Van Allen is my go to plumber.  They were able to detect a very slow leak in a pipe in one of our bedroom walls.  Of course our pipes were not standard size.  They stopped the leak and ordered the correct pipe and fixed everything.  They were courteous, on time, and really kind.

Trevor was very helpful installing a hot water dispenser on my kitchen sink and then coming back out to address another plumbing leak.  I would definitely follow up with him for other handyman services as he was prompt, responsive, and communicates well.

We used this company to fix our Navien tankless water heater.   They were immediately responsive,  and Mr Gibson was willing to drive to Donner Summit to help us out.   Mrs Gibson is very friendly and easy to work with on the phone.   They are competent, reliable and finish the job in a timely manner.   Highly recommend this company!

John of Bertani can out to our home on a Saturday afternoon to provide us with expert advice on what should be done to correct an isssue with a shower stall that was leaking.  He was very clear as to how the problem would be correct and shared many tips as to how it could be done in an economical way and still maintaining a high level of quality. Back in February I had rented a VRBO in Tahoe Donner to enjoy with friends and family. It was a lovely home, but the upstairs main toilet was an antique, and no match for two teenage boys. On Saturday morning, the darn thing backed up and sent up a rushing cascade of water faster than the Truckee River after an El Nino winter. The property owner was completely unhelpful and showed zero interest in the problem. Needless to say, this put a little dent on my winter Tahoe dream vacation.

Thanks to Yelp, and John Greenside, this disaster was quickly averted. I'm used to using a snake to unclog the toilet (ahem, teenage boys), but the one I purchased at the local Ace wasn't sufficient for this relic of a commode. John answered the call on a Saturday, came out within a couple of hours, brought out a plumbing python snake that dwarfed my store bought garter snake, and fixed the problem. At an exceptionally reasonable price.

I was obviously bummed at the property owner's response, and John went to bat for me, pointing out the toilet really needed to be replaced. He offered to speak with the owner and did so. Eventually, the owner agreed to split the cost with me.

Unfortunately I think something happened to David. I am devastated. The phone isn't working and website is down. David is WONDERFUL. Hired him to move plumbing in our bathroom. Did a fantastic job at a great price point. He's knowledgeable and takes his time to educate. He knows which things we should save $ on and which things we have to buy the top of the line.

I had them come out for the first time at my 17-year-old home and they were great.  Came on time, had the parts to fix the fauct, and other issues, and were professional and friendly.
The plumber I was using changed ownership and raised their prices.  So I looked around, using ratings and pricing.  I made the right choice.

It is rather interesting that Drew who claims to be the business master for Jet plumbing was no where to be found when I kept emailing and calling their office .
He talks about my statements about him and his inadequate office  policies and staff are exaggerated  or the fact had I not lived in California I would have sued jet plumbing .
presenting an invoice and stating this the final bill and then yet present one more bill 2 weeks later stating that we just located this bill .. seriously ?
As a property owner and manager I like to let other property owners know of my good and bad experiences .
There are some vendors that invite repeat business thru hard work and personal relationships and there are others that rather put a lien on someone's property but not pick up the phone and realize that maybe just maybe the person who has PUT $$$$$$ IN THEIR POCKETS maybe has a valid point .
DREW AND JET PLUMBING DROPED THE BALL AND THEY WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS .

We used Reno Roto-Rooter for our kitchen remodel and were extremely impressed with the level of service. Not only were they able to fit us in quickly so that we could have running water as soon as the contractors had finished, but the plumber was very friendly (and respectful of our home, making sure not to get our new floors dirty). What I was especially impressed with was the level of communication. We're first-time home owners and he explained everything he was doing to that we fully understood the plumbing in our new kitchen and how everything worked. I'd definitely recommend them to friends and family. A+ service.

I just moved to a new house and the outside faucet wouldn't fully turn off, the shower sprayed water from the top and the sink leaked. Tony (tech 74) quickly diagnosed the problems and fixed them. He was kind, knowledgeable and finished the job in a timely manner. Thank you Tony and preferred plumbing!

Very friendly and thorough. Fixed the obstruction in the tub's waste pipe via mechanical snaking and then replaced some old toilet tank valves. All in the same visit. Excellent job, thank you!

Had a new garbage disposal to install...CNC was recommended by another business in Fernley that has excellent service. So I tried calling CNC 3 or 4 times with no answer, so I left 2 messages at 2 different numbers and no return call after 24 hours. Guess they make more money than they need.

Had to call a company out of Sparks to come do the work!
