It was great,  They were on time, the price was exaclty what he quoted.  Like with every job its not always as stright forward but they had the experpice to fix the issue and in less time than they estimated.  They even offered to help me move a few large appliances which was not apart of the bid.

There is a reason that these folks are in business for their second century!!   Their staff provided spot-on recommendations for a failed in-house pumping system, following up with a budget and schedule for implementation.  Great communications (phone and email), providing the services as contracted for.  Appreciate the professionalism and skill level provided by both Project Manager Josh and Plumber Chris.

What a great, family-owned business! They were so accommodating, providing me with an exact appointment time (and being on time) vs. another plumber who gave me a 4-hour arrival window. Barb is an excellent communicator both via messaging, and with an update call telling me that David was on his way and his expected arrival time. David arrived on time and called from the driveway to let me know. He put on floor-protecting booties. He was polite, respectful, a dog-lover and a very skilled plumber! He got the two jobs done, perfectly, in 45 min. at a very reasonable price. David said that they guarantee their work for a year. I could not have had a better plumber experience, and I'm so happy we found Barb and David at 5-Star!

It has been a rough week.  Then today I hear the water heater in the garage dripping... I check it out and about 20 sq ft of my garage is wet.  I call Jay at 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon, and I have a brand spanking new water heater installed by 6pm.  I can't say enough nice things about this guy.  Professional, efficient, and clearly hardworking considering he came to fix it late on a Saturday!

My well house flooded and Daniel was at my house in under 20 minutes, ready and willing to complete the required repairs immediately.  He was very friendly and knowledgeable.  He was finished in under an hour and now I can take a shower.  Definitely the first place I will call next time I have any issues with my well

Great service from All Good Plumbing and Drains. I had an issue trying to install a new kitchen faucet and then also discovered a leak at the garbage disposal. I called Brian on a Sunday and he arrived a few hours after the call. He resolved our issues and was also thorough in describing everything that he was doing. Very thankful for Brians quick service and fair pricing as well. Please keep up the good work!

JM Plumbing / John Mullin is a fantastic plumbing contractor. If you want someone who is smart, professional, resourceful, neat, honest and nice to work with, John is your man. He has been our go-to plumbing expert and has found a way to fix plumbing problems that others simply could not figure out. I have high expectations and John exceeds them every time.

I called last night to get an appointment and they came this morning. Great service that was quick and they explained everything they were doing. I would call them again with future plumbing issues. I think it's always great to have a local company and I'm glad I found them.

You truly can't ask for better service. Not only are they incredibly responsive, but so good at what they do! We had some shotty gas lines hooked up to a fire pit done by the previous owners of our house and Jerry was able to come out, assess the situation, give us his professional opinion, and fix our issue same day. All for a very reasonable cost. He was efficient and friendly. We have found our plumber for as long as the company is in business! Thank you Jerry!

We had them out to give us an estimate on getting a part added to our tankless water heater so we could get hot water to the back of the house without waiting forever.  The guy came out and gave us an estimate of the cost $400.  He then sent out his plumber to do the work and he told us he need another part and would have to come back.  I messaged the guy and he told us he would of course stand by his original price.  When the plumber returned he insisted on another $50.  We told him what his guy said and he said he would call him but we needed to pay.  So we did thinking we could resolve this with his guy.  Well, he never bothered to call so I texted him and he said he conveniently didn't remember telling us any of that, when most of it was in the text.  So just beware, GET IT IN WRITING FIRST!!  Lesson learned but not very honorable on their part.

Steven came by today to install a new ceiling fan. Got the job done at an extremely competitive price; it was hard to say no. Will be rehiring for another job for light fixtures! He was in and out in no time.

Very prompt, knowledgeable, and personable!  A very genuine and kind person who knows what he is doing. I am so grateful we called Jack to install the gas shutoff valve for our laundry room.  He is reasonably priced and really understands plumbing. A really good guy!!  Call Jack. You won't be disappointed!

Great service.  I could not say one complaint.  Rich got me in his schedule very quickly and was on time.  He was very knowledgeable and helpful.  I feel more knowledgeable about the plumbing in my house after he left.  He listened to my concerns and helped answer all of my questions.  He went above and beyond what was expected.  He also like dogs!

Do not use this service, he's dishonest and ripped us off for $750 and did no work. I tried to talk to him and he hung up on me and refused to answer when i called back. I've reported him for doing business with no city business licenses and now will take him to court and get our money back. Also just found out he doesn't  even know how to do the job yet he took our money knowing that. No wonder he requires 75% up front. He's a thief.

He also bid $1,000 to install a kitchen water filter system and a gate. We knew that was outrageous and hired someone else to do both items for a total of $300 and that person did an excellent job. Here's the breakdown just to give you an idea how badly this guy will gouge you with pricing.

Gate - $187.50

Save yourself and avoid this guy, not to mention he admitted showing up at our house with covid and didn't tell us until it was too late. My husband and I are still trying to get through it, I ended up with covid pneumonia.
