Called about a frozen pipe and they dispatched a plumber(Mike) within 2 hours and fixed our leak and recommended a Company for drying our floors and cleanup etc.  Mike was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable.  He informed us of what he was going to do and asked if that was going to be acceptable, which it was.  Thanks Van Allen

John of Bertani can out to our home on a Saturday afternoon to provide us with expert advice on what should be done to correct an isssue with a shower stall that was leaking.  He was very clear as to how the problem would be correct and shared many tips as to how it could be done in an economical way and still maintaining a high level of quality. Sam came out when our real estate group would not do anything about a smell in our master bath that was closing air ways down. Sam knew exactly what the problem was when I described the smell and when it's bad. He came over identified the smell was sewage and had it fixed in 20 mins. Then had me call couple days later to ensure he did the job perfectly, which he did. He could have gouged us as many others tried to, but he was so reasonable, quick, and experienced. If I ever have any plumbing problems he will be the only one I call.

Called John from a reference from our realtor and boy is he a number I will keep on hand.  We had some funny acting toilets and a slow draining shower.  He came as promised and even returned later in the day to continue the job with parts he had to pick up.  He also gave us GREAT advice for closing up our cabin for the winter to avoid frozen pipes and said if we needed anything, give him a call.  WOW, that is incredible service and ever so nice. I will definitely call on John again if needed.

Great people to work with! The customer service representative I spoke with on the phone was very nice and they were able to take care of our plumbing needs immediately. When Tom  got here he was very pleasant and worked very efficiently and got it done within 10 minutes of being here. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to anybody!

Very responsive, had trouble even getting other plumbing companies on the phone, but 5 Star had someone here within two hours during a week day. They were able to clear my very clogged kitchen sink drain line and the cost was very reasonable. David did a great job and even gave me tips to prevent it from occurring in the future. It is rather interesting that Drew who claims to be the business master for Jet plumbing was no where to be found when I kept emailing and calling their office .
He talks about my statements about him and his inadequate office  policies and staff are exaggerated  or the fact had I not lived in California I would have sued jet plumbing .
presenting an invoice and stating this the final bill and then yet present one more bill 2 weeks later stating that we just located this bill .. seriously ?
As a property owner and manager I like to let other property owners know of my good and bad experiences .
There are some vendors that invite repeat business thru hard work and personal relationships and there are others that rather put a lien on someone's property but not pick up the phone and realize that maybe just maybe the person who has PUT $$$$$$ IN THEIR POCKETS maybe has a valid point .

Awesome doing business with this plumbing company for years.  They installed a commercial tankless water heater for me, moved 2 bathrooms worth of plumbing around for me and have handled a few emergencies.
If you happen to end up with a newbie who doesn't quite know how to handle the job, they will definitely make things right and will go above and beyond to assure you're happy.  Ultimately, I now know to ALWAYS request Aaron or Josh.  Their by-the-job pricing is great and their hourly rate is very reasonable too... they don't seem to be double dipping (charging 2 different customers for the same hour) like I have encountered with other plumbers here in Reno.  I highly recommend Friendly Plumbing.

Every time we have guests, our toilets clog up and the bathtub drains slowly. The joys of an older house. Bryan came out and cleared our drains and adjusted the toilets to prevent a disaster over the Thanksgiving weekend.  He is very knowledgable and professional. He did an excellent job of explaining our problems and hopefully has remedied them.

The thought of planning in advance for a plumbing emergency never occurred to me, so when multiple drains in a bathroom started to gush forth sewage and we were in this emergency, at night, we frantically called around after Googling emergency plumber. To be honest, we didn't choose Preferred Plumbing & Drain - they were just the first that got back to us. I don't even think we even asked the price.
Thankfully we chose well. After a modest wait, Nic G (plumber #9) arrived and proceeded to check the drain outside (in the dark), and then came in - respectfully with mask on - and took pictures to document the crappy situation.  Within 90 minutes, the block was freed, the pipe was rooted, and the issue was fixed and we were quite relieved. He even did some troubleshooting of a previously slow faucet.
I don't know what I imagined late-night emergency plumbing would cost, but I was quite pleasantly surprised at how reasonable it was. Best hundred-ish bucks we never wanted to have to spend. Thanks Nic.

Had a new garbage disposal to install...CNC was recommended by another business in Fernley that has excellent service. So I tried calling CNC 3 or 4 times with no answer, so I left 2 messages at 2 different numbers and no return call after 24 hours. Guess they make more money than they need.

Had to call a company out of Sparks to come do the work!
