Best Garbage Disposal Installation in Reno NV

Again!  We had a water heater leak in our new home.  My wife called Van Allen at 7 AM, and at 11 AM we had a new water heater installed.  It was installed with proper bracing and a drip pan.  It's no fun when you need a plumber, but Van Allen is 2-for-2 with excellent service, excellent work, and competitive pricing.

Our bathroom sink was leaking after it had already been fixed previously. Trevor came out and immediately determined that the pipes had been put on incorrectly. He got the correct parts and re-assembled the sink properly, and also got out a major clog left by the previous tenants. In addition, he replaced our hot water shut off because it was not working. His prices were reasonable and the job was done quickly (and on short notice). We are very satisfied with his service will definitely be using him again.

I use Savage & Son Inc for plumbing help at work and at home. I called them today to fix a clog, and they came right away! Mike made a recommendation based on some parts that needed replacement and gave me options for the best repairs. Great Job Savage & Son!

Used Cary's company to replace all 3 toilets in our house, as well as all of the inside plumbing lines.

Let me start by saying the price was fair and the plumber they sent, Ken, was on time. He did a great job, was personable and answered all of my questions...including some dumb ones, I'm sure!

John of Bertani can out to our home on a Saturday afternoon to provide us with expert advice on what should be done to correct an isssue with a shower stall that was leaking.  He was very clear as to how the problem would be correct and shared many tips as to how it could be done in an economical way and still maintaining a high level of quality. My hot water heater was about done, so I called for an estimate and recommendation. Don and his son took a look at what I had and listened to what I wanted. The estimate was reasonable and they worked with me on the date to install. They arrived on time and did superb work! So impressed I contracted them to also replace a leaky kitchen faucet and fix the bathtub. Again, on time, on the mark for price, and great work.

Our water heater needed replacing and Zack done a fantastic job installing our new water heater. He showed up before our scheduled time and he was wearing his mask. Zack was very knowledgeable and answered every question that was asked of him. We have had work done from this company in the past and they have never let us down! Update: Turns out that the warranty would only cover some of what we needed done (bummer, but not FP's fault.) The plumber left that day saying he would return later after gathering the materials and never showed up again. I got a call from the warranty company explaining why. Then, much later that evening FP called to reschedule for them to come that next Monday to fix remaining issues. Monday came and went and the plumber never showed. Turns out it was a communication mistake with the secretary on the day and time. Plumber came the very next day, right on schedule to fix the issue. Was really timely, detailed, and clean. Showed me all his work at the end and was very organized with the paperwork.

In the end, still very pleased we went with FP and recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues or needs in the Reno area. Very, very happy with the work that was done!

Had a new garbage disposal to install...CNC was recommended by another business in Fernley that has excellent service. So I tried calling CNC 3 or 4 times with no answer, so I left 2 messages at 2 different numbers and no return call after 24 hours. Guess they make more money than they need.

Had to call a company out of Sparks to come do the work!

I have to knock a star off Josh since I posted my original review. I still say he does excellent work, but we've had to find someone else because it's seemingly impossible to get him to come and do any more work for us. I hope it's just that he's super busy, and I definitely wish him well.

horrible service, took over three weeks during winter in deep snow S Lake Tahoe to fix initial issue and calling county and utility company to do checks numerous times wasting everyone's time, customer service was horrible, warranty is a joke (won't even tell you if it's under warranty until work is done), numerous charges for same issue, don't waste your time or money
