are still trying to get through it, I ended up with covid pneumonia.
