Over several years the company has done a variety of plumbing jobs for me, ranging from simple toilet issues and leaking spigots to more complex repair of shower leaks, installation of redirection of new tubing, and installation of new fixtures, and installation of a new water filter system under my kitchen sink that was far superior to the old one. I had one emergency on a Sunday evening, a clogged kitchen sink and disposal.  In every instance, whether a scheduled appointment or an emergency, Savage has been an excellent company to work with - competent, professional, and courteous, and pleasant. Dave, the supervisor, has been very helpful, when I was selecting new fixtures and a new valve for my master bath shower. Similarly, Kathleen, who handles scheduling, has been very attentive to my needs, listens carefully, and tries to get the best technician for my particular problem. Tom and Mel are two technicians whom I can recommend without reservation. In short, I trust this company and its technicians to know what they are doing, to be totally honest with me about my legitimate plumbing needs, and to make excellent referrals to companies that provide associated services that fall outside the plumbing arena.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this company!  So fast and helpful in the case of an emergency.  Zach came right over when my basement was flooding and helped to get the water turned off, the pipe repaired and he even worked with my insurance agent to help get my claim questions answered.  THANKS very  much, I can't wait to refer your business to others!!

John of Bertani can out to our home on a Saturday afternoon to provide us with expert advice on what should be done to correct an isssue with a shower stall that was leaking.  He was very clear as to how the problem would be correct and shared many tips as to how it could be done in an economical way and still maintaining a high level of quality. I have been using Friendly Plumbing for years.  Whether it was for a clogged drain, replacing faucets, or fixing a toilet, I have never been disappointed. Their prices have always been fair, and Marge is great at getting a plumber out pretty quickly.  Once I had my issue resolved within 1 hour of making the call!

Could not get Josh to call or text me back after initial phone call when he said he would let me know later that morning when he could get to us - initial call was last week. Sent several text messages after that time but no response.

Our 2 year old water heater was showing signs of age and I did not want to go through the problem of having in fail or start leaking and have to find a replacement in an urgent situation.  I contacted Johnson Plumbing on the the recommendation of a friend and received a quick estimate and scheduled the replacement.  Within a few days Ken and his son were here and installed our new water heater.  We couldn't be more pleased.  They were prompt, courteous and fair priced.

I want to thank Erin and the guys at Hoffman plumbing for a job well done. We had a shower drain blockage which started to turn into an upstairs nightmare. They got out literally within the hour got it snaked and cleared. Can't tell you how much we appreciate everything. These should be your go to plumbers in Reno !!!

Price gouge alert!
Joe charged me $2200 for a 40 gallon bradford white water heater + installation. To put that into perspective, I called several other local plumbers, and they charged between $1250-1850 for the same water heater + installation.  long story short, I called Joe and caught him in the price gouge, and we negotiated for a lower price of $1850. During that call, Joe even claimed that consumers couldn't purchase water heaters without a plumbers license. He also tried to gaslight me and say Looks like I am going to take a bath on this one. Joe tried to take advantage of me because he sensed I didn't know anything about plumbing. Very dishonest service.
