Van Allen plumbing does a wonderful job. They get the job done right, and actually caught contractors mistakes! I have now had them do three jobs. When I need a plumber for other stuff I will be calling them.

John of Bertani can out to our home on a Saturday afternoon to provide us with expert advice on what should be done to correct an isssue with a shower stall that was leaking.  He was very clear as to how the problem would be correct and shared many tips as to how it could be done in an economical way and still maintaining a high level of quality. He listened to our issues and provide a well thought out solution. We would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a exceptional plumber

I use Squire Enterprises for my home and business.  They always take care of business.  The owner Warren is very knowledgeable about his industry.  Great local company!

I hate to leave any small business a bad review being a small business owner myself, but this was ABSOLUTELY ridiculous!!   The only reason I'm not giving him 1 star is because Trevor had done work for me before.  

I messaged him a week ago to return to my Uncles house to repair a leaky faucet in the kitchen and haul away some items.  He had done work in the past with no problems.  

Yesterday, on the day he was to do the work, he flaked, no call, no vm, text or anything.  He finally texted me back several hours later to let me know he was on the way home from a trip out of town and couldn't make it.  What?!?   Wow.  I cut him some
slack on his unprofessionalism only because of the positive history before.  We agreed to a reschedule today @ 9:30a.  Again, he flaked, 0 communication after 2 texts.    I immediately hired someone else from Yelp who promised NOT to flake.  I texted him one last time to let him know not to bother coming (if he was even going to).  No apology, explanation, or response from him.   Not cool .... not cool at all.

The  3 P's.....personable, prompt and professional! I highly recommend Al for all your plumbing needs!

This was my first time connecting with a plumber via Yelp and I could not be more pleased!  Luke arrived a few minutes early, which I really like.  The work was done quickly and the result was a flawless repair.  I really appreciate owner run businesses, they take great pride in their work and go the extra mile.  Ohnstad Pluming is now my go to plumber.  Highly recommend you use him for your plumbing needs and, yes, the 530 area code is correct. :)

If I could give 6 stars I would.  I came home from work on a Saturday and found water marshed in my carpet.  My husband was in China and I had an infant.  After having 2 other plumbing co's fall out on me, I called Savage's and like the rest the lady said they'd get back to me in a few moments.  

Which they actually did.  Mike called on the phone and walked me through a home fix  so he might not have to come out at 6PM on a Saturday (which I appreciated coz I'm a do-it-yourselfer) but yet still said he'd come by in the end because it seemed more complicated.  

Which he did.  Mike located the problem (furnace, after all).  I didn't have to have my hot water off from Saturday night to Monday because they gave us very good service.  I suggest these guys for sure.

I was stressed out because We live in Vegas and my son lives in Reno. I was worried about plumbing prices. I started searching on Yelp and I called around until I found 5 Star Plumbing Services. I was impressed by the person who answered the phone Barbara was very nice, polite, and sweet. She really cared about her customer's problems. I told her about our plumbing problem and she said they will help me the next day Barb mentioned David will be there at 9 am. He showed up and fixed the problem professionally. Called Don on a Tuesday afternoon to ask about a hot water recirculating system. He asked a couple questions, quoted a price and said he could do the job the next day at 3. He showed up right at 3 and went to work. He explained the process to me as he worked and was done in an hour. The bill was the price quoted. Extremely pleased. Highly recommended.

I have used this company multiple times as a realtor especially when it comes to emergency issues and I have been pleasantly surprised at how prompt and affordable they are. Very quickly to respond and completely reliable I'm so grateful there are still businesses like this out there you can depend on!

We highly recommend this service.
We had a problem with water pressure in our shower that took a few trips to determine the root cause. The company did not charge us for the extra service calls.
The plumber tried to work with us each time he came out to try the easiest and least expensive solutions to our problem. On the first trip he tried replacing a cartridge in the mixing valve and on the second trip he tried adjusting the pressure to the house. On the third trip, it turned out that the problem was in the garage under the water heater. A plumbing part needed to be replaced. Voila! Problem solved! We paid a reasonable price for the replacement part.
The plumber was a really nice guy. Each time we called, he came to our house within 1 day.

I have had issues with my main line for the past several years and gave RotoRooter a call and Roman was my tech. I could not have asked for a better person to come to my house and explain the issues to me along with the camera use. I will be replacing my main line as soon as I can and will have RotoRooter come back to do the job. These folks are very good in there field and want to thank again Roman my tech that took the time to help me out. Thank you Pete

I called last night to get an appointment and they came this morning. Great service that was quick and they explained everything they were doing. I would call them again with future plumbing issues. I think it's always great to have a local company and I'm glad I found them.

They need to develop patience and know-how to treat their customer.  Called to have my water heater replaced and I was told to get my permit, so I went ahead and got my permit, called them a couple of time and they said they were on the other line and will call back ..

2 days later I get a call from a lady named Julie and she yells at me for getting a permit - which her staff instructed me to do .. and has the balls to say if we are busy why don't you call someone else and have your water heater installed ...  I tried to explain to her that her staff asked me to get the permit and she says flat out says No we did not when she has a bunch of folks answering the calls.

I could care less about this poor business but to call and treat your customer like a criminal is absolutely appalling .. If something went wrong, I would have expected a conversation and not accusations ..

just sad and sorry for this business !!
