Jet sent Caleb out to unclog my kitchen  drain that was still clogged despite  me cleaning  the trap and not having  the proper auger to get far into the pipes in the wall and under the house. He was  thorough,  efficient and provided education on these issues. Overall,  I was impressed  with them, when no other company could make it out.

We put in new kitchen countertops and need all new plumbing under the sink.  Don installed the faucets, disposal, Dishwasher hookups and all the associated plumbing and hookups perfectly and quickly.  The cost was very fair and reasonable.   Don Helwig Plumbing is now my go to plumber for anything plumbing related.

I have used this company multiple times as a realtor especially when it comes to emergency issues and I have been pleasantly surprised at how prompt and affordable they are. Very quickly to respond and completely reliable I'm so grateful there are still businesses like this out there you can depend on!

This was my first time using Preferred Plumbing & Drain for my plumbing needs. Overall I was very pleased with the work their technician George had done. I had a 1st generation tankless water heater that was no longer supplying hot water to my home. I decided to replace the outdated tankless water heater with a standard water heater. George the technician arrived and assessed the job prior to starting and had indicated that the water heaters could be changed out. The pricing was affordable and the fact that service was rendered the same day was great!

They need to develop patience and know-how to treat their customer.  Called to have my water heater replaced and I was told to get my permit, so I went ahead and got my permit, called them a couple of time and they said they were on the other line and will call back ..

2 days later I get a call from a lady named Julie and she yells at me for getting a permit - which her staff instructed me to do .. and has the balls to say if we are busy why don't you call someone else and have your water heater installed ...  I tried to explain to her that her staff asked me to get the permit and she says flat out says No we did not when she has a bunch of folks answering the calls.

I could care less about this poor business but to call and treat your customer like a criminal is absolutely appalling .. If something went wrong, I would have expected a conversation and not accusations ..

Had a new garbage disposal to install...CNC was recommended by another business in Fernley that has excellent service. So I tried calling CNC 3 or 4 times with no answer, so I left 2 messages at 2 different numbers and no return call after 24 hours. Guess they make more money than they need.

Had to call a company out of Sparks to come do the work!

Josh made time in his schedule to service our hydronic heating system and solved a water hammering issue. He did a complete service on the heating system and explained all the system components in plain English. Josh was very conscience of COVID practices and wore all the proper PPE, our transaction was handled in a non contact manner. His prices were extremely reasonable and he is a pleasure to work with.

Do not hire this company.
