Best Toilet Installation in Reno NV
Van Allen Plumbing has GREAT service! Friendly staff on the phone. They had an opening for a service call within 48 hours. Martin called to let me know he was on his way and did a great job fixing my leaking garbage disposal. He even took the time to explain what the problem was and how I could fix it myself if it happened again in the future. He also adjusted the shower valve and really wanted to make sure that I approved the new water temp. He was patient and very professional. Price for 1 hour was $120.00 which seemed fair. I will call Van Alllen Plumbing again for sure.

John of Bertani can out to our home on a Saturday afternoon to provide us with expert advice on what should be done to correct an isssue with a shower stall that was leaking. He was very clear as to how the problem would be correct and shared many tips as to how it could be done in an economical way and still maintaining a high level of quality. He listened to our issues and provide a well thought out solution. We would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a exceptional plumber

Had Trevor do some plumbing work at my home in Folsom. Cannot say enough good things about the work. He took the time to get the job done right and would not leave until the work was completed correctly and to my satisfaction.
I will be using his services again in the future.

This was my first time connecting with a plumber via Yelp and I could not be more pleased! Luke arrived a few minutes early, which I really like. The work was done quickly and the result was a flawless repair. I really appreciate owner run businesses, they take great pride in their work and go the extra mile. Ohnstad Pluming is now my go to plumber. Highly recommend you use him for your plumbing needs and, yes, the 530 area code is correct. :)

My 93 year old mother had a plumbing problem and called me, her daughter in Sacramento, at 7:30am. At 8:30am Dave came over to my mom's the same day, and fixed the issue. I cannot say enough nice things about this plumbing company. Friendly, courteous, and efficient. This is customer service at it's best!

Jet Plumbing sent Aaron out to work on our pipes, he's a great plumber btw. We had a pipe break under the house and he did a great job fixing it. The repair went fine but as soon as the repair was made Aaron discovered a clog and called Larry to come snake the clog. Larry got to the house at the end of day and could not get the snake to reach the clog. Larry put the pipes back together and told us not to touch them, that they were barely holding together. He filled both sinks up with water and then started tugging at the pipes he just told us not to touch. The pipes came loose and flooded my kitchen floor. Larry started yelling at us to bring him a bucket. YELLING! My boyfriend and I are both disabled and we were having to run around trying to find a bucket because he wasn't prepared. Instead of getting a shop vacuum immediately Larry fixed the pipe. The water sat on the floor even after I voiced concerns to Larry about the possibility of my floor warping. He finally cleaned up the water but the damage was already done, my flooring started to swell. Larry filled up both sinks with water, again. He said there was a slow drip but he put a bucket under it and he'd be back in the morning. The bucket overflowed during the night because the slow drip turned into a constant flow. Larry didn't show up in the morning, we had to wait all day for him. He finally showed and brought a longer snake. It took him 5 times to unclog the clog and the entire time my floor was becoming wetter and wetter. Larry finally left and I was in tears. A simple unclogged drain turned into a nightmare. My boyfriend called Jet Plumbing to let them know about the damage and they sent a supervisor the next day.
The supervisor showed up and basically told us the damage couldn't have happened with a the little bit of water the plumber said he caused. We told the supervisor Larry released two full sinks onto the floor. He took pictures and left. When he came back he said It doesn't look good for you guys. We don't know if that damage was caused by us or not. Our guy said he didn't do what you said he did. Besides, that kind of damage is done by water being on the floor a very long time. I sent pictures to flooring experts and they say there is no way this happened by our guy. The owner says he'll talk to you but it doesn't look good for you. My j dropped!
No longer is the customer always right, now it's the customer is always trying to get a freebie. I just wanted my floor to look the same as before Larry got his hands on it.
The owner of Jet Plumbing came over. Luckily he approved the floor repair. Even he saw this was Larry's fault. Larry should have been a stand up guy right away! He should have admitted to dumping the sinks. He should have admitted to not bringing a bucket into the house BEFORE he pulled on the pipes. He should have NEVER screamed at us to get HIM a bucket while water was rushing all over the kitchen. And the supervisor should NOT come into a home and automatically think someone is out to rob the company. It's bad business!!
I'll never call Jet Plumbing again. Not because of the damage, stuff happens. And not because we don't like the previous work they did, Aaron is a great plumber. It's because of how they treated us. Thanks to this nightmare I will not only take photos before, during and after all future home repair jobs, I'll be hovering like a stalker and I'll video tape the entire process.
*In response to the owners comments below.... I am the owner of the property. I stand by everything I said in my yep review. The flooring in my house was brand new. No mold was found. This is just another example of bad business. Trying to find an ounce of fault to point towards the customer because you got an honest review that you didn't like. Bad business.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this company! So fast and helpful in the case of an emergency. Zach came right over when my basement was flooding and helped to get the water turned off, the pipe repaired and he even worked with my insurance agent to help get my claim questions answered. THANKS very much, I can't wait to refer your business to others!!

I have used this company multiple times as a realtor especially when it comes to emergency issues and I have been pleasantly surprised at how prompt and affordable they are. Very quickly to respond and completely reliable I'm so grateful there are still businesses like this out there you can depend on!

Amazing! We called Preferred third, and I wish they had been first. Raymond came out, late because another company had bailed on us and the second wanted to price-gouge. Raymond resolved our issue, was courteous and professional, and didn't charge an arm and a leg, even though it was 9 pm or so. Highly recommend this company.

Never really got a chance to experience the actual plumbing work... as I had to engage with a really rude and short receptionist, for nearly a MONTH while she worked with American Home Shield to replace my water heater (which also feeds my heater). She blamed them, they blamed her - and in the end, after ONE MONTH of no hot water or heat, my cost of replacement went from $275 (covered by insurance) to $3,600. Thanks J****. Your lack of communication and rudeness over the phone is inexcusable in a business like this, and it is not surprising that the insurance company cut you off from the job. Good luck - you are going to need it.

Had a new garbage disposal to install...CNC was recommended by another business in Fernley that has excellent service. So I tried calling CNC 3 or 4 times with no answer, so I left 2 messages at 2 different numbers and no return call after 24 hours. Guess they make more money than they need.
Had to call a company out of Sparks to come do the work!

The plumber that was sent out was friendly and knowledgeable. We had a toilet that needed to get swapped and some advice needed on other issues in the house we bought in Incline Village, NV. It didn't take very long for them to finish and didn't rush out to another job. The technician spent the time to make sure I understood everything.
The 'no dogs' issue mentioned in other reviews was the case with us...but I don't take offense like other reviewers. It's not that hard to isolate your dog from people doing work in the house. It's called professional respect. BTW you other reviewers, did you realize that a Postal Worker is not allowed any where near a dog? There's a reason for that. Enough Said.
All in all they did a very good job, this was the second time I had them out for different issues. My only criticism is that they are a bit pricey. We are architects and their prices are on the high side. That could be attributed to the fact they came out on a Saturday. But they came out on a Saturday!
