This company was awesome! We called them to fix our sink at work. They were fast and completely fixed it. They only charged us the minimum which was $35 less than the 4 other companies I called. Then when I said I had a sink problem at home they could help with, they asked me to explain it, and told me it would be better and way cheaper to do it myself, so he showed me exactly what tool to get. Very high quality. 10/10 would recommend. :)

John of Bertani can out to our home on a Saturday afternoon to provide us with expert advice on what should be done to correct an isssue with a shower stall that was leaking.  He was very clear as to how the problem would be correct and shared many tips as to how it could be done in an economical way and still maintaining a high level of quality. Make sure you get everything in writing! I had a plumbing leak and was under quoted by almost $1,000.00! Then they left a portion unfinished and I received an additional bill for $250 to finish the job that should have been included in the first $4,300.00.

They did finish the job, but terrible communication between the manager and his workers and I would not use them again. I suggest getting quotes from other companies because I felt I was significantly over charged!

Trevor came out and installed a Tesla EV charger in my garage. Very responsive and arrived on time and completed the job in the time allotted. I did have an issue with the charger after the install and I messaged Trevor. He came out quickly and serviced the installation and it works perfectly now. Thank you Trevor!

This was my first time connecting with a plumber via Yelp and I could not be more pleased!  Luke arrived a few minutes early, which I really like.  The work was done quickly and the result was a flawless repair.  I really appreciate owner run businesses, they take great pride in their work and go the extra mile.  Ohnstad Pluming is now my go to plumber.  Highly recommend you use him for your plumbing needs and, yes, the 530 area code is correct. :)

I had some bad l luck with a couple of plumbers so, I was looking for somebody new to unclog my bath tub. I saw the excellent Reviews 5Star Plumbing received so, I decided to give them a try. That was my lucky day! Dave called to find out whether he could come a little earlier than scheduled and that was great. He found that my two bathrooms, divided by a wall, had tubs back-to-back and drained into the same pipe so, dirty water backed up into BOTH tubs... He wasted no time to unclog that pipe and cleaned up after himself - which was totally unexpected. He also, gave me a Senior discount without me asking for it!
I will never call another plumber - he is awesome!

We have used Jet Plumbing, Heating & Drain to handle a number of plumbing issues over the year (installing new fixtures, dealing with clogged drains, etc) and we recently tried out their heating and cooling folks when we arrived home from vacation to find our air conditioner not functioning properly.  We called Jet and they were able to send someone out within a few hours and the repair person immediately found the problem  and fixed it. Things have been working great ever since then. In the future I'll be turning to Jet for all my heating and cooling repair and service needs. I highly recommend them!

I had Gibson Plumbing & Mechanical come out to fix my AC. They told me originally a nozzle needed replaced and system charged. After completing work they said the compressor was not working. They told me that my system was phased out and I needed to upgrade to a new system to include a coil change. They charged me $250 for them coming out. They then quoted me $4250.00 to fix the AC correctly. I contacted a different company, who got on phone immediately order a new compressed in the system that was suppose to be phased out. The new company is charging be $2600 to get my AC back on. Way to take advantage of people when its a 100 degrees this week. They should be ashamed of themselves. BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!!

great friendly service, flexibility with setting up time to get the work done. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, did great work, does not try to sell unnecessary work, even showed me how to get my irrigation system working that I didn't know how to use since buying my home a year ago.

I had a water leak under the house & could not get anyone out the same day.  I called Friendly & someone was here within 20 minutes.  The work was done within 1/2 hour to 30 minutes.  Very reasonable.  They are coming out today to put in a swamp cooler & I only called them 2 days ago.

Had a new garbage disposal to install...CNC was recommended by another business in Fernley that has excellent service. So I tried calling CNC 3 or 4 times with no answer, so I left 2 messages at 2 different numbers and no return call after 24 hours. Guess they make more money than they need.

Had to call a company out of Sparks to come do the work!

Josh was a lifesaver for me. Returned my calls quickly and came out to see me at last minute and saved me $2000 for my water heater. I would definitely recommend him for any services needed. He's very helpful. Thanks again Josh!

Update: two weeks after my call with the owner a full refund was issued out of the blue. So I commend the company for that. Thank you.
